I’ve been going to NY Nails & Spa for over a year now and love my ladies, Lynn & Lucy. All the staff are friendly and super helpful. The salon is clean and their services are excellent and well priced.

Wouldn't recommend them!Me and my mom went to them on the mother's day.They are so unprofessional .mani and pedi was so fast with no massage at all.The nail lady was going after every one min to attend calls n other costumers. They keep talking in their own language which is annoying as we couldn't understand it. They were so rude and didn't listen to our preferences. Poked nails in my cuticles They bleed so badly when she was doing and after.nails done were also bad And they came off after 3 days.

If you want nails that will last, don’t come here. I got my nails done last Friday and they started chipping as of Sunday. Today is Wednesday and every nail has a chip.

Lynn at NY Nail is my goto Nail Stylist and she is wonderful. She always takes her time to make my nails look fabulous every time. She is detailed and know exactly what you want. I highly recommend Lynn at NY Nails. I am so glad I found her.

My appointment with Joyce went extremely well. I was greeted at the door with a smile and a seated a few minutes later. Joyce was meticulous and focused. An hour later, my nails looked fantastic! A great experience.

They lack inventory since they have very old enamels so it is time to renew it, the service is good but it is not good, they still need to improve the service

Yesterday, I called ahead to ask if they did Gel X, which they said yes. She asked me my name & when I’d be there & I told her I’d be there in about 10 min. Never been there before, I was blown away that I walked in & not one person acknowledged me, gave me eye contact or even spoke to me for at least 30-45 seconds. I felt very unwelcomed which made me feel uncomfortable. I was about to turn around & leave then finally someone just motioned me to sit at a station, not even knowing if I had an appointment or not, no greeting or anything. I told myself I’d give the new place the benefit of a doubt & see how it goes. Once she started to apply the gel X nails, she placed my finger under the lamp very closely which got too hot on my nail. After adhering to my nail, I immediately noticed it was sloping downward but also not applied straight. I told her & she started strongly pulling it to the side to straighten it out but it was already bonded to my nail so she was just pulling my actually nail, which caused pain. I told her & she stopped & soaked it to remove it. She then started on my other hand, but it was the same problems again(too close/hot under lamp, sloping downward & very crooked). I showed her & she said she would redo them. Once she got to my 3rd finger & it was the same problems, I couldn’t trust it to get better & had enough. I quietly told her that I did not want gel X anymore & I would just get a plain gel manicure. She wasn’t gentle sanding or removing the gel X, so I told her I wanted to leave after she removed the 3 nails. She told me that someone else would do them for me, but they had a customer who had just sat down to be serviced & I didn’t have the time in my schedule to wait that long. She told me I could wash my hands then leave, I said thank you, washed my hands & left with worse natural nails then when I walked in. Not one apology from anyone or any concern about the situation to try to correct it. The ENTIRE rest of the day, my finger tips & nails were SO extremely sensitive, in pain & red under the nail, that I was physically unable to use my hands or place them under any water that wasn’t freezing cold & even hurt to the point that I had to call off work that night. I was very hopeful walking in & left very disappointed, in pain & bothered that no one cared about a new customer or gaining a potential new client. I’ve been searching for a nail salon & tech for a while. I’m extremely sad by my experience.

Great salon! I called to make a last minute appointment for myself, a 12 year old and a 7 year old. They were able to take us and did a great job on our nails! Happy all around and we will be back!

I visited this nail salon Sept 15 for a fill, the next day I realized they were pulling up around the cuticle so I went back the next day (Sept 16) they were kind enough to fix every nail however now a week later, the polish (gel) is peeling and you can see all the scratches from were she filed the gel polish but didn't re-paint the black tips. My nails look horrible a week later. Very disappointed. Take pride in your work and do better. We pay good money to have our nails look nice.
