This was my first experience getting my nails done and I really tried to like it and be polite but Ive just been upset. As said, I have no other experience with nail techs but I couldn't help notice things were unsanitary and aggressive. First I was sat down with an older male who put one nail on me before I was told to move to another seat which I was sort of relieved by because he was coughing and rubbing his nose and then messing with my hands. Unfortunately the woman I was seated with was doing exactly the same and the tools were not sanitary either. She was filing my nails roughly with a very used nail file and would look off in the distance while doing it and start filing my finger which hurt. I had small cuts all around my fingers by the time she put the nail glue on me which burned very badly and it also had a very strong chemical smell. She was impatient with me picking my colors and even brought out the wrong one, when she started painting I asked for both sets of nails to be done the same but she wouldn't let me. It was uneven and messy and she told me to leave my hands in the lamp for way too long which made me feel like my hands were being cooked. So I came out with my hands very sensitive with cuts and my nails done sloppily for $150 and my dad's girlfriend had the same experience. I will not be returning.

While the wait wasn't too long, the place wasn't as clean as I would have expected for that type of business. They cut my daughters nails really short and cut her skin. They didn't prep very well because one of her nails already broke and it's gel which I thought was supposed to help prevent chipping and breakage. I also got gel and they are uneven, not just in color but the shape and application of the polish. Not sure I'll go back.

Best place to get a pedicure and dip on nails. Have been a customer here since I was 12. I'm 35 now. Great place and environment.😁

I absolutely love Nail Time and Spa!! They have great service and do absolutely amazing job. Michael the owner is very sweet and will take the time to get to know you and your name! I’ve been to many nail places in the area and this is by far the best place and good prices as well!

We brought some ladies to the nail shop today from our organization, and we had the greatest time. The staff was very friendly and nice and they got our nails and pedicures done in a timely fashion.

Tina did an amazing job! I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she helped me select colors suggesting a lovely and creative ombré with sparkles. She also works very quickly! I’ve tried all the nail salons in west Nashville and this is by far the best.

do not go there ever. I had a pedicure and he brought his toolbox out, with the scrubbing mechanisms, were not sanitized, just sitting in a bag..after he did, my feet, he put them back in and went to another pedicure. Never sanitized the things that he put on my feet before he went to another client , their cleanliness level is not up to standards. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I’m going to have to go and have another pedicure, that’s how bad this one was.

Absolutely loveee how I get treated here! Michael is always amazing and the sweetest human ever!!! Nancy has also helped my granny with medi pedis for a couple of years. She’s wonderful as well I’ve never had a bad nail tech here love it!!!!

Had a great experience in the past with Tina. A few weeks ago, I was given Leena. After dipping 4 times, I’d requested she file them down because I don’t like them so thick. When I went in a couple days ago, I was again given Leena. Id lost one and told her I didn’t want them super long (as they’d grown since last visit) but also do not want them “short”. The picture below is what I paid $55 for. I feel like it looks like a 5 year olds nails. She also dipped only twice which I like but then filed as she kept saying “you like them thin”. So now they are truly so thin they feel like normal nails with paint.. I really just meant not 4 coats and huge and puffy. I may or may not go back but I would request Tina only if ever in the future.

I have been going to nail time since high school (before their location changed). I have always really enjoyed going there. I have been serviced by almost every employee there and never been disappointed. I take my daughter with me sometimes and she always enjoys it as well. this last time I was taken care of by nancy who gave a wonderful pedicure. she did the acrylic application and shaping and paid such good attention to detail. I am very rough on my nails and they have held up wonderfully. Tina was able to do the design for my nails, I showed her a picture and she executed it perfectly even adding her own little twist. I highly recommend Nail Time!

Tina was amazing!!! I was discouraged with the last place I had my nails done. When I walked in and met Tina she immediately assisted me with my nails. They look wonderful and she did the best job on them I have ever had. Thank you Tina! I will be BACK!

Got a pedicure here today and 2.5 hours later the polish was still goopy & wet. I knew it was going to be an issue because the guy was adding thinner to the polish. I should have asked for new polish.

I had visited this salon once before and remembered that it was reasonably priced for the area and I had a good experience. That was June. Today was completely different. Although I got in immediately, I felt the woman did not want to be doing my nails. She seemed annoyed at a lot. No one else in the salon seemed in this mood. I watched others handle children and adults and be kind and fun and polite. But I got the grumpy person for some reason. I was taken aback that my polish change on my toes would be $15 and a basic pedi was $38 which is why I chose the former. But I have had better polish changes for $8. It was sloppy and not done well at all. You can't do toes with loose gloves and then not clean all the smudges you've left on skin. My fingers as well have residual on them that wasnt cleaned off. She didnt do a great job of making sure the edges are smooth near my fingers. I have serious doubts about the longevity of this set which was what I was hoping for. I drove from Goodlettsville because i was expecting a superior experience but i have overpayed for a subpar one. And i even tipped because I felt like a jerk if i didnt. But she truly didnt deserve what I left. I wont be going back.

I haven't figured out how to attach a picture to a Google review but Michael did my nails a couple days before Christmas and did a fantastic job. Nail Time and Spa is my go to nail place! Everyone is friendly. Michael did an amazing job! He was funny and engaging. I had a great time.

Really unenjoyable experience, but was never given spa menu for pedi choice… nail tech argued aggressively, rudely spoke to other tech in a different language repeating the English words from our conversation. Basic pedi when I finally asked to see menu, was 38$ had gel, and then soak off dip nails and new fresh dip. No designs was 118$… I’ve often spent 200-300 on nails so it’s not about the price but thought I’d share the price for those wondering. .. just overall worse than the dentist… don’t go here. Literally feel like I need self care after this experience.

Rude staff!!! Wanted to celebrate my friend’s birthday so we decided to get mani’s together. We hadn’t see each other in months so we thought this was a perfect way to catch up. We walk into Nail Time Spa in Bellevue to request manicures and to please sit us together. At this time of day (130pm on a Wednesday), they do not appear busy at all. While choosing our nail colors, this female staff member walks up and aggressively asks us if we are ready. We say yes and she directs us to different spots. I explain we would like to sit together and may we please wait until there is availability? She very abruptly says no and directs us to separate seats for manicures. I ask once more to please seat us together and she ignores us and rudely points to our spots. The interesting part is, there is an empty seat next to my friend, and within minutes of me sitting down in my spot across the spa, another customer is seated next to my friend. It’s mind boggling! I regret not leaving at this point. I will NOT be back. This has been my favorite place in Bellevue to get my nails done for years. You cannot treat your customers this way and expect them to return.

The nail salon was not very welcoming. No one really spoke to you no one ask you questions the tech that worked on my nails was very very heavy handed I have gotten multiple cuts underneath my nails from the drill. As she was doing my nails, she glued her thumb to my nail with the glove on there still bubbles on my nails I am not happy with the service, nor do I think I will be back

This is why I don’t like going to nail salons. It’s not enjoyable, I just wanted a basic pedicure, the massage was like him just rubbing my legs. The polish was absolutely terrible, and he said he did clear coat on top but I didn’t see that happen. Also coughing all over my feet and legs is disgusting at least turn your head to the side.
