I'm 60 years old and have always sat at the salon while my wife had her manicure or pedicure. Today I had my first manicure and it was amazing. My old hands look so much cleaner and professional. 5 stars to Trish and the gang.

Friend and I went for the head spa-they were able to do us both at same time but separate room. Maybe it was our fault seeing other places on social media in metropolitan areas filling our heads what we thought we’d have. For the price, it just didn’t provide the right experience. The neck/back massage was someone probably not really trained in that area, not once asking about pressure. The head massage was nice-but nothing explained to what was being done. My friend does have shorter hair and was done 35 minutes before me. Had to sit there and wait for me without any offer of a beverage while she waited. Fine, but not for the pricing. The blow drying afterward was rushed and not done well either and my hair just ended being damp still anyways. It was ok, just not what I’d expect for the cost. I don’t believe they are also really educated in different hair textures.

I absolutely love my nails. Trish suggested greens and we went with it. Highly suggest nail world if u want the most amazing nails that last a long time.

I went in wanting the basic pedicure with a cat eye finish. He did explain that the price will be the gel price and not the regular polish cost. I was fine with that and appreciated him explaining because I want to know how much things will cost & then decide for myself if I want it or not. My pedicure ended up being $100 plus tip and to say I was quite shocked & irritated would be truthful. I do not like extra hidden fees tacked on unexpectedly & without my permission. I came here because my husband gets his eyebrows done all of the time & really likes them but to me this is slimy sales tactic. Just be upfront & honest

I had the best pedicure hands down that I’ve ever had with Yen (hoping I spelled her name right)!! She was thorough, gentle and very sweet. She made sure the width of my french tip was the way that I liked it which I appreciate! I paid over $80 for my gel pedicure but I think it was worth it. The service took about an hour and they got my right in. 🙂

Yesterday I went into their new location next door and got a basic pedicure. They looked busy so I asked how long she didn’t give me a time frame just told me to sit in a chair and started my water. I sat in the chair for a hour an twenty minutes before anyone came over never asked if i wanted a water or anything. I told the lady I wanted a sold color but changed my mind to french tip. I felt like she was rushing the whole time while doing my pedicure, she didn’t clean under my nails, barley clipped my cuticles, and didn’t ask how I wanted them shaped. I sat in the chair longer than my actually pedicure took (30 mins). I just went in there a month prior and paid $55 for a basic pedicure. This time i paid $84 dollars. When asked why it was so much she told me the prices went up when they moved and it cost more to do french tip. This was pretty upsetting to me that they never informed me that the prices went up and it was more to do french tip. While I was in there another lady was upset bc she also paid more than expected. I felt like i paid way more than what my experience was worth.

I wish I could give them zero stars , I’ve been here 3 times . Each time I was forced to leave due to the uncomfortable feeling I was given the first time they completely overcharged us I paid a little over 200 for short French tips and the most painful pedicure ever which I disregarded because their work is ok and it was my first time in this new city .the lady rushed through the whole process . After I had already waited 45 minutes to be serviced. the second visit upon arrival the nail tech and everyone in there just stared me down as if I was not wanted there . I proceeded to take a seat ,I still wasn’t greeted or even helped so I left .I was so shocked considering I’ve been here before . I thought maybe I’d give them a second chance so I came back with my brothers (men could get manicures too !!!) the nail tech was so rude she snarled and snapped with every question she answered with deep breaths and eye rolls .there was maybe 2 people in the salon (not busy at all ) I asked her would she be able to take us she snapped “it will be a while ! “ very rudely I said “ok how long “ she said “1 hour or more come back later! “then I knew she didn’t want to service us because most nail shops never want paying customers to wait or even come back because that could potentially lose a customer . To sum things up I feel as if they are racist here ! Would not recommend if you’re a person of color ! I don’t know … Very unprofessional. Rude attitudes could ruin a great business!

Okay so I guess it's hit or miss. I've been here 4 times and 3 times it was awesome. Except they don't exfoliate the heel as much as I'd like. But this time I got the most painful leg massage I've ever had.. it hurt so bad I kept getting a pain in my chest.. And this is after she rushed through my cuticles like her life was on the line.. Which came after waiting 45 minutes while 2 other ladies got their treatment started 15 minutes before I did. I'm still in the chair.. and if my feet are soft I'll still tip appropriately. But I think maybe some ladies here are good and maybe some are bad. I usually mind my business but I did look around and it doesn't seem like annyyyone else is rushing this fast. Her name was Mi.

We love our visits to Nail World! We won’t go anywhere else for a pedicure or manicure. Prices are reasonable and our nails always look wonderful. We are never rushed out and get our monies worth. The staff does a wonderful job!
