I got a mani, pedi, and eyebrows done with 3 different people. When it was time to pay the kiosk showed a tip section for all 3 nail technicians. And I tipped what I could. The nail tech that did my mani was assisting me with checkout and in front of everyone in the salon she announced how much I tipped her and made a scene. A different nail tech walked up to her side of the kiosk and started pushing buttons. The experience was embarrassing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I will not be returning back here again.

This is probably the worst nail salon you could go to. I went and got a full set and the lady that was doing that my nails cut me so deep to the point it would not stop bleeding she then proceeded to put NAIL GLUE on the OPEN CUT because in her words, “this will make it stop bleeding” I didn’t even have time to stop her before she just drenched the cut in nail glue and I was in so much pain the whole time and I ended up having to go to Urgent Care because I was scared of getting an infection.

This is the best place in Avalon Park. They’re so friendly and welcoming. Very clean & neat. Kenny doesn’t an amazing job with my nails. 😊

I recently moved to Avalon. This is a nice, clean, quiet place(I prefer a quieter atmosphere). All the staff is friendly. So far I’m very pleased with the pedicure and nails job. Ken is very detail oriented and aims at perfection. I recommend it. Give it a try

Cute nail salon in a new bldg. Great service & prices. Very clean, calm, awesome spa massage chairs. Ask for Jenny or Tiffany. They're very gentle w/ your cuticles & their nail painting is perfect.

I miss Scott and Wanda. I kept coming for the convenience of location. The replacement for them I got was good one of out of three times. I had to ask for a massage on the pedicure bc she rushed every time. The last straw for me was when she tried to yell at me simply bc I asked to file my nails narrower so they look natural . Also she needs training on waxing. I found a much better place that's actually a spa and the attention to detail is incredible.

Ken is the best! My dip powder manicure will last me a good 3 weeks. And I’m a nurse working w my hands and washing my hands a lot. Ken takes his time and is really delicate with me. Eva is also very good w pedicures. Her massages are the best I’ve had in a long time.

Eva is such an amazing nail tech!!! Shes so sweet and nice. It's definitely worth the drive coming to see her!! I used to go to her all the time but i moved and so i come once in a while but idk i think ima have to deal with the long drive just to see her. She's very meticulous and so clean!! My nails look gorgeous and ready for my birthday! Love her you won't regret it!!

My wife and I go here monthly for pedicures. They’re always accommodating and have gotten to know us and our family a bit. They’re great at their job and are pretty efficient too. I don’t get my toes painted but my wife does and she feels the selection of colors for the gels is pretty nice too. Highly recommend.

Avalon Nail Spa did a good job on my nails and the people are nice but the service here is awful, I’ve been here multiple times due to convenient location, I’ve even made appointments but somehow a “15 minute service” or a “45 minute service” always ends up being an hour or more. Yes, they always managed to get you in but they almost always double book and have you sitting to the side with your nails half complete waiting for the next step (I’ve waited almost an hour to the side waiting for someone to paint my manicure with my nails already prepped) or they have you waiting in the waiting area after you made an appointment in advance. They act like they have consideration for your time even if you let them know in advance and they agree to it but almost always they do not care. I’ve never left a “bad review” before but do with this information as you will.

I AM SO FURIOUS !!! The woman i went to cut me numerous times. She had me pay before she even finished my nails after seeing how much i was bleeding. After she finished she left and i continued bleeding on painted nails.

I was hoping to love this place, but the place was not vey clean and staff was very unorganized. If you don’t mind the wait and want a quick mani done, this place is fine. But is definitely not a relaxing atmosphere if you are trying to pamper yourself!

I’m not sure who did my nails but my god they are gorgeous!! I am so happy. I was honestly even happy with the nude color. The shape is perfect. 10/10 recommend. I also have never done dip powder, always done acrylic. He honestly might have changed my life with dip powder 🤣

My daughter came home with 4 cuts on her fingers job was done fast sloppy and rough. She is bleeding and now has three bandaids covering her fingers. Unbelievable 60 dollar torture

They're website prices are inaccurate. A full set is $38+ (not $30+). Every finger on my daughter bled and she put acrylic over the blood. Didn't try to stop the bleeding . Awful! Wish I could post pictures
