I was rushed when the technician appointment came in . I was left with cleaning up my own nails. No massage for my manicure no lotion. Just felt miss treated. My nails were not worth there time. I don’t recommend this for anyone. Rude and didn’t even say bye.

Just went and got mine and my daughter’s nails done for a little mommy daughter date, and both of our nails came out soooo bad this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon! The shape is horrible they’re crooked and the designs are nowhere near what we asked for!!! I’m livid if I could give no stars I would. For the amount of money I just spent in there I am mind blown at the results we received! Do Not go here if you want quality work😡

I stopped using them after the man there was very rude to my granddaughter. A mail smudged and I asked him to fix it. He started saying it was her fault and got an attitude. I got kinda tired of hearing her say the price is $50,000, ok a joke once but every single time repeatedly was a bit much. Last time she did my nails they were crooked and rough. Quality sure went down over the years.

I was trying to avoid leaving a negative review but this is the worst nail experience I've ever had. And that says a lot. I was laughed at upon walking in, wasn't taken seriously the whole time. I got a full set (dip) here yesterday and my fingers are so, so cut and beat up. Cut deeply. The woman doing my nails was trying to hide the fact I was bleeding on almost every nail, right in front of me. The nails look so bad, my hands are embarrassing to look at. You can see in the pictures every single nail is a different shape, none of them look the same. There's odd, discolored spots you can see as well. Every person I've shown them to is shocked. It's very hard to mess up on basic, short, square nails. But they managed it here, in more than one way. I can't believe the woman was okay with leaving them like this. Go anywhere else in Lindale but here.

My girlfriend just went and it was probably the worst experience she's ever had. Her fingers were extremely cut up and her nails were crooked and miss shaped. Do not come here if you're looking for quality nails.

The sloppiest application I’ve ever had. My nails are uneven on the surface and don’t feel hardened. The nail tech paused my nails to go dig an ingrown toenail of another customer with her bare hands and then I had to ask her to wash her hands and she kept saying she did even though she did not. I would never go here again.

Walked in for a brow wax, will go back for a manicure, met the owner, beautiful little salon, friendliest warm business, she was all smiles, fast efficient, did the best job I have had since I moved the lindale over a year ago, was very affordable and I truly enjoyed my experience!

went in and asked for a black french that was really short, how i like it but i saw glow in the dark dip and i wanted to use that for french tips. The woman doing my nails insisted i do gel, i asked is it still glow in the dark and she said yes. we get done and i noticed some were crooked but i'm very shy so i didn't say anything thinking she'd notice and fix it, but she did not she put gel top coat on and i went to wash nails when done. I paid $50 for CROOKED nails. To top it all off these are definitely NOT glow in the dark. Stay away from this place!!

Business hours are not what’s showing on listing was told for walk ins they can only service me mon-wed wasted gas because I was under the impression they were available guess I know for future but huge inconvenience

Clean shop, seated immediately, very friendly staff. Basic pedicure by the next day my feet felt the same as before I went in.. it was a little painful tbh when he worked on my feet. Never had that happen before

I am from out of state. My experience was ok the pedicure was great .. but my manicure was rushed and my nails were Jagged on the ends and looked horrible I said something and she just kind of brushed It Off like it was no big deal. Wasn't too happy for the price. And I gave her a $10 tip. I always pay before my manicure so I don't mess my Nails up. Wrong direction here I guess.

I have pictures. My nails were all crooked and some long some short. I came back to get nails fixed as they told me on phone theyd fix it and instead the older guy chewed me out and told me “he was busy” AFTER i made the appointment several days before. No refund and refused to do my nails right. I WILL be turning this into the BBB. Totally uncalled for and I shouldnt have been treated that way. I left crying. Came to another shop in lindale that was so happy to help me. You havent heard the last from me. Right is right and wrong is wrong. I WILL BE CONTACTING health dept. TRUST IN THAT.

I took my 10 year old niece to get a manicure. Everything was great. We were seated immediately and the tech picked several blues for her to choose from since she requested blue. He offered us a beverage. Only took about 20 minutes in total. Mani looked great. My niece was really happy!

I took my 4 year old daughter here and she and I got manicures and pedicures. They did such a great job and were so sweet and patient with my daughter. We will definitely come here again.

very bad service, unprofessional. They don't know how to remove acrylic nails, they damaged them.
