Nails Spa and Beyond did a great job with my pedicure and was so patient and kind when doing services for my two toddlers! I highly recommend them!

I used to love coming here—it's conveniently located just 10 minutes from me, and I had great experiences in the past. However, during one appointment, both a receptionist and a nail tech, May, made me feel really uncomfortable. When scheduling, I mistakenly booked a manicure and pedicure as two separate services in one appointment, instead of selecting the combined "Mani & Pedi" option. It was an honest mistake, but the receptionist seemed visibly annoyed by my confusion, making the interaction feel unnecessarily tense in front of other customers. While receiving my pedicure, May even acknowledged the situation and apologized for the receptionist’s attitude, which made me think it wasn’t a big deal. After all, it was still clear I needed a mani/pedi, and if my memory serves me right, I even mentioned needing gel removed from my hands in the "Notes" section. At first, May was very nice, but she didn’t hear me mention that I had regular polish on my toes and gel on my hands when she asked while filling the pedicure tub. Once she realized my hands were gel after the pedicure was done, she was visibly upset—talking angrily to other employees in her language for the remainder of the appointment. It was obvious she was talking about me, despite the fact that the miscommunication was on her end. As a people pleaser, I didn't address it in the moment, stayed polite to both women, and still tipped 20% to May for the work. After some time, I decided to give the salon another shot, avoiding May in the scheduler and hoping not to deal with that particular receptionist. But when I received my confirmation text, they had switched my appointment and assigned me to May anyway without a phone call or anything—so I just canceled and took that as my sign to move on. At this point, I'd rather drive 30 minutes to a place where I feel valued as a customer. I won't be back, but I hope management takes this feedback seriously because that whole thing was so unnecessary, and I do regret not addressing it sooner.

I have been coming here for about a month and a half and they are my absolute new favorite, go to spot. My nails last me without any chips or breaking and they take their time and genuinely care about their work. Pricing is very reasonable and their salon is so clean and spotless. They have an easy to use online system that makes booking appointments a breeze and have a wide variety of colors and designs to chose from. These nails were done by May, 3 weeks ago, and they look as if I just got them done. They are so friendly and welcoming and I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new spot! I have had a few different nail techs and they are all absolutely fantastic!

Usually get a gel gill from fanny who always does an amazing job with the shape and thickness of my nails. Pedicures are always nice and clean. I think all techs you go to great, I just prefer Fanny. The place is neat and clean! Thanks for always taking care of me

I started to come nails beyond for few months now. I used to do dip in powder, and it was ok. Although, it started to peel before a week is passing, but I said that’s fine. However, I did GEL X recently and after 5 days exactly, my nails started to peel off. I have been told to call them before a week passes, I called many many times and I can’t reach them. I paid $70+ and I have to go back again and pay again. I guess I should start looking for another nail salon.

My best friend and I have been searching for a nail salon that delivers in luxury, quality, and professionalism and we found it at nails spa and beyond in Old bridge! I have been here several times and I’ve been very pleased with my service every time. This time I have to say, my nails are even more amazing and the quality of the care and outcome of my nails was beyond my greatest expectations! Maggie is a jewel and she is very caring and kind and is an expert in what she does. I am on crutches right now and have a mobility issue and Maggie made me feel so welcome and not different. She assisted me and gave me the gold standard Care. Thank you, Maggie and thank you nails spa and beyond!

Love getting my nails done here they always look great. The only downside of the place is that everytime I come here they are always playing sad/upsetting music. I don’t wanna hear that lol. Otherwise love it!

Horrible quality of work- I had an appointment for a soak off and gel manicure and my nails were left bumpy and uneven and you can see the ridge of the previous polish still on my nail…none of my nails were filed the same length or shape…extremely disappointing considering I was there for 2 hours

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! 200/200 for customer service/satisfaction. Ruby was my nail tech - she always paid attention to detail and gave me exactly what I asked for every single time (whatever you want she would say to me). When Ruby left, I had to book with another tech who was great as well but, there were gaps in the gel fill unfortunately so I reached out to see if I can have it fixed and the owner offered me a FREE fix without trying to say that my nails were the problem (like every other nail place). I got Rita this time and she was fantastic! Thank you nail spa and beyond. Adding more to my review here after another amazing service… TOUCH DOWN the best pedicure I’ve had. If you’re getting a pedicure ask for Ryan - he is the best.

My first time getting powder gel manicure at this place. I had it done many times at different salon and it would normally last 3-4 weeks without cracking/ chipping; however, at less than 2 weeks of having gel powder manicure I already have a crack and chipped nail.

Place is nice and clean but was not happy with the set up and lack of help when it comes to their products. It seems like they are more focused on powder dip and not on gel polish. There is no clear indication of what colors they have in the front it looks like it’s all in the back by the chairs. I was standing looking at colors and then the technician who was going to do my nails came over and i was trying to communicate what colors i was looking for but was hard to due to the language barrier and there was no one around to help at the time so i tried my best. I am not sure if this is something that happens often but as a first time customer it was a turn off. I also was not happy with the end result, the nails are all uneven, the polish looks dull and worn out. I highly doubt I’ll go back

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I was really looking forward to a treat, a nice relaxing pedicure at Nails Spa and Beyond Old Bridge. The lady doing my pedicure filed my toe nails like it was a slab of meat. I left with 2 red and swollen big toes and a cut. She filed the sidewalls of my nails too aggressively. I didn’t get nail polish because I didn’t want nail polish seeping into the wound. Better training should be provided to staff.

Very clean, friendly. I use Jalen. She is fantastic. I have difficult nails and she does great job. I would definately recommend this place. Owner is great. Very nice and accomodating
