The dude did great he cut my toenail on off. I told him no, he insisted, so I trusted him, and it was well worth it. His English was a big fail. We had to use a translator app. But yeah, I'd return. Well, I returned, and this guy is rough as crap.  I ain't no girl, but give me a break. This guy scrubbed me a brand new leg and toes.  I wish I knew how much they are talking about us in their native language.  Of course, they're allowed, but you know they can kind of speak little English while we are here but not concerned of how rude they are being to us.  Whogh better not mention that, though. Oops I left my phone last night. Come in ready to give financial reward and here's what I get. I shall never return to this establishment ever again. Staff standing around - I made to stay back and wait for my phone they knew I left last night. When I finally got past the sweet talk to the entire white family's in front of me. I was told my phone was turned into the Cleveland police department. Now I have to go through them to get it? And they are closed till Monday. I now truly hate this establishment. I SHALL NEVER RETURN. Anyone else would have held onto it at least over the weekend. At the very least. Is this a protocol for all ppl? Neva again. I shall begin deterring all that enquire and is looking for type place. HORRIBLE I AM A VET SO I HAVE NO REASON TO BE AFRAID OF FACING THE POLICE. BUT THIS PRACTICE IS A DEFINATE DEAL BREAKER. BYE PERMANENTLY

I went in the day before thanksgiving and wanted a dark red/maroon colour on my nails. I asked for my cuticles to be trimmed since it makes nails appear to last longer. I don’t recall the name of the worker but he was an older man. The nails and shape were done great but the acrylic and colour didn’t go all the way down and it looks like I’ve had these nails for 3weeks. I’ve had these nails for 5 DAYS, and from day one it already looked like I needed a fill. By day two my hair was already getting caught underneath them 😐. I went with my best friend as a girls treat to catch up and her technician did wonderful. I’m not sure if I upset him because I wanted my cuticles trimmed or because I wanted a darker red. Not to mention almost every other nail seemed to be wiped/blemished, or had bubbles. The right thumb nail was also very slanted

This place has been always my go to. I love Lee and Tina and everybody that works there are pretty chill.. Tina goes above and beyond when it comes to nail designs. She’s very meticulous and she does what style she’s told also i like how she comes up with super chic designs when times i can’t think for anything. Lee does my nails often as well and he’s as solid as Tina. I used to go to several places before i met them and gosh 2 days after i had my nails done somewhere else (it either broke on me or the paint always comes off) now, grandpa lee makes my nail as sturdy as trumps wall lol (it lasts) until i go back and do my nails again i mean look at my nails.. aren’t they the most beautiful?! 😍 i’m ready for christmas! Thank you For today Tina!

My new nail salon! Tina is amazing and did a fantastic job on my full set gel French manicure. My cousin got a gel pedicure and manicure with Tim. Everyone was wonderful and it was very clean. I will be back for my fill for sure!!!!
