They were able to take me as a walk in so quick despite them being busy. My stylist did such a good job. He made me feel so comfortable and his recommendations were amazing!!! I received a lot of compliments on my new hairstyle. Will be returning, thank you so much!

I am writing this review after a very disappointing experience at your salon. First of all, the prices were quite high, but more importantly, despite clearly instructing Ms. Cui not to cut the hair on the sides, she ended up doing exactly that. Additionally, because she was attending to other customers at the same time, I was left unattended for several hours while my hair was being treated. The entire process took an excessive five hours. Although the staff tried to explain the situation, and I still left a 30% tip out of habit, the reason I felt compelled to write this review was the condition of my hair days later. I experienced severe hair loss and dandruff, and my scalp became irritated, clearly due to the use of low-quality products. Moreover, being left with chemical treatments on my hair for too long, due to overbooking, certainly contributed to this adverse reaction. While I forgave the initial haircut mistake, the disappointing after-effects have left me no choice but to express my dissatisfaction here.

Came in for a hair cut appointment at 5PM. They acknowledged me and asked me to wait in a seat. I'm used to hair appointment having flexible time due to other people being late and depending on what they work with it takes some extra time. I sat there for 50 minutes! Just left the place at that point. 5시에 예약 잡고갔는데 거의 한시간 기다리고 그냥 돌아왔네요. 이럴거면 예약 왜 잡게 해줬는지;; 오래 걸릴거면 예약을 다시 잡아주던가 기분만 조지고 왔네요 Edit: She reached out to me apologizing for the delay and a brief explanation of what happened that day. Rescheduled and got a pretty satisfying haircut!

Sue did a great job with my son's hair. My son is 15 y/o and wanted a shag/fringe haircut that he could barely describe (what all the boys have these days), didn't have any pictures and she was able to give him what he wanted. Would highly recommend her.

Absolutely amazing !!!!! I made myself and my mom appointments for hair cuts , and she cut our hair exactly as we wanted . The products are really good quality and smell amazing . She is so nice and her shop is very clean . She offers coffee while you wait . I will definitely be coming back to her when I am in the mesa Asian district area.

Su cut my hair as well as my moms and sisters. We all requested layers and the way she blended it was amazing. She took her time with it and gave us exactly what we wanted. The service was also within my price range. Will 100% be going back to this hair salon.

Sue is amazing. She listens to me and my hair always ends up just how I wanted it to. My daughter and I’ve been coming to Sue for several years, and she never disappointed us. I am very happy with the result and service. Also, I noticed that she never stopped learning with the latest trends. She always takes time to do it right. The worst experience ever.. I had 5 pictures that show a blunt bob cut, mid neck length. But the guy decides to do his own Kate plus 8 haircut on me. And then had the nerve to tell me this is the cut i described. But i clearly showed pictures!!!!!!! He just kept rambling on about how great of a hair stylist he was in Korea.. and how everyone in the US dont have much style. Dude, i dont care and maybe you should head back. Never going back Second experience: different stylist this time and appreciate the service so changing my rating. Thank you

This place is amazing. I have been coming to this salon for a little over a year. Sue has been the best as she takes the best care for her clients. I have gotten a haircut, a perm, and dyed my hair. On any of the services that I had on my hair, Sue explained how to style my hair and how to take care of it. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a salon that has amazing people to help out.

I am extremely pleased with my hair cut. I requested for curtain bangs, face framing layers and long layers and the result is exactly what I hoped for. My stylist was Kara and he is awesome! He added volume to my hair and I appreciate that he took time with my cut. At other salons, I often felt it was a rush service since I was only getting a hair cut. Every stylist at N Hair Salon was also professional, friendly, and accommodating. The salon itself is clean and fresh smelling. I also like the location as it is next to a boba place and Safeway :)

My first time at this hair salon. Did not disappoint! Not sure the name of the mister that cut my hair, but he did an amazing job and really put in good work. I will most definitely be coming back. I've never been this happy with a cut before. And what I asked for was a cut to add more volume to my hair 💇‍♀️

N Hair Salon is the only hair salon I visit when I am in Arizona! Sue has great intuition and recommends styles that fit the person best~ for someone like me who doesn't really know fashion, she's the person to go to. When she works, she's meticulous. Love her!
