Walked in and waited for about 5 minutes until someone asked how they could help. Asked for a pedicure. They Asked if I had appointment, I said no. Told me they were busy. NOT A SINGLE PERSON WAS IN THE SALON! Will never come here or recommended. Awful service right off the bat.

I recently went o a Sunday afternoon. A very elderly couple were providing services. I had a pedicure, they said it would take 30 minutes, and that was exactly how long it took! I was impressed. I had the elderly gentleman giving me the pedicure. I think perhaps they are the mother and father of the owners, who needed a day off. Absolutely no massage, Nothing in any way special. I noticed when my nails were getting poļished, it looked they were thinning the polishes, it infuriates me when shops thin their polishes!!! I used to be a nail tech. The Lustre of the polish is lost.

The place is clean and the owner is friendly. It’s located in Sun City Summerlin near Lake Mead and Del Webb. Pedicure, price point is reasonable ($23). Ben did a good job on a previous visit. 5/15/24, Cindy was good—except when she put my wedge flip flops on before painting my toes and that caused the application of polish to result in not so smooth look (50/50) overall. More like DIY application. If I choose this location in the future, I will request for Ben.

I drove all the way here from north las vegas on a FRIDAY afternoon and their store is closed for no rhyme or reason . This is the second time I've come here within business hours and they are closed.

So I usually come here to get my nails done by the same person and never had a problem with him, he was nice and always listened to how I wanted them to be done, today I went in and a different guy was doing my nails; he did not care how I wanted them and when I would pull to look at my nails he would just grab my hand because he didn’t want to change what he did and didn’t care to clean up my edges and just did my nails very sloppily. I never had anyone do my nails like this and be treated with no care at all. Honestly I’d like to come back but for only one person to do my nails.

I went here about a week ago. Didn’t have the best experience. I told them I wanted gel back fills. Obviously I just made up something. I have acrylic on my nails right now and they had grown out and I have gel polish on. I do realize I explained it wrong but if I made up something I would think that they would question what I really need. So what had happened the nail technician took all my Acrylic off and proceeded to just put gel polish on my nails. In the process of doing this I knew something wasn’t right he kept drilling and drilling it was extremely painful. The nail bed was turning red and I told him my nails are very sensitive so he would stop And maybe move on past the first two that he seem to concentrate on. When he was finally done I saw him grabbing the polish and I asked him are you going to put the acrylic back on? He looked at me confused and told me I just want to gel. I told him no I want acrylic on I’m sorry for the confusion. He seemed very frustrated at that point and grab the powder and liquid and only put one coat on my nails they were very thin. Then place the gel on next . The gel was extremely thin. When I left I had big chunks of acrylic that should’ve been filed off the sides of my nails. My nails were different lengths and I know when they grow out they were going to break because even with the gel over the acrylic they are paper thin. I don’t recommend this nail salon at all. Just looking around myself that it wasn’t clean. I had my purse On my lap under the table and There was a bug crawling on my purse when I move my legs to get ready to leave. The selection of nail polish I had to choose from was minimal at best. I think I have a better selection at home and I don’t have any polish

I'm not recommending this place at all! You are just going to waste your money. Loann did my nails and she did it so bad. Didn't filed my nails correctly, all uneven. And when she painted my nails it was all uneven and lumpy. I wish I could have done it myself and didn't waste my time and money!

I came in this morning the wait wasn't too long. The man named randy did my nails. I got a full set with color. First of all he seemed to be going way to fast and maybe that's why he did such a bad job. My nails turned out lumpy not, not curved right even had a crooked one that I asked him to fix and then gave me kind of attitude saying he applied to much powder and when I had mentioned it when he applied the False tip. He tried to fix it but it did not turn out and I did not have time to have him fix all of them. Then he had the nerve to ask for a tip. Needless to say I've never had such bad nails done until I walked into this place. My sister had hers done at the same time and hers came out just as bad. I do not nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully others have Better luck.

Stopped in a for a Mani/Pedi. Great experience from start to finish. The workers were very responsive, nice and quick. I came in the morning so it wasn't busy at all and I was immediately seated. Love that my pedicure and manicure involved a bit of reflexology--nice touch. Will be back again!

LOANN is a Nail Doctor. My nails were torn and wrinkled from using false nails for years. Now I have gorgeous and strong nails thanks to Loann. It is a lovely, very clean salon, and everyone working there is very professional and nice. I highly recommend this salon. Carole Altman
