The pedicure was relaxing and thorough. Best pedicure I’ve experienced by far. Upon payment though, I was pressured into leaving a tip with so much aggression which confirms it’s my first and last time patronizing this business. First of all. 2 classic pedicures are 40+40=80 you charged 100$ I left 110$ No worries,won’t be back!

My hubby bought my daughter and I a gift card here for Christmas. Everything started out fine. Then the ladies doing our feet started speaking in another language and would laugh. Now, before you get upset and say I’m being “Assuming,” seems to me that if you are completely fluent and speak English why else would you speak to one Another in another language. It made my 9 year old daughter really uncomfortable. The lady doing my daughters nails started laughing at her when she asked for a certain design on her feet. Her and the lady doing my nails continued to laugh, again making her feel bad. While she was getting her nails done she expressed many times that it was hurting. The nail tech looked at her hand and said, “oh yeah I made her bleed,” and continued on. I was passed off to another tech asking for a simple flower. She scoffed and seemed annoyed that I asked for nail art. The flower that was painted was simple and could have been done better by a new nail tech just getting out of school. My daughters toe nail design looked like a few lines, you couldn’t even tell what it was . I was charged $147.00 for 2 gel manicures one being a small child and 2 pedicures. By the 12th hour my daughters gel polish had already fallen off one nail. I will never go back to this place and would absolutely never ever recommend them.

This is the best nail shop! Ladies are lovely and do great work. Clean and comfortable place. Have been coming here for 9 years.

I’ve been going to Nail Sketch for many years now for my pedicure’s. The owner is very professional & friendly. Today I had Mimi. She did a great job and took her time making sure I was comfortable. Nail Sketch is by far the best in southlands area. It’s cozy, clean and not over busy with them rushing to get to the next client. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a nice place to relax and feel rejuvenated.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten!!! Technician actually ask for a tip. Called and complained about the service I received. Two days later polish which is clumpy is chipping off. Owners response was to write my name in the appointment book for some mystery something if I came back. Very strange unprofessional place.

Great place. My wife and I have been going the Nail Sketch for a long time. I get my pedicure spa treatment done while she get her nails done with great nail art as well.

I came in with no appointment. I was helped right away. The moisturizer/serane wrap/hot towel was so nice. I showed the nail tech. A picture off of pinterest for inspiration for my manicure. JENNY did a fantastic job along my vision a reality. Her attention to detail was top notch. I will be back in 2 weeks to get my nails filled. I am so please with this small shop.

I have been going here for a long time and I love it! Jenny does my nails and she always does an amazing job! My daughter is 3 and absolutely loves coming with me to get her nails done. All the staff is incredible with her and they treat her so well :) They always go above and beyond!

I love this place! They did a great job on my partner’s, daughter’s, and my nails. They were able to duplicate nails from an image on Pinterest. Jenny did a great job.

I sent my Daughter to get a pedicure after both me and my husband went and had a descent existence. Not only was she over charged for services they have pricing posted for, but then shamed and told she didn’t leave a large enough tip and need to add more tip. I will not be returning to this place of business.

Do not go here. I showed a picture of the shape and kind of nails I wanted and asked the tech if she could do it. She said yes. After putting on the tips I said they look wrong, she said she would use powder to make them the shape I wanted., no she did what she wanted them when she was done said ok? I said no I told you what I wanted. She ignored me painted them with gel, which has since peeled and flaked off.then charged me $65. It's been 2 days and 2 nails have broken off. Waste of money

This place is amazing! First time coming here, and I’ll definitely be back! The whole staff was super friendly and fun. The gal doing my nails really took her time and did a fantastic job! My boyfriend loved his pedicure too! This is my new go to for nails :)

Tina was not very good. Cut my nail and toes up with file. Made me bleed and never said anything to me. Complained about how long I wanted my nails. Won't be going back because of her.

Friendly, professional, and thorough. It’s hard lately to find the right nail salon and I think this is the place. I want to update my review to add an example of why I love this place. I came in today with my step-daughter (6 years old) for her first pedicure. The owner did her pedicure and was incredibly thoughtful. She would engage my daughter gently with conversation, explain everything she was doing and why, made sure she was comfortable and not doing anything my daughter didn’t want or was not comfortable with. It was a positive experience for her since she was nervous and did not know what to expect and that was very important to me. Thank you!
