I've been here 3 times. Very nice space (Lenox Village location and the new Donelson Pike location), and my style always comes out great. The only complaint I have is the manner in which the stylists educate the clients about their hair. If my hair is dry/damaged/I need specific treatments, it's absolutely fine to tell me that, that's part of what you do. But be careful how you speak to people. I had one young lady in particular that had a nasty attitude and acted like she was being put out to do my hair. You never know why someone's hair is in the condition it's in, and it's often times a sensitive subject. I haven't been back in quite some time, but I may try again in the future.

Kiundria is awesome, creative and just a wonderful hairstylist. I posted my picks and people raved about my hair. She educated me on how to keep my hair hydrated and her attitude is very high-energy. The color gave me an entire new look. Kiundria you rock!!

Kiundria was nothing short of amazing to me. This was my first visit and will definitely not be my last. I think I have finally found my home salon. She really cares for the health of your tresses. Before she trimmed, she walked me through the process and showed me what she was going to cut and why. She was very knowledgeable about anything I asked. I have already referred her to someone else! (: 10/10

I've gone here for about a year, now. I generally go to different stylists here for two reasons: 1) I work varying shifts, so I just catch who I can when I can; and 2) I don't get my hair done that often, so when I do come in (every 2-6mos), the people who might've done my hair three months ago are no longer around. I generally try to go when there are few people in the building due to anxiety--I'm not good with talking to people I don't know. Thankfully, there are stylists here that work throughout the day, so making an appointment for 9am is just as possible as making an appointment for 6pm if you don't mind working different people every time. I would love to have a dedicated stylist because everyone is talented here. However, between my work schedule and sporadic hair appointments, I don't see that happening.

This is a great salon, the decor is beautiful and it is very clean. Kiundria did a wonderful job on my hair, she cut and colored it. She took the time to talk me through each step of the process and I am greatful for that being this was a new transformation for me. I am definitely returning when it is time for a refresh. Thank you Kiundria for a job well done I love it -

I just called 1/7/20 and talked with a receiptionist and she wasn't very helpful at all because I was inquisitive about learning more on what hairstyle would better suit me. She was patient but yet irritable about my Inquisition. She mainly pushed me off the phone 😡. Terrible customer service just over the phone and if communication isn't key DONT UNLOCK THAT DOOR!!! 🙅🙅🙅🙅🙅

I love coming here, it's a beautiful environment with awesome people. Kiundra has always done wonders with my hair even on short notice and had me spending way too much time looking at myself in the mirror LOL 😂 She has my recommendation any day!

I went to this salon for the first time last week and I will be returning for sure!!! My stylist was Sable and she was awesome. She took great care of my hair!! She told me everything that she was doing to my hair and recommended solutions to some breakage problems that I have. I showed her a picture of a twist updo that I wanted and my updo looks just like the picture!!! The service was excellent and I loved the steam hydration treatment. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. Thanks Sable!!

I've visited 3 times and have always had a good experience. There's no waiting nonsense. They start at your scheduled appointment time.-Professional. Cute setup, clean. I'm sure I'll be back again!

Tee has worked on my sisterlocks several times and each time she has done an amazing job! I always feel just a little better about the state my sisterlocks are in. She also takes the time to listen to my concerns and give helpful suggestions. I cannot thank Tee enough for her patience, professionalism, and passion. Thank you Tee!

The salon is nice & clean Sharra C. Fixed my hair to my liking! I like the vibe, each beautician appeared to be about their business and focused on their client. Light/ low music in the background (no cursing) I will be back again. I'm not one for much conversation so I liked the fact that my beautician got straight to work on my hair and I didn't have to say anything. She saw what she was working with and hooked me up!

These ladies are great at what they do for natural hair. You could choose according to your requirements. Very professional. Very nice space but limited handicap accessibility due to stairs.
