I asked for a simple trim of about and inch, the guy there did not speak English nor understand any simple hair related phrases. He started off by using clippers to cut a bit then showing me about 5 inches of my hair and if that’s what I wanted. After telling him no and that I only wanted a trim of about an inch or two the person who waited for me told me that he was still going to cut off about 4 inches until his friend from across the room explained to him to cut much less. After everything he only cut the back of my hair doing an uneven job and not looking at my front pieces, I was to scared for him to even touch the rest of my hair so paid 25$ + $5 tip for a terrible and frightening experience. For a place advertised as a “hair salon” which are much more tailored to long hair and more, this place seems much more like a barbers shop.

Bad service from the owner. He asked the barber to hurry up and to finish with me to get other clients, the barber complete the haircut not professional. the owner of the place just searching MONEY . AND DON'T CARE ABOUT CLIENT'S TO BE SATISFIED.

Customer service will definitely disappoint you. You walk in, no one acknowledges you. Once you are waiting for your turn, the folks working at this place seem disinterested. No organization. This place is not respectful of your time.
