I had wonderful service. Rosie was meticulous and she is quite talented. I showed her an image and she replicated it exactly. Each one of my nails is even and matches. Absolutely beautiful work.

The salon was clean and the staff was nice. My nails came out ok, however, I'm not in love with them. They look like chiclets

Since nail studio have changed ownership.If you go there hopefully you don't have to go to the restroom.They may charge you $5.If you may want some water, they may charge you $5.They done my nails yesterday and I will never go back and then have enough nerve to ask for a tip really.

New owner. Everytime Ive asked for Ms Tiffany, I got told she was on her day off. Not that she no longer owns the place. Disappointed with the lack of communication with the new people.

The pedicure was fine. However, the lady cut my toenails from the square shape to a funny shape. Then when she polished them, it looked like something a child would have done. I didn’t really notice the polish until I was drying them. I asked her to clean it up a little bit. She tried but it still was bad. I was headed out of town so I had to leave. A couple hours later the polished had bubbled and cracked. It looked awful. Embarrassed to take a picture and to wear open toe shoes lol.

Nice people, but the quality is not great for the prices. I got my nails done for an out of town trip, and while on the trip, my nails (real nails)started chipping and breaking. All my nails bout broke, I came back and told them, they didn't apologize or anything, I let them do my nails again thinking I would get a free set or a discount but they charged me $65 for a full set and when I mentioned what happen with my last nail job, she laughed and took off $5. I WILL NOT BE BACK!! Oh, and the nails are not even done right, I asked her for natural look and she shaped them oval, theres so much wrong with these nails that i could mention but i wont, im just done. I dont like them, but I don't mean, so I paid for them anyway.

only gave me $5 refund after I paid $108 for short french tips and gel polish WHITE TOES. When I was suppose to get French tip she messed up and kept messing up ! Do NOT recommend, communication was bad as well, she said she’d refund me some money back for the French tips because I got white belt polish BECAUSE she kept messing up the French tip lines. And ONLY got back $5

5 ✨(stars)! My husband and I stopped by this location for manicures and pedicures while visiting Jacksonville and we absolutely loved the services we received! Our Technicians we're Henry and Anna they are both highly recommended!

I had a pleasant experience at this nail salon as a first time customer. Tom gave me the loveliest gel pedicure. He has great hands! Lynn did my manicure and gave me exactly what I asked for! Beautiful job. Everyone was also extremely polite and they even offered complimentary drinks. I will return!

I can't type all again, I posted in reviews, I DON'T recommend this business at all,in fact I'm in process of trying to figure out why their still opening the doors??? Because I personally feel it should b closed!! Just my opinion 💯💯💯

I’ve been trying this place and everytime I ask if they are using the SNS PRODUCT THEY ADVERTISE. Not the case. The jar is always broken so they are pretending to use what they advertise. Additionally, you get serviced between customers. Took 3 hours this last time for a pedi and to have my nails dipped with something not SNS. One person in the shop when I arrived. 3 hours unacceptable for the service I received. Not recommended.

I was trying to find a new place as the previous ones had recently messed up my nails multiple times. I found this one with a quick google search and glad I did! The staff is really sweet and my nails and pedi look great!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They will not speak loudly to you and they're wearing their masks so if you're slightly hard of hearing you don't have any idea what they're saying but they will speak very loud to their coworkers in their native language. Why can't he speak louder to me? Also I was not offered to beverage in addition I was left sitting there with cold feet while he decided to go talk to somebody. I got up in the middle of the pedicure and just said screw it I'm done. This place sat me down in a dirty chair which I went ahead and wiped down myself and they didn't bother to change out the dirty towel I tried not to make a big deal about it because I was trying to have a good day but apparently You don't get good service at Nail studio. When I told the guy why I was leaving he barely acknowledged it and said sorry very very low as if he were mocking me. With customer service like that I suspect they'll be out of business pretty soon.
