All I can say is wow! Navi is wonderful and she explained every step as she went. Luisa was great as well and I could not be happier with my visit. I had a Dominician blowout and a trim and my hair looks great! Navi makes all of her products and as you can see that extra step left my hair shiny and very healthy looking. I will definitely be a repeat customer! ¡Muchimas gracias!

My beautician how to cancel my hair appt die to a emergency. I call Navi's and they accept me as a walk in. When I walked out of there my hair looked like the mane of a black showcase stallion horse. I was shock how beautiful it was, I have not been back to my original hairstyles. Great job

Navi spent so much time with me to correct my hair color. She achieved what I didn’t think was possible. She’s an expert colorist. She understands all types of hair. Highly recommend!

New to the area. I called and scheduled an appointment and the customer service experience was awesome and all my questions were answered over the phone. I went in for my appointment and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Everyone so nice. My stylist (Tina) greeted me by my name and educated me on my hair texture and what the best remedy was for my hair type. My hair turned out great and has been very manageable. I cannot wait for my next appointment. Tina and Navi great people, great experience, awesome service!

I went to Navi’s last Saturday 8/12 for the first time ever and I’ll never go back. Although the sign on their door says they open at 9 am, no one showed up until about 10:30 am or so. THEN, once I’m there a man starts washing my hair and putting rollers in it, but he said that someone else was coming to do hair and either he lied or the person just didn’t come, but he ended up doing my hair and it hurt SO bad!!! I am 31 and have been going to Dominican salons since I was about 4, so I know what it’s supposed to feel like. He was holding the blow dryer DIRECTLY on my scalp as he was straightening it from the rollers and again it really hurt. l will say that it turned out good, but he was not the person I came there for and he was very rough in his blowout technique. He also charged me $80 for a blowout. I have had blowouts all over the country, Miami, NYC, Washington DC and I have NEVER paid $80 for a blowout. Nunca regresaré.

Ten ⭐️⭐️⭐️'s for Tenisha aka Tina! I had a lovely experience at Navi's Creation. I appreciate that Tenisha took her time with me and explained what she was doing with my hair and how to make it healthier. I got a relaxer after 6 months of my hair being braided, so it definitely needed some TCL. My hair has not felt and looked this good since I was a teenager. I will be going to her from now on. 🩷🩷🩷

My daughter goes here. They have trained her hair beautifully. It was recommended by a family member and I have yet to be disappointed. Also offers advice and additional products to help with keeping hair on point while home. Love this place. Friendly, professional with positive atmosphere.

This place is a rip off my daughter goes to Bju and went to get a blow out. When she called they told her it started at 65.00. And they ended up charging her 90.00. She’s never going back there again. You took advantage of a young girl. Mind you a college kid you should at least offer a discount.

This salon is the best! I got the best haircut that I have gotten in Greenville, SC, since I moved here 15 years ago. George is extremely talented and knew very well how to cut and blow dry latin hair. I watched him cut and style the previous customer and so his talent. When it was my turn, he exceeded my expectations and I am very picky about my hair. I also watched the owner of the salon cut and style another customer and was impressed as well. I will definitely go back as I have found the best hairdresser in Greenville!

Yes today was my 1st time getting a blow out by Dominican hair stylist salon. I went to Navi's and her niece did a great job. Definitely will be back to get another blow out. Very nice and friendly people. Getting compliments on my hair. Very pretty neat and bouncy. I love it!

I hadn't done my hair in quite some time and they were able to detangle and straighten it without chemicals. That really meant a lot because I have natural hair and most salons would have suggested relaxers or just want to cut it due to how tangled it was.
