I walked in without an appointment, and my experience was nothing short of amazing! The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure I was taken care of right away. Ami did my nails, and she absolutely nailed it—pun intended! The almond shape is perfect, and the cat eye effect is mesmerizing. The polish application is flawless, and the way the light catches the design is just stunning. Ami was meticulous, professional, and so sweet throughout the process. From the warm welcome to the exceptional service, this was a 10/10 experience. If you’re looking for beautiful nails and great customer care, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just tried this nail bar for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. Amy ate and left no crumbs. I typically am very picky with my nails, but I had no notes. They also offer a free glass of wine! I will definitely be back.

Although owner Ethan was nice he did a very subpar pedicure . The side of my foot was indeed not smooth . He was so busy trying to help other people he neglected the quality of my pedicure. On top of that he gaslit my friend when an inconvenience arose regarding her pedicure. It seems that they are mixing colors as she received a color she did not ask for. Instead of changing her color to what she requested he chose the route of not taking accountability and blaming the color being incorrect on skin pigmentation. This showed a lack of accountability and he made no attempt To rectify the situation. They were so worried about making sure each party paid they neglected providing an experience worth returning to. This is very unfortunate as we are not from Nashville and to visit the area and receive subpar service was a let down. Do not recommend .

Beware of Ethan !!!! Do not go here !!! I went with a party of 5 . These people are so unprofessional they gave me the wrong color and once pointed out he said it was due to my cuticles . After swatching the colors on a napkin and showing him the huge difference he said he would send to the manufacturer. Still made me pay for the awful orange color although I planned to pay regardless I should have not had to pay for a gel color that they clearly watered down . I will attach pictures of the swatches . Besides the color and the mid pedicure the staff even the rude guy ( initially ) were really nice . Don’t recommend at all !!

Do not go to this place. Ethan is very dishonest. Pay for your services upfront because he will tell you owe one thing and charge you another once he’s done. it takes him forever to do Nails. he fell asleep doing my nails and he just seems to not want to be there. I had an appointment for 2 o’clock and he took someone right before me and didn’t get to me until 2:45. He’s very unprofessional, has attitude and got into an argument with One of his nail techs while I was there. He seems to charge for every little thing and it seems very overpriced for what you get. It’s just a mess of a place.

I booked my appointment a little over 24 hours in advance and they had no problem fitting me in. My nails came out exactly exactly how I wanted them to, like I’m obsessed. I have not had my nails done this well in God knows how long. Highly recommend!

I thought I’d check this place out since my usual place was too busy. HUGE mistake. My dip with tips took TWO hours - this is typically a 45-60 minute service elsewhere. And my nails don’t look any better for it, they’re very thick and uneven. The tech was rough with my cuticles and I left with blood and powder stained fingers (picture is from the next day). The tech insisted this was because I refused to pay $10 more for full cuticle care (a service she tried to upsell to me at least 3 times). I will not be returning as I don’t feel this was anywhere near worth the $70 I was charged.

My daughter paid for me and the nail tech chased me out saying that she didn’t when Ethan was suppose to ring us up for 3 people which he did . Do not recommend . All the staff except Ethan was really nice . Pedicure was mid to say the least . Never ever coming back

I called ahead to see if they took walk-ins for a basic pedicure. They said yes and told me it was $43. Upon arrival I mentioned again that I was there for the basic pedicure. The technician was pleasant and did a wonderful job, however, she handed me a menu and pointed to the more expensive option asking me to select a color. There was miscommunication due to her English (I’m bilingual so I tried to have empathy). However, I pointed to the basic option on the menu but she insisted I chose from two nail polish bottles which she held up. Since other places include nail polish, I said clear. She proceeded. At checkout they charged me $65 dollars!!!! $22 more than what I had come in for. This was brought up to their attention and all I got was an apology from the technician and a vocabulary lesson on what “gel” polish means. No one ever offered to remove the charge for a service that obviously I was not there for. Long story short, the service was nice but I left deciding to go somewhere else next time. There are MANY other nail places around. They got their $22 up sale this time but will not get my business again.

I went to this nail salon on last Saturday, when I arrived it wasn’t a wait so I was excited because I had alot of things to do. I got my nails done by the “owner” ethan I guess. The first red flag was he acted like he didn’t want to do my nails, he kept asking another tech to do them and she said no she’s about to eat, so he proceeded to do them. Red Flag number 2 he kept stopping to do other things while I was getting my nails done, so after a hour goes by I get impatient because I had to be somewhere else in less than a hour, so at that point I ask him to just finish with the base and I’ll just not get the french tip almond shape that I actually wanted. 🙄 Finishing the base took 30 more minutes and he asked his wife to do it 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ He also talked about another tech to the girl he asked to do my nails at first and that rubbed me the wrong way because its messy, and to talk about your employees in front of your client is WILD!! I’m a property manager and I would never do that to my team!!!! Lastly, its Friday not even an entire 7 days later and my nails are cracking and breaking and I paid SEVENTY FIVE FU*KING DOLLARS!! Thats why the nail techs thats doing nails at home gon always have a job, these nail shops are HORRRRRRRRRIBLE! 0 Stars I dont recommend!! Update: another nail has broken and one is cracked only 6 days after getting them 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️
