Called to make an appointment. Told them I was 30 mins away and I would get there as soon as I could around 215/230 I was called at 218 an and I said I was 10 mins away I showed up at 228 and Was told when I got there I couldn’t get the deluxe treatement because I was “late”. Then told me if I wanted it it would be more then the original price because I wasn’t on time , they were super rude and It was the most rushed pedicure ever , drove 30 mins to this place while being 30 weeks pregnant because I usually love this place but I won’t be back for a while. $35 for a pedicure that lasted 15 minutes is ridiculous

Cute place, but music is kinda depressing. The service is good, we just got regular mani/pedi & that could've been better.

I had a deluxe pedicure with Sofia. I highly recommend it and the price was reasonable. My friend had a no chip and her nails were fabulous also. Everyone is friendly and inviting. I really liked how Sofia especially was able to tame my unruley pinky toenails. Anytime I'm in the area, this will be my go to nail salon.

They took almost three hours to do a simple pedicure and manicure. The owner kept leaving every 10 min and not even did what I asked her to do . She didn’t file my nails straight and they look crooked. I also got a foot wax which i only told her from the knee below and she didn’t get all the hair, because they were more and more people coming in and she wanted to take care of the other people then her own client. She didn’t finished waxing the hair and told me when I get home take the rest of the hair myself with an eyebrow clipper. And I refused to give her tip money and she got so offended that she didn’t even say thank you. Such a bad nail place never going back.

I am from out of town and needed a pedicure and change of polish last minute, after rudely being rejected from 2 other local nail salons I called this establishment and they took me in. They were super friendly from the get go, they took their time and i felt really comfortable. Any time that i am back in town i will definitely be coming back, i highly recommend!

I just had the worst nail experience ever. I tried to make an appointment for 12:30 or later, but it was suggested that I try to come a little earlier, so I did. I didn’t even have a chance to look at the colors before I was sat down and started getting worked on, so I was literally fumbling through with one hand at a time to try and find a polish I liked, and eventually had to settle on something because I was clearly being rushed. The entire no chip manicure lasted less than 15 minutes, and the technician was even standing for part of the time she worked on me. She didn’t even speak to me once, aside from telling me to move my hand to get the dryer to turn on. If you are unable to take on another appointment, then don’t. People like to go and relax when they get their nails done, but I literally spent more time driving to and from the appointment than I did in the chair - and I live down the road. Even when I said it was the fastest manicure I’ve ever had, clearly trying to express my dissatisfaction with how rushed my treatment was, the technician laughed it off and said, “oh really?” I also believe she is the owner of Nails 4 U, or at least the one who seems to be in charge there, which makes it even worse, considering she should be the one setting the precedence for quality nail treatments and how to treat their customers. This used to be my go-to nail spot, but after the experience I just had, I will absolutely never go back.

Pedicure tech did the terrible job on my toes , she literally took 10 minutes to finish the whole pedicure , hardly 10 sec of scrub and message . Manicure was decent because I paid $ 10 extra for French nails . What surprises me that I was asked literally asked for tip after she swiped my card . In my opinion you leave the tip for good services not because you have to give the tip . Will not recommend this place to anyone.

The first thing that struck me when I walked into this salon was how clean it was and how fresh it smelled. So many different colors and styles to pick from! Service was prompt and so friendly. This was only the second time in my life that I have had a manicure & I loved the experience so much, I am making it a regular part of my routine. I got the no chip manicure and 2 1/2 weeks later, it still looks good, even though my job as an in-home caregiver requires some housecleaning and lots of dish washing and hand washing! I love Nails4u! ❤️👍🙂

Went in for a pedi with my sister in law yesterday. We are so u happy with it!! My granddaughter can paint & shape my pedi better. I still have rough feet and the paint job was horrible!!!!! I should have stuck to my regular technician. They were in a rush and I can’t express how much I HATE THE SHAPE AND FILE JOB!!! I’ll never go there I’m so upset!

First time at the salon. I wanted to support local shops in Antioch and this is not one of them. I brought my fiance along as well for a spa pedicure that cost 50 dollars already per person. The parrafin there is only for the heel of your foot. I expressed to the owner uni that a parrafin is for the whole foot. She told me it's an additional 10 dollars for the whole foot. I had to ask to soak because they wanted to hurry and rush. Our feet were not oiled after I walked out looking like chalk. My fiancé feet is still cracked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! been in business for 10 years but I can't tell. I wish I could show the pictures of our pedicure. I'm so disappointed 😤

Manager was extremely rude immediately upon entering the store. Her rudeness continued the entire appointment. Not just to us but other customers as well as employees. Terrible atmosphere and as if that's not enough they did not l do even a fairly competent job. Even though I repeatedly asked for what I wanted. She understood no English at all. I was not unkind, but I tried to be persistent, after all I was paying for this service! Eventually I gave up.

Never again. Pedicure was horrible, nails trimmed crooked, dry skin still on feet. Manicure was basic at best. Have done better job myself. Color was chipped by the next day.
