I've been going to Nail City for a few years now.Never had a bad experience! Love Romeo, I have a problem with an ingrown toe nail and he's the only one who is able to take care of it. I'm always pleased with my nails when we're done. Please always tell they love my nails & I tell them Nail City on Boyson. I know there are new salons popping up and may be cheaper at that moment but why would I change when I already know the quality of work I'm already getting!!

Nail city is so awesome! On a bad day or your feet need a break get Nail City’s pedicure start with hot wax oh yeah, then steaming hots towels wrapped around your tired legs as your muscles relax ready for your massage tiny little muscles in your feet your didn’t even know you had. After pedi with matching color. It is for Romeo to do his magic first your nail are smooth and thin not like nails you see. Romeo is an old master artist with nail polishes. I love Romeo

Romeo does a excellent job with the dip polish. Shapes nails beautifully. You can get a nice relaxing pedicure there also. Very easy to make reservations on Facebook. All the times are listed there, just pick one. He will get back to you within a few minutes to approve your appointment. Clean environment! Like going there. Great location. When done you can walk to one of several restaurants right close and eat, or have a relaxing beverage! I recommend Nail City on Boyson road, Cedar Rapids.

Five start I am very satisfied with these. This was our first time here and we will be going back. Romeo was amazing, kind, honest, quick and very thorough! I have finally found my place, thank you very much again!!

Poor customer service and really terrible manicure. I got gel nails and it started chipping off in less than a week.

Romeo was in a bad mood, he was grumpy and moody! I hate this nail salon and will not be coming back because of this instance. This ruined my day and also, Romeo has put on a few pounds since I last saw him. That put me off for a few reasons. Romeo needs to be better! BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER GO HERE!

Ohmygoodness.... I am visiting from out of town and got SO BLESSED with the quality of my manicure!!! Professional and reasonable !!! Romeo honestly did the BEST French full set manicure I have had !!! I Will return !

Romeo did a fabulous job on my manicure! He’s so friendly and professional, giving much attention to each customer and doing his best work. Jana did a wonderful job on my pedi. She gave a great leg massage and helped get my get ready for spring.

This is my go to nail salon. In the past I have tried a few others in the area and they are just not as fast. Every time I go to Neil city I am mediately get greeted, pick out my color, and I am started on my way with my nails. They have always done an amazing job. Whoever I have had their. Their prices are also reasonable.

Do not go here! I asked for a simple design and showed them a picture and they said they could do it. My nails are really thick, uneven and the design is not anything like i asked for. Probably the worst nails i’ve ever gotten.

I had a girls day with my daughter. We walked in and asked if they had time for us to get our nails done. We told him what we wanted. He told us he would see us in an hour. I told him we would come back in an hour to get our nails done. We came back an hour later, and he told me we would have to wait an additional 45 minutes because he took a different appointment before hours. We were there before his appointment showed up. We had a prior appointment with him. I would definitely not recommend. Not very good customer service at all.

I usually don't leave bad reviews for places but I just did not have a great experience here. The workers were all kind to me and spoke politely, but the nail job was not the best. I asked for dip but they came out looking very uneven and blobby. just does not meet my expectations for a $75 manicure.

I’ve gone back and forth on reviewing this place but eventually felt compelled after a less than pleasant experience. I appreciate they do appointments now but even with an appointment I was not helped for 45 minutes. The pedicure was so sloppy. Had nail polish all over. They did absolutely no shaping of my nails. I asked the woman to shape up the corners and she did one big toe and none of the rest after acting very annoyed. The owner who did my dip manicure rushed the whole thing and kept blaming me when he messed up. I can’t believe people accept this unprofessionalism. Perhaps they are better with people who have gone to them for years. I get my nails done frequently and decided to try this place. I will not be back. Just wanted to give an honest review. Sounds like many others feel the same about the professionalism here.

Awesome place! Friendly people. Never have any concerns and if I did have an issue I know they would fix anything immediately! They always ask if I like my nails or if there is anything they can do for me! I’ve been a customer for years and never had any issues! See for yourself.

Great place to go. My nails last longer than any other nail salon I've been to. The owner is super nice. They do take walk-ins but by-appointment is better. Easy to book appointments online.

Very excited to finally find my go-to nail salon! Calling and setting up the appt was so easy, very friendly over the phone. Romeo did my nails today and even with people coming in and out, I felt I got full attention! He is so great to talk to, I will recommend everyone to come here! (Also look how cool they glow in the dark!)
