Working with Ramona has been exactly what I needed. I wasn’t even sure how we would work together when I signed up for several coaching type sessions, but my intuition told me it would be helpful. Just two sessions in and it’s been far more than helpful. I feel plugged back in to myself. Ramona asks thoughtful questions and holds space beautifully for exploration. In looking inward for the answers, things in my life started to make sense, and the fog I’d been feeling for quite awhile began to melt away. She also took me through some guided journeys inward that are hard to describe, but they have been revelatory. If you feel called to work with Ramona in any way, I highly encourage it.

Reiki Review for Pets: Petey spent the first 5 years of his life in cage as a breeder cat. He ended up in a local rescue in terrible shape, and had to stay at the vet for 12 weeks to recover. Petey did get adopted but got attacked by the resident cat in his new home and got badly hurt. Sadly, he was returned to the rescue but ended up with us. He was filled with fear and anxiety. With so much to overcome we decided pet reiki would help Petey release some of the trauma and negative energy. We reached out to Ramona and she willingly offered to see us. Petey has now had two Reiki sessions and his progress is beyond remarkable! She gave us insights about his hopes and fears that we otherwise would not have been aware of. We followed all the guidance she provided and it’s like he instantly relaxed into our home. He integrated into our family faster than any other pet we have adopted. We highly recommend for anyone that wants to support their pets health and energy to consider Reiki with Ramona. We are true believers!

First week of june 2018 - while yvonne was pleasant, she didn’t reach back out to me after i tried to reach her two times after my one appointment and consultation (in one day) with her. I provided her with lengthy documents from the dr so she could know my medical history, and unfortunately she still was uncertain if she could assist.

I have had so many amazing experiences at NCAT! Their practitioners are top notch and provide such loving, nurturing care that I have a hard time going anywhere else. Kim’s intuition comes without any judgement and she is able to help me get to the root of every situation and move through stuck emotions. Yvonne’s acupuncture sessions leave me feeling clear, centered and grounded. Ramona cut right through my defenses to help me find my way back to loving myself and my inner child again. And Joany. Y’all, Joany was so patient and gentle and intuitive with her massage that she was able to help me relax from the protection that I’ve felt like I “needed” over the last couple of years. My family has known Yvonne for a few years now. Her performing acupuncture on me has been a big part of our journey to natural conception and pregnancy at the age of 35. She managed to balance my hormones within the first couple of weeks of acupuncture and Chinese herbs and we were able to conceive short after. Our son is now two years old and we will always be grateful to Yvonne for that. Ramona has also ignited a light by coaching my husband a couple of years back and ever since, our family has been set on a very healthy and happy path of self love and self care. We have more purpose and focus in life than ever. Thank you and congratulations on having a practice where healing happens with so much compassion and light!

This is my favorite place in Nashville for self-care. Joany is an angel sent from above. It’s almost like she’s got this 6th sense that just knows what my body needs. She’s present and intuitive and I would recommend her to anyone. I’ve also received a series of acupuncture treatments from Yvonne, who is also wonderful. She helped me come up with a plan to battle some chronic tension and anxiety and I experienced a significant improvement. The facility is clean and welcoming and I’ve always felt right at home. 5 stars, all the way!

an hour here with Yvonne feels like 3 hours. She accomplishes so much because she is able to tap in to your needs and energy. She is a true gift and healer. The Chinese herb mix also worked within 24 hours for my tonsils. Better than anything over the counter at walgreens.

I highly recommend NAT to anyone considering it! I had 2 reiki / acupuncture sessions with Yvonne and it cleared up so many issues I had been carrying with me for a long time. My husband had an awesome deep tissue massage there as well. The space is so calming and healing and you can tell their team deeply cares about your wellness. 10/10 !

NCAT has the best atmosphere and is such a calming and comforting place to be. After just a couple of sessions of acupuncture with Yvonne, I immediately saw improvement in areas where pharmaceuticals had always failed. Yvonne spends time with you at the beginning of each session to address all ailments and truly provides relief. So thankful to have found this wonderful place, I can’t say enough about NCAT!

I can not recommend Nashville Center for Alternative Therapy enough! I go there for almost all my health needs now and use their expertise in tandum with my Western medicine doctors. Ramona, Yvonne and Dr. Brown are literally transforming my life after years of doctors shrugging their shoulders at me and making me feel crazy. They are rally good, wise practitioners. You will be happy you went to NCAT!

I have never experienced acupuncture before, but i have had many different madsages. My girlfriend and I got a valentines day couples special that incuded both a massage and acupuncture session. It was very relaxing the accupuncture was nice and the massage was one of the better ones i had ever had. I have reccomended them to anyone who seems like a massage would help and will definitely be visiting again.
