I visited this salon a few months ago, very excited to try their new location. However, I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the service that I received. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the tech that served me. However, during my appointment, I was cut repeatedly, told I didn’t know what I was asking for (I definitely did. I’ve been getting my nails done for quite some time), and other concerns of mine were completely disregarded. I came in for a Gel-X manicure. The prep that was done for the Gel-X was terrible. I was bleeding and had multiple cuts on both hands. Then, when she went to apply the tips she applied way too much gel and it was extremely sloppy. She then had me put them into the UV light to set the gel, where I informed her that it was burning the cuts on my fingers and it hurt. Her response was “No it’s not. You’re fine.” Frankly, I was shocked at her response. I have gotten Gel-X for years and never had that burning sensation. She continued to be exceedingly rude throughout the rest of the appointment. Saying things such as “You don’t know what you’re talking about, Why do you ask for so much?” etc. I asked for a simple white to pink ombré. I am extremely disappointed in the service that I received. I was so hoping to love this newer location.

This place has always done a great job for me! I initially went to Steven and he was great! However I recently tried Joy when I had a tight schedule. This girl is a nail wizard! After my fall pumpkins (photos don’t do them justice) got a million compliments I went back for a Halloween set. It’s perfection every time and I’m already planning what’s next! 😍❤️

Fresh, clean, modern and in a nice area. Sandy did my pedicure. She was very polite and did a careful job pampering my toes! I left with happy feet. Pricing is fair.

I had a terrible experience at this salon and would strongly advise others to avoid it. After getting my nails done here, I developed a severe fungal infection that I have now been dealing with for months. The salon clearly does not sanitize their tools properly, which is both unprofessional and a serious health concern. The state of my nails has caused me significant discomfort, and I’m now undergoing treatment to fix the damage. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. Save yourself the trouble and find a salon that prioritizes cleanliness and client safety.

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I’ve been coming here consistently for a few months, but now I might have to reconsider. On Saturday, November 16th, I called in the morning to request Lala for a simple manicure, and the man on the phone told me she no longer worked there. However, when I arrived, I saw her working at the salon, which was both frustrating and misleading. Since I couldn’t book with Lala, I was assigned a new nail tech who was rough and ended up cutting my thumb nail too deeply, causing pain and irritation.

This place is super cute and all the nail techs are great! The inside is super cozy and when doing your nails the techs always make sure you’re happy with them. I’ve come here a couple times and gotten full sets nail art and my nails always turn out super cute. I love how workers pay such close attention to detail when given a reference photo. My nails are always even, perfectly shaped, and the art is always beautiful. Definitely recommend getting your nails done here, the only thing is that it is slightly more on the pricey end, but I think it’s worth it for the quality you’re getting.

This place is wonderful. Kristine took the photo I had and ran with it. The first time in a long time that I found a nail tech that was patient, detail oriented and most importantly, SHE DIDN'T KNICK ME! always ensured I was happy with her work each step of the way. She was awesome. And Gabby -who hung out until a client showed up, really helped the time go by. Both Kristine ans Gabby made the entire experience wonderful and I will absolutely be coming back!

Found my new nail spot! Came here to correct my nails from another salon. Nail Resort was soooo much better! I wanted my acrylic to be close to the cuticle and cat eye. And the tech did it perfectly. First thing I noticed is the aesthetic. It was brightly light and pretty. I loved the decor. It was also clean. The ventilation was great too. I loved their massage chair set up too. Looks like you could have little groups with you. I definitely plan to come here with a friend next time for a girls’ day. Color selection is also good. They also have an ATM machine which I appreciate in case I forget to bring cash. Staff were also nice and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

I love coming here for my nails! I live in the neighborhood so it’s very convenient, but more importantly it’s a really nice salon and clean! I book with Lilly because she does a great job and is thorough.

We went in to get nails done, which turned out absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later, we went to soak our nails off ourselves only for the monomer to come up gummy and slimey. Not flakey. I believe this salon is using MMA monomer. After 20 minutes of soaking in acetone, it had hardly cut through the first layer of acrylic. Please be careful!

I decided to try them because they are close to my job. The first time I visited I got a gel French Mani and on my second visit I got a Pedi. Both visits were amazing! I'm so pleased with my experience and everyone is so sweet and delivered great service.

I got regular polish done almost 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t chipped, I’m super impressed! The place was also very clean and the nail artist was friendly and helpful.

Classy and perfect every time! Location is pristine and has private areas thoughtfully sectioned off if you come with friends. I have been coming here faithfully because Steven and CiCi are the best nail technicians in the area. They make helpful suggestions and understand all of my requests and ideas. I look forward each one of my appointments here!

I picked on of the high packages for a pedicure and $90 later i have to go somewhere else to have it redone she lightly and barely scrub my feet and my calluses are all still there. My feet were really dry when I walked away. Wont go back to this place.

I went to this place for the first time today with my cousin. I am extremely indecisive by nature and was unsure on what color powder would best suit my nail bed. With the decision of powder initially, I overthought it and chose one that did not suit me. As soon as I got in the car I realized, as an indecisive girl does. Drove back and the manager Cindy made me feel so welcomed when fixing my nails. She did a pearl chrome that is absolutely amazing, touched up my cuticles. And even put on cuticle oil, and did not charge me. She truly cares about her clients loving their nails. 10/10 recommend, you will leave happy and LOVE your nails!!!!!

I am currently testing out different wedding nail styles for my wedding in September, so I brought in a picture, and Kevin went above and beyond to match the color and style perfectly. He took his time to ensure every finger was even, and I’m in love with the result! Highly recommend! :)

Very professional staff, ultra clean environment, excellent pedicure and gel manicure. They even accommodated my husband without an appointment. He also loved his pedicure! Another nice touch was when they offered us bottled water. I will definitely return!
