Teresa or Theresa came in 20 minutes late, speaking a non English language, no apology for being late, then the only English she said was “what service you want” “total cost is”I was there from 3:30 until 5:20, she laughed, and talked the whole time to herself and to the other lady in a non English language. It was very rude, I felt like she was talking about me. Theresa left me sitting to dry my nails for 25 minutes. I will never go there again.

Check the cameras 12/09/2023 my appt was at 12pm I sat down with Teresa she asked me a few questions about the service needed a little after this Vivian butted in the conversation stood up over me and yelled YOU LIE, YOU LIE raising ger arms as if she was going to attack me there were 2 other people in there I was SOOOO embarrassed. She even said IF YOU DONT WANT TO PAY ME TO TAKE YOUR NAILS OFF THIS IS WHAT YOU DO. IVE PAID FOR EVERY SERVICE IVE EVER HAD SO DO NOT TRY TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE I DONT PAY CAUSE I DO OR I WOULD NOT OF HAD ANOTHER APPOINTMENT ..VIVIAN WAS SO NASTY TO ME FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN HER BEING ATTACKED AT HOME SHE ACTED AS IF THIS WERE NORMAL FOR HER LIKE SHE HAS TO GO THROUGH AT HOME I BET SHE TREATS EVERYONE LIKE THIS AND THAT'S WHY TERESA MADE HER SHUT UP....FUNNY PART IS I HAD MY SERVICE DONE AND WHAT I SAID I NEEDED WAS ALL THAT I NEEDED. I DIDN'T NEED ANY NAILS TAKEN OFF OR NOTHING SHE ACTED LIKE SHE HAS A PERSONAL PROBLEM WITH ME.so even though I like my nails when they do them I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY IN A PLACE WHERE IM DISRESPECTED. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE THATS WHY TEALE TOOK ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS ILL BE GOING TO HER....and they BOTH TALKED ABOUT HER LIKE A DOG...IM SURE THEY TALKED ABOUT HER IN ENGLISH AND VIETNAMESE just like they TALKED ABOUT ME🖕🖕🖕 I WONT BE BACK ....watch the video

I called and got a1:00 appt with Vivianne I was early signed in and she was still with a client. After a while she checks and says your spot not till 1:30 I said no I was told 1 and to make sure I'm here on time BC you were gonna be busy. She asks her coworker who states I told her to come a little early. A little early is not 30 min. Just a waste off time. Never going back

Literally horrible I showed her exactly what I wanted and it was short square pink nails with 2 white hearts and jewls as I was getting my nails done she constantly kept messing up the shape of my nails after she was done with shaping when she went to paint she didn’t even get the side of my nails my nails was missing paint on the sides of them the pink color was tan and faded into a nasty color the white hearts were put sloppy on the nails she didn’t let me know she didn’t have jewls and only put glitter on that wasn’t applied on good and she rushed me out the chair for a new client her not telling me she didn’t have jewls bc she was Money hungry was ridiculous there was bugs and the floor was dirty they are rude to their clients as I was sitting there and they don’t take cash app don’t waste ur time coming here.

The lady that did my nails understood the assignment I ask her to do my nails a certain way and she went above and beyond to make sure she did my nails correctly she was funny she made me laugh she told jokes she loved talking about things she was gentle and she did my nails A1 my family and friends are in love with my nails as well as I am

I’ve found my new regular salon! These two sisters have the best personalities, their work is awesome & super detail oriented.. actually about to schedule a Full Set & Pedi for next week. (I got these nails a few weeks ago, they lasted 3+ weeks lol)

Always a great job. I'm a dog groomer and in soap and water all the time washing dogs my nails have never broke and I only got about ever 3 to 4 weeks.....

Today was my first visit, and I am very pleased. Teale did my nails and she did a fantastic job. Everyone is super friendly and I will definitely be back!
