I'm not sure why this place doesn't have better reviews, but I got a really great pedicure there. The tech was attentive, careful, and really committed to getting everything right. I withheld one star because they do not use the plastic liners in the tubs, that would make it more hygenic.

Please do not waste your money at this place. The old guy did my nails horribly with sticky polish and my pedicure was a whole ten minutes(I got the deluxe pedi) . Two of my nails are gone & it hasn’t been a week. I paid $117!!!! Keep yours!

Update, my daughter went in to get her nails filled from a previous salon. They did a fantastic job and it was better than the original. We got in right away. They did a fantastic job. Got me in right away and were very nice and professional. Exactly what I wanted. Comfortable chairs and wonderful environment. Recommend for sure.

Worse! And rudeness nail salon I have ever been to and wouldn't ever go back. My nails look like my 6 year old did them, the charge for any and every little thing don't waist your time here.

I love my nails done by Lili. She is very thorough and takes great care to be gentle and very detail oriented. I get the powder-dip color and it lasts for three weeks until I go back for a new treatment. My nails are strong and look groomed for the whole time. I do get my money's worth!

Located by Big Lots in Hopewell- Be aware of this shop! I'd give 0 stars if I could. They are rude, rough with your nails causing injuries & don't apologize for leaving nails bleeding or hurting. Then, eyebrows were done unevenly & they didn't want to fix them. They act like they don't understand when you ask them questions. But when it comes to paying, everyone speaks English well. They change prices several times from the time you call for pricing until the time you're there. They don't speak or talk to you. Everyone is in their own world & not people friendly. Go elsewhere if you want better customer service, not daily price changes depending on the customers & their moods. They provide rough & uncaring services. I've paid more for fill ins than full sets. Then, I've been charged the same prices for fill ins & full set. They are very inconsistent. They charge whatever they want & overcharge you. They gave me 3 different prices in one visit! I've Been going here for years & they keep changing prices & overcharged myself & a young child for services everytime I come in. They are very dishonest people. I will Not return & let others know to find a better shop because I am. They won't take any more of my money for their poor & uncaring & half done service.then, a week later my gel toe polish came off & a nail came off from a full set. TAKE MY ADVICE! DONT GO HERE‼️‼️‼️

There staff is quiet but friendly and takes good care of you. They're prices are really good on their services. I would highly recommend this to be a good salon to get feet, nails and waxing done.

I believe when choosing to touch somebody else’s body you should place care into that. The man that did my pedicure was rude and handled my feet with zero compassion. I chose this place because the lady I usually see was busy and needed my feet and nails done by the following day. I did not receive any sort of massage after my pedicure. The lady that removed my dip was clueless and I gave her a chance when placing another dip powder on. She messed them up beyond repair I walked out with a a clump of dip on my thumb and my nails broke. The dip powder then proceeded to crack! I spoke with the manager or owner and they wanted to fix them I had zero patience left and did not want this group of people to touch me anymore. I was so sad because I always give these places the benefit of the doubt. I even asked if she was having a hard time and she couldn’t understand me 😔 I also witnessed several ladies get taken to a side room where they double dipped in their wax client after client no fresh wax was used. Please be aware

I recommend getting there early if you need certain services because they pick up customer volume by 11a.m. I was there for a Pedicure today. My wait time was about 10-15 mins, not too bad. I had the older woman who was at the front desk. She was very gentle and attentive to my feet which I greatly appreciated. I didn't need anything extensive so for the overall time and care she gave I feel she did a great job. Kudos for the paraffin wax treatment towards the end. I'd definitely like to come back and try a manicure and maybe a wax service. The place was clean and I seen them sterilize the instruments so that was a +.

I will never go to this place again. I visited this salon on Tuesday 8-23-22 and as you can see from the pictures of my nails. How the gel polish has bubbled up and chipped. Now I will say the only thing and when I say the only thing they got right were my feet. A young lady started doing my nails but when one of her customer's was finish with her pedicure she went to start doing her nails. The man that sits at the reception desk took over to finish up my nails. I was under the assumption that my nails would last me at least a good month but to my dissatisfaction they didn't last 4 days before the polish started to bubble. Let's just say the $86 that I paid will be the last $86 they will ever get from me.

My nails are just completely ugly. The color has thin and thick spots, uneven, had over flow, crooked. And the man that did them was constantly burning me with the machine. Went back and the owner tried to fix them but was unable to and just told me “I’ll fix them next time”. He should had completely remove them and started over for the amount of money I paid or gave me my money back. I’m so disappointed I will never go back there again.

Never would I go back here! Visiting from out of town and needed a acrylic fill on my nails so checked in at the desk they said 10-15 minutes.. No problem.. Well instantly the older gentleman who works there sat me down and started my fill.. I told him acrylic not gel so what does he do.. Gel.. Then one nail popped off but my real nail was long so he just cover in gel with no tip... He asked if I wanted a design and I said yes, he gets out a sheet of little cheap flower stickers and slaps one on... So I was done not happy and picking all the leftover gel he left behind, asked price he said oh gel. New nail replacement and design $58...ARE You Kidding.. Rip off terrible job find a better place

The quality of the service is good, the customer service isn’t great the older lady THREW the pod for my pedicure in my water from the register. She didn’t scoot my chair up so she can reach me, and as I was leaving she was literally in my personal space to wipe where my shoes was resting while getting my toes done. Lastly they watch to see if you’ll leave a tip. Although I was judged upon Arrival I will not be back.
