Horrible service. I would not recommend anybody go here. When I lived in the area this was my go to place until the last few times Ferie messed up my brows. The final time was when she was on the phone my entire session and wasn’t focused and I had TWO absolutely different brows. I haven’t been back in years because of this. I broke down and went a month ago and saw Mary which I was disappointed that I arrived only to have to wait 10 min because she either accepted a walk in right before my slot or over booked. Today was the absolute final straw. I scheduled a brow tint with Ferie who text me today to confirm my appointment for 5:20. I confirmed, but the traffic coming from Clarksville changed and it set my ETA to 5:24 which I let Ferie know. She said it was fine. I actually arrived at 5:19 but sat in my car for 4 min because she still had a client. I then went it and sat down in the hallway until 5:48 (28min past my appt time). I then knocked on the door because I couldn’t stay any longer because I had another appointment to be at by 6:30. I told her I needed to reschedule, but as soon as I said it I knew I wasn’t going to, because I shouldn’t have to reschedule my appointment I was on time for that she decided to either accept a lady who wanted her entire face threaded during my appt slot. If she was going to do that she should’ve just told me to cancel my appointment instead of me coming all the way to the depths of Antioch. She said she was sorry and for me to schedule for tomorrow. Which how can you be sorry when you purposely took someone during my appt time, and even if I wanted to give her another chance tomorrow I couldn’t because I have an all day appt tomorrow. So she either needs to stop overbooking, stop accepting walk ins during or right before client appointment times, or they need to redo their scheduling system so clients aren’t overlapping.

Mary is an amazing person. She takes her time and really strives to accommodate and make sure she does a perfect job on my eyebrows each time. Book with Mary and you won’t regret it!

They have amazing staff who are really good with threading. She managed to fix and shape it in a way I really wanted where most of the other people had failed . Very efficient and skilled at what they do.

I am so happy I found Nashville threading. I have gone to both Moby and Mary. They are wonderful. The location, ambiance, and atmosphere is accessible and relaxing. Both ladies are extremely patient, gentle, and guide you through the process. Definitely a hidden gem! I left feeling so beautiful and happy with my eyebrows! Highly recommend!

I got my eyebrows done by Mary. She was super sweet and showed me the process many times to make sure the brows looked exactly how I wanted. The prices were super affordable and it’s located in a nice area. Will definitely be going again!

I came to this location 30 minutes after they’re opening time which is set on Apple Maps as 8 AM I came and the doors were locked I called twice to see if there was ANYWAY that I could do a walk in since I’m new to the area and looking for a TRUSTWORTHY eyebrow salon and I was sent straight to voicemail the voicemail didn’t even give me details to book an appointment or salon times extremely poor business manners very disappointing

Mobi did my eyebrows and she was very gentle and considerate. She made sure to keep my natural shape, the thickness and ask me for my input. Great service and I’m very happy with the results. 10/10!

Mobi is amazing, I drove out to this place, waited in line as you do in a threading shop, got in, got shaped, and I love my eyebrows. Now I have her number so I can text to get an appointment. She is generally booked 2 weeks out. Highly recommend getting in with her, we're talking about your face and your look. Drive out, have coffee, enjoy the day and your new look.

Site says this place closes at 6. I called at 4:30 to make sure. They called me back 2x to say it’s open to come on ahead. 5:00 I am here and it’s closed! Wish I hadn’t drove 20 minutes to a closed shop 😔😔

They wouldnt book an appointment unless I used their non-existant website. To schedule, they texted me the link to another Nashville based brow business (literally) and I'll be going to them instead.
