Horrible. I showed the man a reference picture asked if he was able to do them… He said “YES”! As he was applying acrylic he packed on so much acrylic 3-4 layers the nails were super thick and lumpy! My entire nails and fingers were covered in acrylic. I told him I didn’t like them and to please take them off. He became very upset and said “no.. I fix them”. He started filling my nails so hard he cut me twice (blood everywhere). He then started to drill them off and burnt my finger. He Kept saying he’d fix them and was throwing the nail file and supplies very aggressively. He then proceeded to try to put gel nail polish on after filling and drilling. The woman then said she’d fix them because I a said I wasn’t paying for these. She tried to fix them and they were even worse. I still paid $40! I’ll never ever be returning there. Horrible experience and ruined my day I was there for 4 hours!!

The man in there rushed my nails and cut my finger twice.he also never washed foot bowls after my pedi b4 starting on a new cliet .my nails are crooked and my pinky has dirt in it

DO NOT GO HERE!! The service is absolutely horrible. we asked for 2 full acrylic sets and what we got was a disaster . The techs cut our fingers and didn’t apologize when mentioned , the nails are lumpy, uneven , look horrible and now will need redone , they overcharged us . The sign mentions that acrylic nails are $30 a set so for two sets it should have been $60+tip but i ended up paying $115 and no tip . They were extremely rude and did not offer to fix the nails. If i could rate this negative stars i would .

Got my daughter’s nails done around 2 days ago and they have all popped off already! That’s $50.00 down the drain! Terrible quality!

As they were applying the nails they barely used any glue. I explained although I am not a nail tech, I've been getting them done for 25 yrs. and never seen nails applied in that way. Within 3 days 3 nails just popped off as if they were from the 80s Lee press on's. I went back 2 days later & had 1st one fixed, day 3 I had 2 more missing, so I went back and just asked for a refund. I was told No ( btw I have never felt the need to ever do this, the job they did was that horrible). They kept saying they would replace, to where I told them I did not have the time or the gas to come every other day for them to redo each nail that falls off, because it should have been done the right way in the first place. Do not recommend. A HUGE WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY 💰!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE the service was absolutely terrible. I asked for GEL NAILS he proceeded to put acrylic on my nails and instead of waiting until the end to correct it I noticed and immediately told him that’s not what I asked for. He then proceeded to lie and tell me it was the same thing (which it is not) I told him to just take it all off he was VERY ROUGH with my hands and the tools were dusty and not clean! During my visits the salon and the restroom is always clean, neat, and quiet. There’s little to no talking among the staff in their native language while working; which I feel is both annoying and rude to the customers. The service is prompt, reasonable and very professional. I went in last wensdnday to get my hands an feet done I asked the man with the glasses that I want a cuticle cut before applying the acrylic an he did not do so I also wanted my nails cut to my liking he made the nails very long 8 of my nails are uncut an 2 of them are will not ever come back to place

It was a last minute decision for me as I'm not good at tending to my hands and feet and they needed help, like real help! Being a gentleman I believe having a clean and neat appearance is good! The young lady who cared for me was Truly Awesome! She didn't just rush through because I'm a man but made sure everything was right! She was very Polite and engaged in Conversation and it showed she enjoys her line of work and All her customer's! I felt really good and relaxed when she was done, but didn't look like the hobbit I did when I entered! Thank You for the Clean look!

Over charging for gel and pedicures. I shouldn’t be paying $40 for a REGULAR gel pedicure especially since I was waiting for a long time because there was only 2 people in there and I’m pretty sure they DONT clean their tools after each use

The guy did my nails and I just got my nails done Saturday and two of them broke Sunday while I was pulling my hair up in a ponytail. This was my first time going there, I’ll never go back it took him over two hours and he still messed them up plus they broke the next day
