Horrendous work in this place. And very bad customer service. Since several days ago I put on my nails. And 4 of them have already fallen off. I really don't recommend it to anyone.

So I've been living in Las Vegas for almost four years now, and I've been bouncing around trying to find "my nail tech" until I accidentally found this salon, and God knows I'm glad I did, Raquel did a deluxe pedicure and she was amazing, she really did it how it's supposed to be done. This is definitely my spot now!

I think I finally found my nail salon! Adriana was amazing. She fixed my previously botched set with a fill and reshape. She really took her time prepping and asked multiple times in between if I was satisfied with the work. She handled my natural nails with so much care. So glad I stopped by today.

Paid $70 for the ultimate pedicure was supposed to be 30 minutes extra massage, the nail tech did a little girls manicure instead of finishing my pedi, sat there 30 minutes and all she did was a top coat when she returned. Weirdly she painted my nails before she did any type of massage. Such a disappointment! Don’t waste your money here!!! My friend got a color change and the charged her $54 and it’s chipped not even 24 hours later!

Vincent is the best!! He does a great job on my pedicure & Gel X every time I come. He is very detail oriented and makes sure you like his work before moving on. He's also very kind and easy to talk to. He has such a great upbeat personality as well. All around great vibes. Definitely will continue booking with Vincent.

A woman from colombia gave me the ugliest french nails of my life and made me pay 90 bucks for some beginners nails, when I complained that they don't look like my image they told me to go with the person who posted the photo, as if You will need a lot of experience for a simple French.

I have gone 3 time to this place. And all time time my nail fall off in less then 2 weeks and the polish on my nail come off in 2 days and have to return to get them refinish. Going to a new place to expensive to keep having to keep coming back to pay $80 for my nail to get Dipped. I can again because they said to give them a Second chance they are under new management And it is worse then the previous owners! BEWARE , horrible job and they still want you to pay for horrific service. The person who didn’t my mail didn’t even know what the heck he was doing and left the job, after he tied 4 times Ans couldn’t do a simple mail pain . Then, the owner said they would fix it Ans it was the worse job ever and wanted to charade me full price for a job that looked like my 5 year old child would do . Don’t waste your time and money here .

I just recently moved to this area And Was looking for a new salon. Honestly, I have never been so happy with my service. I normally come here and get my nails done by Genny The Cuban girl who does amazing work, She always delivers.. Everybody that works there is very nice. You always feel welcomed..You will not be disappointed, I promise .

May certainly be a new part of my monthly mommy self care expenses as it truly was a relaxing and inviting experience. It was my first time coming here! I was greeted upon entering and helped promptly. It was a full on spa like experience for my feet and well such a treat. Looking forwarded to coming back again and again.

Me and my wife went to this place on a visit from Arizona to get her nail and feet done. And my feet done. We were seen right away. But as we sat there. My water for my feet was ice cold and hers was too hot. Her was so hot that she couldn’t put her feet in the water. We sat about 10 minutes before the lady came back to us to change the water. The guy took my wife right away while I still sat there in cold water. After about another 10 minutes they final changed add more hot water. About 20 more minutes past. Now my hot water has turn cold again as I continue to sit there. After about another 10 minutes the lady said that she will be with me after she finishes another lady nails. I said ok. And continue to sit there in cold water. By now I was very irritated. After about another 10 minutes another lady came over to do my feet. I told her never mind because I was very irritated and got up and left. My wife stayed to continue but not all went well. She asked to get a Christmas decoration on her nails. The guy that was doing them Informed her that he did not know how to do designs. When she clearly asked before he begin. And he said yes. After 3 hours of waiting for my wife she came out. We were very disappointed of the very bad service and the nails that was done. Would not recommend this place. Bad service and product.

Went in about 3 days ago and ALL my nails are lifting and some have fell off! Spent $95. It was $75 for short ombre nails and they charged me $10 extra for cuticle removed plus I gave $10 tip. I honestly wish I had read these reviews before I had went in......

Went to get a pedicure to treat myself only for the lady to walk around aimlessly, & to hardly touch up my nails. Other than that, the person I went with got a really good job done on hers & I highly recommend the nice Hispanic lady. She was quick & did a really great job on the person I came with. I would just make sure you’re getting your nails done by someone who is experienced.

Worst experience in a salon ever, I came here to take off my nails. The guy didn’t even bother to be careful or say sorry after hurts my nails like this don’t come here if you don’t want your nails keep hurting after days .
