We had an AMAZING experience at Nail World. My sister and I walked in with 2 girls that wanted nail art. Not only did they KNOCK IT OUT OF THE PARK with the nail art (see photos) but they had laughing the entire time. Everyone is so kind and hospitable. Cannot recommend enough. 10/10

i went to get my acrylics filled in, and the woman who was doing my nails purposely popped the acrylics i had off (saying “oops!” every time even though she was pulling at them with tweezers!???) and then tried to charge me full price for a new set. because SHE pulled the nails off? literally got scammed by these people do not go here.

I kept telling the lady that I did not want acrylic, she never shut up and the young man proceeded with the applications. My nails were in perfect condition when I stepped in that door. Now I am struggling to get it off. She does not listen to customer requests

Butchered my nails. I usually go to another place I LOVE but I just needed a simple sns removal.The person made me bleed on four separate fingers and didn't say sorry! My nails hurt so bad after. I will never be returning

Got charged 110$ Total for a kids polish toes and nails .with just regular polish and for myself I got a fill in with gel polish no toes or anything extra done and to topic it all off no price was ever given or told to me never again ...

Quoted me 55 in the beginning for a pedi that included Donna's upgrade, made sure I knew the cost before got started. In the end, my request didn't change during the visit, charged me 91. The gentleman helped himself to look in my wallet when I was pulling cash out. They are hustlers. Quality of work, 5 star. Will I go back? Only if I pay before services rendered, lol.

Very unprofessional. My 17 year old daughter spent $70 on a full set, and when one nail broke, 3 days later, they changed her to repair it, $10. Then when she questioned the charge, they called the police on her. I will never do business with them.again.

A year ago, my adopted sister and I went to Nail World. A new technician cut me seven times trying to trim my toe nails. I bled everywhere. They wanted me to pay and I gave them $50. Today, I went back with my sister again and an elderly lady trimmed my toe nails. I paid them $50 again. I asked for a couple things that other nail professionals have done and they ignored me. I do not recommend this place. It is near the Kroger on Hartley Bridge Road. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. In her defense, the elderly lady spoke almost no English.

Been here many times and was always pleased with their work but in the past few weeks they have gone up on prices and it seems that money is what it's all about. Polish is peeling and chipping because of them adding acetone to it so it will last longer. It is not good when u are paying 60 & 70 dollars and it will not last a week. Won't be back.

I decided to try this salon because I live nearby. Initially, I was going to get a manicure and pedicure but chose to only do the latter. I’m glad I did. An older gentleman provided my service. He didn’t do a good job shaping my toe nails, I had to tell him they needed to be cut down more, AND he was about to start painting WITHOUT cleaning underneath my toenails. To top it off, he didn’t even understand when I pointed it out to him. Another one of the employees had to explain it. I paid for a Deluxe Pedicure. I’ve had much better results at other nail salons for less. I don’t think I’ll be back.

My white French tip toe polish was horrible. I paid $30 and had to wear sneakers for two weeks. It was a hour wait. The guy didn't speak good English so it was hard to communicate and not a good experience. I was so sad when I left.

Now have athletes foot!!!!! the pedicure tubs are not sanitized nor use liner, found it funny there was a little water already in my tub. Apon arrival thought they started and stopped it while I ran to get my wallet outta car but NO it wasn't even warm and remembering them starting it once I sat down ! Also had an elderly lady with me and she mentioned multiple times them cutting her fingers while getting manicure. Extremely disappointed. And also felt slightly over charge after visiting another nail salon. Charging 18 for gel polish. 15 at other neighboring nail salons.

Pedicures are the best and very reasonable. Nails on the other hand are good but pricey. There is a charge for everything done. Set or fill-in has a price. They do not do your cuticles unless you pay for it. Color is also a charge.

They did a terrible job the lady accidentally hit my finger with grinder made it bleed then poured acetone oh my finger where was bleeding and they overcharged me and I will never go there again

They do a nice pedicure and manicure but I would say the pricing is an art here. Be sure you ask all your questions up front don't assume the posted fees are correct. For 2 mani and 2 deluxe pedicures it cost $139.00- man inflation has hit everywhere 😀 I would prefer to go to a place and read a sign and know exactly what I'm reading will be the cost as posted. You live and learn- and that fee does NOT INCLUDE GEL polish. That is $18 dollars more.

Very unprofessional and rude. Their service was very rushed and sloppy. Not to mention my gel nails started chipping the very next day. Will never return here and definitely no not recommend anyone to get their nails done here.

Don’t know of the person’s name that does my nails but she’s the youngest girl in there. She’s awesome! I’ve been to her twice and can’t wait until I get my fillin and cut down with nail design again!

Horrible service did not continue the job they started. Talking about they close at 8 can I come back tomorrow to get my nails finished. Very horrible attitude and unprofessional. Do not go get your toes or nails done there if you want a finished job.

Terrible pedicure. People that choose to come here from other country's need to understand customer service and how rude and dangerous it is to talk across people in another language while their being paid in full to provide a service. Close your mouth and focus on completing the task you are being paid to do and respect the person paying. Simple.

I got my nails dine Friday night abs Saturday the polish was chipping I went back Tuesday because They were cluntil Tuesday. I went to get my nails repainted and I told the nail tech that what she did wasn't what I wanted and she said " this looks better" I just said this wasn't what I asked for and walked out.
