Everyone at the office is helpful and joyful. Always welcoming. Massages are great. Jake worked my problem neck like you expect from a professional. Winnie at the front desk is so pleasant and professional and always assures I get the most from my membership. One reason I come back to this office.

I would like to warn anyone seeking proper medical care from company whose management and leadership values their clients NOT to come here. As 2025 I am no longer client here. I was a client for few years here and things went well until 2024. Unfortunately there are serious deficiencies and incompetence at the leadership levels in Nava. Constant miscommunication and unclear protocols all related to several health issues they took the lead to treat on. They are focused on the money grab instead of quality. Several emails asking leadership to lead and rectify all the issues but crickets from them. Since most or all insurance companies dropped Nava, their revenue model is in jeopardy. They released a lot of employees and appear more thirstier than ever. They sure do contact me about money but not about my treatment. I would like to shout out the nurses who try to do a great job despite the poor management they are faced with. You are the true superstars that keep Nava afloat. Save your time,health and money Go elsewhere

Run from this place. I was once a champion for Nava however in 2024 that place has turned for the worse. They want your money and could care less about their clients health improvements. My treatment is still unresolved. I am taking my health matters to other medical specialists Unexplained and inconsistent service Dropped from multiple insurance companies Poor management oversight at the corporate level Poor communication The list goes on and on regarding their continued incompetence and unprofessionalism Save your time, money and health. Don’t come here Shoutout to the nurses. You are amazing m. The only true light at this horrible place.

I am a single mother who trusted this company to help me prioritize my health. During this process, I used multiple cards and accounts to make it work for me, making it very clear that these cards were for one-time payments only. I provided one specific card for my recurring monthly $99.99 payment. However, the company has charged multiple unauthorized amounts to my Federal, WEX, and Chase accounts—charges I did not approve. I contacted them before Christmas and again today, explaining the issue both times. Each time, they assured me that they would escalate the matter to billing and claimed they did not have the other cards on file—this is untrue. Within minutes of each call, additional unauthorized charges appeared on my accounts. I recorded every call and informed them I was recording. Despite this, they continue to provide false information and fail to resolve the issue. While the doctor and the lovely staff member who reviewed my blood work and nutrition were helpful, the billing department is corrupt. The representatives who handle customer service calls are either misinformed or dishonest, and they do not communicate effectively. In conclusion, although the medical and nutritional services were satisfactory, the company’s billing practices are unacceptable. I cannot trust this organization with my financial information and do not recommend their services.

Massage Therapy with Ericka at NAVA Health - Columbia, MD was absolutely AMAZING! I was so energized after my massage. She is very knowledgeable and has incredible massaging techniques in her toolbox. I will definitely see her again, and again.

Poorly run. Empty promises and nonexistent customer service. They are so bad it’s almost like it’s intentional. I called in 3 times to get a prescription refilled and it’s still not filled. To refill a prescription you need to leave a message. You can’t talk to a live person unless you get an operator at a call center. No way to get to a medical professional. After you leave a message they may or may not have it filled. You’ll only know when the prescription doesn’t show up. Call in to check? That’s right you’re not worthy of speaking to a medical professional. They will tell you they will call back or would like to get in touch to discuss but they never do. I highly recommend trying any place other than Nava Health. Update: Love the response.

Don't just don't. Many places do this kind of work-- save your time, money, and energy. This organization can't keep employees-- when the ones there show up for your telehealth appt-- "late" and unprepared-- spend time in your appt while you get to watch them read the file-- they should have read beforehand. Then file your insurance wrong. Then when you try to reach them, spend 3x times before getting a person that can help you try to find a resolution to their errors. I'm not sure what is going on here-- after giving more than 4 chances... sadly minus-stars if I could. This place is a cash grab, employee turn over mill-- its a mess. Sorry not sorry. Take good care of your health-- just not here.

I thought i was done leaving reviews for Nava but once again I've been hit with price adjustments. Prescription went from $90 to $120 and monthly service fees effective Jan 1 will increase. They give you perks but if they are giving perks why increase the monthly membership fee. Now for customer service I called at 10 to order prescription I was told membership fee could applied. I called back at 2:30 only to be told no we don't do that anymore. Get on the same page, please. It's frustrating and annoying.

In the past 6 months since I’ve joined, it’s been a disappointing experience overall. The acupuncturist and nutritionist are great, but they are no longer covered by insurance. Do not make the mistake of buying annual membership over monthly. I could have saved myself alot of money and frustration by now.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Nava for 10 years, but it’s clear they don’t seem to care anymore. Their customer service is slow, unresponsive, and unable to address concerns effectively. On top of that, the company seems completely unclear about the direction they’re going. They changed their pricing with no notice, despite promising unlimited services through the end of the year. Less than two months later, prices increased again, and now they’ve introduced a new membership plan for the new year—seemingly forgetting their prior commitments. It’s frustrating to see this lack of care and transparency after being a customer for so long. I’m seriously questioning whether it’s worth continuing with their services. I hope Nava reevaluates its priorities and starts treating its long-term customers with the respect and consistency they deserve.
