Michelle did an amazing balayage for me today! I had a consultation with her about a month ago where she listened very carefully to what I wanted and made suggestions of how to achieve the look I was going for. Today, she went over everything again and absolutely nailed the look. She was patient, kind, and a perfectionist. Very glad I found her and Namia salon! Definitely recommend!

I’ve been dying my hair myself for years and I had such a hard time keeping up with my purple. I made an appointment with Amber for a consultation. She understood what I was looking for and really is all about what the client wants. I can not emphasize enough how great my service was with her! After the consultation and follow up service appointment, I left that appointment not only blown away with how great it looked and felt, but also felt secure she would be the one to continue my hair in the future!

I’ve been coming here for a long time, and I can’t tell you enough how professional, friendly, and accommodating EVERYONE is. They even ran out to roll my windows up when it was raining and I had toner in 🥹 the product selection is endless, the inside of the building is gorgeous and they always offer tea coffee and water while I wait ❤️ thank you guys so much for being absolutely 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ shout out to my girl Kristyn.L for all the precision and thought put into exactly what I request EVERY single time 🙌 do yourself a favor and transform with Namia ✨

Had a fantastic appt with Michelle! I walked in needing assistance with my very damaged hair. I walked out looking and feeling like a goddess. I was extremely comfortable and trusted everything that she was doing. And watching her face while doing my hair, you can see how much she loves her job and the pride she has in doing it.

I had my appointment with mikayla on June 2nd 2023 and I was so super satisfied with how my hair came out! The way she washed my hair felt great and she massaged my scalp and part of my neck and it definitely felt good. Afterwards she cut my hair beautifully and really made sure that it was perfect, and she did a beautiful blowout and it came out the way I've always wanted a blowout to be. Other hairstylists at other hair salons kept telling me that the blowout that I wanted would take longer than an hour and or that my hair would need extensions in order to achieve the blowout that I want because my hair is on the fine / thin side. Mikayla did a wonderful job and there wasn't a need for extensions along with charging me a reasonable price!

I think it *will* be the haircut I wanted in about four months. It was close at first, but then the hairdresser went to "take some weight out of it" and made (it was a pixie cut) a bunch of pieces around the crown very short so it no longer had the same shape and wasn't the same cut, which it wasn't quite to begin with. I was hoping for Demi Moore in Ghost (she might not have understood the reference but I did show a picture) but instead got more of a middle-aged lady, regular looking pixie. I do still like it, it wasn't badly executed but when I got home I realized it really wasn't even close to any of the pictures I showed, which were all more "bowl cut" type pixies where everything from the crown forward is long. On my current head, most of those pieces are very short until you get to the very front/bang area. But like I said, it should eventually grow to what it should be with some adjustment--pixies are tough and take a very good/experienced person to do specifically a certain way, and I'm sure many of their other services are great!

I was charged $216 for a horrible job on my hair. I was very upset. I just wanted more blonde in my hair and she made my hair brown. She claimed it would take several treatments since my hair is dark but in reality she didn’t know what she was doing. In the city I got charged 150 for my whole head to be blonde and she only took 3 hours and my hair was very silky. I left this salon after 5 hours and my hair was extremely dry!!! Never again. Literally paid for my hair to be DAMAGED. Now I’m forced to cut my hair to my shoulders again.

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday. My first impression was that this salon was very neat and clean. The staff is friendly and the environment is relaxing. My appointment was with Mikayla. She was lovely and took everything that I desired for my hair into account. She took her time and did not rush at all. We had a great conversation, and she worked diligently and efficiently! While many other hair salons that I called to see if they could accomadate my faith/religion- based needs and were unable to, Namia Salon and Spa was able to accommodate (which I appreciated so, so much). Highly recommend this salon. Second review: Had to do another review before time kept slipping away! I went back to Namia Salon a few some days ago to get full highlights. My appointment was with Mikayla again. As always, a lovely stylist! She was extremely patient with me because I wasn't sure what color I wanted. She helped me decide and was very much willing to wait around until I was ready! It's always great chatting with her while she does my hair. Undoubtedly, this is the salon I'll be going to for a long, long time!

Aiman is so incredibly talented ! In all my years I have never had a better cut . No matter what I do to it I always look great !! The staff is v kind and patient . Hands down the best salon around !

A most satisfactory experience! Very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone there does what they can to make you comfortable and happy. I got a precision haircut done by Kristyn who did a fantastic job. It was the shortest I had ever gone with my hair and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Very professional. I couldn't be more pleased.

After spending the past 6 months working from home, I went in for a haircut with Aiman. As always, she did an amazing job on my hair. I was the only customer in the salon during the appointment. The salon was spacious and clean making me feel safe with respect to COVID. Thank you to Aiman and her staff! I'm looking forward to be back soon!

Have you ever had a disasterous hair experience? If so, you know that it can affect everything each time you look in the mirror. I had one about 3 years ago and Aiman fixed it. I will never go to anyone else for color, cut, highlights etc. Her cuts are amazing and her focus is to get your hair in optimal, healthy condition. I always follow her recommendations.

During my last 2 visits I found that the salon was practicing all the CDC recommendations to assure that their clients are safe. I’ve been getting my hair done here since I was a little girl, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Taylor is phenomenal for haircuts and styling. Thank you for always making me feel beautiful! EDIT: This salon has taken amazing steps to ensure safety and cleanliness as we deal with COVID-19. My temperature was taken upon entry and everyone was wearing masks. Shields are also installed to separate washing stations and the front desk. Because of all of this effort, my appointment was SO relaxing and a much needed break from outside stress!

Not surprisingly, Aiman has stepped up to the challenge during the COVID 19 pandemic. Temperatures were taken upon entry, stylists wore masks and face shields, and new clear partitions separated the sinks. I felt very safe and very pleased to be back at Namia.

Visited Namia the other day. I was greeted by my stylist. She was very professional. She escorted me to a hair station where we consulted, then to a second station for hair care. Each station was cleaned immediately after I moved. Looking forward to my next visit.
