Was going to try this place out. They are suppose to open at 9am. Must be 12 people sitting her waiting . It's 9:10 no one here to work or open. I'm going to Kilgore to get my pedi. Thanks for nothing Nails by Cindy.

Believe the reviews! 💯 If you can go somewhere else go! I’ve dealt with the unnecessary long enough because Tammy is the best I know at doing pedicures and removing ingrown toe nails. She gets it done like a professional! I can’t say that about anyone else not even the man she’s married to because each time I’ve had my nails done by any of them except for the lady on the left and the young tall guy, it was something. Their attitudes stink and they have smart mouths. You don’t have to have an attitude with them, just asking them to make a correction opens up a door for you to be talked about the whole time you’re there. I brought my phone and plugged my ears with my air pods while I received a pedicure. Even the man that sits on the left at the end that does nails. I saw him get an attitude with a nice lady that wanted a nail replacement and rejected her because she didn’t want him doing her nails in the past because he’s not good and I can say that because he’s done mines once before. I can’t deal anymore and hope I can find a place I can continue to come to and get the great customer service I deserve. I’m not mad, it’s just time to pardon ways. Today is my last time dealing with ungrateful, unprofessional, nail techs. The one 🌟 is for Tammy’s hard work at doing such a great job with pedicures even though she has a miscommunication problem understanding English and get very defensive and argumentative.🙏🏽✌🏾

He left my toes too lumpy with the gel and some little spots ain’t painted and left them painted outside my toe nail, normally they come out amazing and perfect but not this time. And for $55? And he made my natural square shape uneven and weird looking

I was asked to go here with my coworker. The nail shop opens at 9am. There was a line at the door. One worker arrived at 9:06 am. The ladies in line requested workers that were not at work. The worker that was there asked what I wanted I told her a pedicure. She went to set up the pedicure for me. Three workers walked in & one of them was a man, he started talking & came to where I was. I told him that the lady was going to do my pedicure. He stated that he was going to do it. I said this is my first time coming here & that he was rude. He continued to do my pedicure & I told him I didn't feel comfortable because he was rude to me. I took my feet out the water & gathered my things. The lady that was doing my pedicure before he came & took over asked me not to leave. I cursed him out & told him I don't have to take this treatment. I left & will NEVER return nor will I recommend this nail shop.

I went there today to get eyebrows waxed, the lady told me a few minutes wait. I waited patiently and the nail tech cleaned her area up, then she went to play with a different customer baby. I can tell that ahe really didnt want to wax me, only to assume that she wasnt going to make that much money but she didnt know that i was planning to get a full set. They finally told me to go in the wax room in which looked like it needed some cleaning attention back there. Suddenly, the lady tech thats rude came back there and pointed at a chair and said," SIT",(pointing at the chair) like she was training a dog or something. She left back out the room then suddenly another customer came in to be waxed and she got waxed right next to me right away. I got up and walked out because it was obvious at this point that they didnt want my money. Im visiting this city but nails by cindy will never ever get my money.

My experience has not been bad. I have been here 3 or 4 times for pedicures and eyebrows nothing bad to say like in the reviews. I have learned to go early in the morning when they first open to make it a better experience.
