I went to NT Nails before the Thanksgiving holiday for a gel manicure. I specifically asked the nail tech if my nails were too short for a French manicure. She said no. As she was doing it I said I’m not happy with the way it looks. All my nails were uneven and poorly done. She cut me with the cuticle trimmer and the owner came over. I asked to be treated with antiseptic because the salon as a whole is not clean at all & staff doesn’t take responsibility for their actions The owner finished my nails. I paid but was extremely disappointed in the service I received I went back today figuring maybe it was an off day for the nail tech. Given her the benefit of the doubt I had a different nail tech. She also cut me with the cuticle trimmer. Insisted it was just my skin as I was bleeding and continued my nails annoyed with me over her mistake. I will never go back nor recommend this shop. Unfriendly, rude & no regard for customer satisfaction. Additionally they prefer you pay CASH for their benefit but have no regard for their paying customer ! Horrible experience ! Other salons where you should feel pampered I left NT nails worried I would get an infection!

First time scheduling an appointment with nail tech. Prompt service, cleaned and filled my nails. Shaped beautifully. Nail color was inspired by the holiday. She did a great job and I love the them.

I have been going to Nail Tech for over a decade and I've always been highly satisfied. I've tried many of their services, and I am always impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness, and professionalism. They are experts in their craft and I would highly recommend this salon.

Update 2024: I now go here to get acrylics and I still absolutely love this place. Best nail place around! My boyfriend and I got pedicures here and they were fantastic! The spa pedicure package was exactly what I was looking for and they were so thorough. Definitely the best nail place on market.

WORST service I have ever gotten. Spa pedicure was painful and resulted in an ingrown toenail. The tech doing my nails was rude and aggressive, alternating between yanking my fingers, shaking them, and slapping my hands. I felt like I couldn't do anything right. Very stressful experience when it should be relaxing and carefree! I also asked for french tips and they gave me hot pink as a base. Argued for a few minutes about changing the color; they kept saying no it won't change because the polish is sheer. Got up and picked an opaque nude color myself and they finally agreed to fix it. I thought french tips were self-explanatory. Then I was told "you should show a picture so we know what you want". When they started my nails they were already filing before I had a chance to show a picture! Horrible customer service and not worth the price. Finished product was patchy and looked unfinished. And this was for my wedding. Do not waste your money here. And yes I got the right place. You can see from the reply they take 0 accountability!

Extremely rude receptionist. On FaceTime and made me wait extra time as always. Appointments are made for reasons not to be ignored then go wait? Don’t take more clients than you can handle. Very poor people skills. I tried going back after 10 years for a simple pedicure and was treated like garbage the moment I walked in. Don’t recommend to your worst enemy

This was my first time coming here. I was able to get seated right away. This was, by far, the worst pedicure I've ever had. I believe she put the toe separators back to reuse again. My big toe nails were cut too short and it was painful, especially when she filed them. She also would zip off my nail with the e-file while taking off my polish and get my skin. The whole thing probably lasted 20 minutes. I get pedicures every few months and this one was ridiculous. I treat myself to pedicures to relax but this was very stressful.

A friend made an appointment for she and I to have a manicure and pedicure. When we walked in, the staff were all working on clients. My first hint that this establishment was not very professional was when everyone ignored us. The person closest to the door finally looked up and asked what we wanted. I should note that anyone who did talk spoke in "broken" English, so hard to understand. My friend replied that we had an appointment and the lady said, "Go wash your hands." We understandably looked puzzled, and she said "back by the mirror. " Apparently, politeness was not important in this establishment. There was no greeting, no explanation of procedures, just short, choppy commands. After washing our hands, we walked back to the front and sat down in some chairs, and waited further instruction. The same lady said, "Who has manicure?" I indicated it was me, and she said "last table. " I stood up and went to what I assumed was the last table and sat down to wait again for further instruction because there was no one at the last table. Finally, a young manicurist came out from the back room. From that point on, things were just weird. You could not really talk because the English was not clear. When she wanted my hand, she motioned, so I had to pay attention. She slid a box of sample nails on top of the nail dryer and said to pick a color. So, while she was working on one hand, I had to use the other hand to dig through the box. When she put the basecoat on, she motioned to the nail dryer, so I assumed she meant for me to put my hand in the dryer. This dryer had the nail box on top. It did not feel like it was drying anything, and sure enough, when she put the box on top, it must have turned the dryer off, so she ended up having to redo that basecoat. I should mention at this point that the dryers did not look very clean and that when I stuck my hand under the one it had an uneven spot on the bottom that I'm sure put a nice smudge on my nail. When I picked out a sage green color for my nails, she "sort of" explained that it was "mood" polish, so would change from cream to the color I'd chosen. EXCEPT what I found was that it really was a heat sensitive polish, so would only change to the color I'd chosen when held under cold water or on a cold night in the summer. Then I realized it was a light purple, not sage, so not even the color I picked, which I might have realized except the polish was cream when applied. Luckily, I liked the purple. I was given an extremely short hand massage at the end - it seemed as if it were almost an afterthought. After I got home, I took a closer look at my nails and there were tiny bubbles in the polish under top coat. After a week, the polish on 2 nails started to peel away from a spot on the side. I believe it was because the polish was on my skin in those two areas instead of the nail. Completely not impressed.

Amazing job! Honestly this is the first time I’ve ever made an appointment at a nail salon where they actually got me in at my appointment time. I was in and out in 45 minutes. And I love my nails! 10/10! After coming here a few more times, I can attest that this is the best nail salon I have been to. Ken does a great job!
