I have been going to Gemma for almost a year now. Gemma owns the place so believe me, she takes great pride in providing the best service to her clients. check out the website which gives you clear price with the service that you will receive. My favorite is the classic 60min + microdermabrasion which is a complete facial (cleansing, extraction, massage and mask) plus the use of microdermabrasion machine. She will give you a very relaxing neck/arms/feet massage using all natural oil and essential oil during your session. The whole experience is relaxing and you walk out with glowing skin that you keep touching! And don’t worry about her trying to save you products during your facial, she doesn’t do that at all but will answer all your questions and recommend products to you if you ask. She is so good that I purchased many gift cards to give my friends because I want as many people to enjoy her service. P.s Gemma was the first person I called when I stepped off the cruise! That’s how much my skin needs and trusts her! Try and you will not go anywhere else!

I loved it! She was so knowledgeable about the science behind what she was doing and it's obvious that she genuinely cares about her clients. It's only been a couple of hours, but I can tell the difference. My skin is much more vibrant and soft to the touch.

I had the BEST facial today. Gemma, Naturelle’s owner and esthetician, used an array of natural skin products during my treatment. She is very thorough, making sure that any problem areas are addressed, and I left with my skin feeling hydrated and soft with a brightened tone and feel.
