Wow. Will never go back. The owner of this establishment is downright rude to customers. I expect to be treated with respect, and he does not treat customers nicely at all.

The word I would use is mediocre. Staff overall was not very friendly or communicative. The shop is cute but not clean or organized. I paid $80 for a French tip with powder which isn't the worst but defintley not worth it for me personally.

Best experience there. Walk in and get my nails done right away. No wait time or anything. They did what I wanted. I love how they turned out. I’m not much of a pink person but hey valentines is around the corner. Thank you.

Honestly the place is nice, the workers are friendly. I paid a cash tip that was about 16% of my bill and the lady seemed like she wanted more!

Loved it here! Great and quick service and my nails look great! My only complaint was they did not do any cuticle work, but it was relatively inexpensive compared to other nail places in the area which is wonderful!

The place is very dirty and dusty. They charged me 35 dollars to paint my nails one color. No cuticle work or anything. There is always a long wait if you walk in. As well, my nail tech did not know the difference between shellac and gel nail polish. Very disappointing experience overall.

Took my daughter for mani pedis. Hers is phenomenal. Even on short, kid nails the flowers are amazing. My dip is the worst I've ever had. It's so sloppy. Nothing is smooth. Jagged edges, either bare spots or dip all over the sides, cuticles and under my nails. I went home and used a tooth pick to chip it off. They look so clunky and awful I have to go spend another 60$ to have them fixed. 3 women did amazing but the other was awful didn't even do it how I requested. Color on all but ring finger in glitter. She dashed glitter on all. Wouldn't be bad if they were done right other than that. Another woman came in as we were leaving wanting gel. The woman who did mine argued multiple times to do dip nail. The other woman was clearly annoyed and eventually sternly said No, I get gel.

if i could give it 0 stars i would. my sister paid $80 for a french tip w a sticker on one finger. when the lady was done, the sides of her nail weren’t even painted, the sticker was peeling up, nails weren’t even, the french tip wasn’t even, idk why you file them after your done painting. makes no sense.

the building was nice and very clean. to start off, I got my nails filed down with the drill, then the woman immediately started to do the dip nail, for $65 I would’ve thought there would’ve been some cuticle cutting but whatever nails turned out nice. my only complaint is that when I got my toes done it was almost the same short process. the woman paints my toes and puts on the flip flops and takes us to the register. I got in the car and took off the flip flops and there was a smudge, most likely my fault, but I am confused as to why you would send someone on their way if the nails weren’t dry. the two women were nice enough though.

Had pedicure. Satisfied with the foot/leg massage but just not happy for the way the polish looks. Messy, yes I should have said something before I left but felt like I was being pushed out. Other customers to deal with instead of making the current customer happy. Pretty sure won't be going back. Place us clean,very well organized.

Had to go back to have nails fixed the time before they lifted and broke (3). I paid $64 the first time the second time I went back they charged me another $38 that was within a week so I paid a total of $102.00 for a set and then to them a week later because they didn’t last. So this time I went back and had a new set put on $64.00, and with in 4 days they had started to lift around the edges. I again went back. This time the tech went around the edges glued back down and sent me out the door they were not polished buffed or anything so now I can go somewhere else and get them fixed. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I used to LOVE this place. Unfortunately the last multiple times I’ve gone the quality for what I pay is AWFUL. They lift within a week usually are uneven and messy and when you ask for a tip or nail to be corrected they act insulted. There are only maybe 3 techs that aren’t horrible but for what they charge I don’t have intentions of going back

Original review: No appointment needed. Walk ins are taken. I got in right away. This was the fastest pedicure I’ve ever had. Which could be good or bad depending on how you look at it. 20 min from sitting in the chair to paying. Add a few min more for choosing color and sitting under the lights. The lady who did my pedi worked very quickly. Seems to have done a good job, and the polish was applied very well. But it was not a relaxing experience at all. Inexpensive price ($35). No fancy menu of options to be pressured in to buying. Old reviews mention being offered wine or refreshments, I was not offered anything. I’ll go back if I need a fast, cheap pedi. But will go somewhere else for a spa-like experience. First photo- blue Update: went back today. They were super busy, so I figured my fast pedi experience would be repeated. This one took a little longer. The lady who worked on me took a little more time with scrubbing and scraping. But the polish job leaves a lot to be desired. Apparently she didn’t feel it was necessary to put polish on the entire nail on several toes. She offered me a menu of pedi options, which wasn’t offered last time, but seemed irritated when I just wanted the basic pedi. Didn’t talk to me the entire time except to tell me to move my foot when I didn’t understand which direct she wanted as communicated by her shoving my foot around. Wasn’t offered a beverage even though nearly everyone else in the space had glasses of wine. Dropped my previous 4 start rating to 3. And I definitely won’t be back. Second photo- silver

This place is by far the best in CR. Courteous and cool staff. Professional and clean environment. And my nail design was executed perfectly. Will be making this my regular salon from now on. Update: I have had to get 3 nails fixed due to splitting and cracking. I called to schedule a repair and was told they were too busy. For the price, I don’t see myself returning here.

The gentleman on the phone and at the front desk is grouchy and inconsiderate. They declined my friend since she was a walk-in but turned around and accepted 3 girls. They offered water but never delivered. The guy that did my pedicure was great but didn’t know how to polish my toenails. He gave me the container full of rhinestones to choose from. I showed a picture and said I’ll want large and small white rhinestones. Shortly another worker came over and applied all small rose gold rhinestones. I said that’s not right and she said “It looks good.” That doesn’t matter because that’s not what I asked for. The rhinestones where all over the place. They kept forgetting me. They finally said we’re ready for your manicure. I declined and said I’ll pay and go (as I wasn’t ready for them to mess up my nails and not fix) The guy at the front desk then started to ask questions and become confrontational. I was uncomfortable as they wouldn’t listen and/or fix my nails. Instead they got mean. Also rhinestones on your toenails are $20? What? I left the nail salon unhappy and unsatisfied. My toes look like garbage. I will never ever return.
