2 hours ago My fiancé had appointment today for mani and pedi with lip and eyebrow wax. Long story she has been to this establishment a few times since she likes the way her nails get done. Today during the wax the young lady was extremely rude and did the worst job and told her she has way to much makeup on and was coughing and sneezing in her mask. She came home extremely upset and paid for a service that she had to re do. Do better

Katelyn did my nails and she did the best job I've ever had. And I'm in my 60s I've had my nails done quite a bit and at many places but this was the best place by far she is amazing!

This is the only spot I will come to get my nails done. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the salon is always clean-which tells me that I can trust the tools they are using are also clean and sanitized. They are sometimes pretty busy, so there can be a wait but that is not a bad problem to have! Will only ever come to this salon. Thank you for being an amazing owner, Sue!!!

I get my toes done here regularly and have never been disappointed. All of the employees are genuinely kind, attentive, and aren’t pushy in trying to upsell anything. The shop is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

My nails were a wreck before I went to Sue tonight. I showed her a starting picture, explained what changes I wanted and what I liked. My nails turned out better than the reference photo. Will absolutely be back!

Been going here with my mom and sisters since we moved to the area. Every time we go the ladies are so sweet and so detailed. we love the atmosphere and I won't go anywhere else to get my nails done.

It was great because they agreed to fit me in last minute an hour before closing however, my nails were extremely rushed to the point. I hadn’t even worn them for four hours and they already broke. which is absolutely ridiculous especially when I paid $95 (Tip included) And I couldn’t even get the design I wanted because they would’ve charged an arm and a leg.

I will never go in this location again..the woman claiming to be the owner, was extremely nasty to me. She asked me why didn't I go to who previously did my nails, she also was asking me multiple questions not being clear I wanted a French manicure and a cut down.. I asked her was her prices the same as listed, she told me know, as I sat, she kept antagonizing me of who did my nails I asked her what difference did it make.with broken engish of course, shr didnt understand what I was asking, i asked just make them look nice, all the terms and questions was frustrating...when I asked her her name she refused to tell me she stated she's been the manager for 3 years, and told me to calm down.. when I've been off and on going in there for 5 years of living in Big Lake, I asked her if she had an issue with me cause I was black..do not go to this location, they are rude and I was treated disrespectfully.. this place will not stay open with the owner in place..I got myself up and took my business elsewhere..

The staff is very friendly and makes sure you are happy with their work. The only reason for 4 stars is because my daughter and I had the exact same thing done and for some reason my daughter's was $5 more

Everybody is so nice and does a great job! This last time I went I had Emily, and Sarah, they both are very kind and to a fantastic job. Everybody there makes you feel comfortable. When I come I have a picture of what I want and they always seem to it just perfect. Completely recommend this place! This is a picture of what I got done 2 days ago! Love this place!!

I've changed my rating(was a 5) after going in for a manicure...the guy that was working on my nails when another woman came in for a pedicure, so he went to get her "set her up". I had high hopes after the remodel, but low and behold I look behind me and he's working on her pedicure WITHOUT gloves...I tried to just not jump to assumptions as he could still wash his hands and glove up to work on my finger nails, but no....he came right back to me and tried to reach out like he was going to continue my manicure...I told him I'm fine, I gotta go...my nails weren't even dry yet and he even knew my nails weren't dry either, but at that point I didn't care... I just paid and left. I'm not getting some messed up fungal fingers because your staff did not practice proper PPE practices...please do better in the future....btw not confused...you guys were really busy and a male worker/supervisor stepped in and began working on people...he was the only male there...nail salon in strip mall next to tanning salon, sports bar and grill right next to Coborns in Big Lake, right?

Absolutely awful, the gal my daughter had was extremely rude, told my daughter she was wasting her time, kept rolling her eyes on what my daughter wanted done. Then in the end way over charged her. Totally took advantage. So disappointed since the reviews seemed to be pretty good.

Well she said my toe polish was dry, but my sock made an impression in it by the time I got home. 😔
