Great place, friendly people as soon as you walk in. Didn't have to wait for my appointment Sam was on time. She listened to the special care I needed handling my hair and scalp and did a great job. Very caring young lady and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Would definitely go back.

Outstanding service! From scheduling my appointment to the finished product. The staff are not only courteous and friendly but very professional. Maggie knew exactly how to cut, color, and style my hair. I've received many compliments on my new look. WI'll definitely recommend them to all my friends!

Went in for a quick haircut but I wasnt super impressed and probably wont come back as the hair cut was poorly done especially as first time customer youd think theyd go above and beyond for your experience.

When I phoned to make an appointment I learned that Mikey was no longer there. I made an appointment for a haircut with Sam. After she started cutting I learned that it was her second week at Nancy Koss and previously worked at Fantastic Sams. They gave me 20% off because Mikey was no longer there, but $40 is still way too much for a too short, chopped, uneven, unprofessional haircut. I showed a picture of the style I wanted, but got the usual Fantastic Sams chop. Will never go back to Nancy Koss.

I get my hair done by Liz and she does an awesome job every time whether it's highlights a cut or whatever. I am incredibly pleased with the salon and my hairstylist. Update- i was abruptly cancelled after taking time off work to go to the appointment. I asked if a different person could take care of it and was told flat out no. No consideration for the time i took off work to make the appt.

The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a very nice lady and right away asked if I wanted something to drink. I was also welcomed right away by my stylist Amanda. She asked me questions about my hair and what style I was looking for. Amanda took her time with me and answered all my questions. My cut and color were fantastic!!! This was my first visit to Nancy Koss and will continue to go there. THANKS AMANDA

Visited on a very Hot August 2019 day and was treated exceptionally well by the beautician named, Samantha. She seemed extremely knowledgeable about her hair products and the chemical reactions that might alter hair colorings.Was surprised the local Hilton had no longer an in house beauty shop/ barber shop to compliment their many wedding and social affairs. Check out Nancy Koss for top notch service and I am sure between the airport shuttle and the enthusiastic personnel of Nancy Koss transportatikn to and from might be arranged. Great section of Oak Lawn for good food and a n evening out!
