I’ve had the best experience renting at My Salon Suites at Mesa Grande! Michael and Jennifer are fantastic property managers—they’re attentive, friendly, and always make sure everything runs smoothly. The building is always spotless and well-maintained, which creates a welcoming and professional environment for both stylists and clients. I highly recommend renting a suite here; you’ll be in great hands with Michael and Jennifer!

Wow! What a beautiful, clean, and welcoming salon. Easy to find and access with amazing licensed professionals and high quality service. A perfect location for new or established solopreneurs to grow their business with support and resources. The building is secure, safe, and each suite has so much potential! We are so grateful to have this location as a Professional Beauty Association (PBA) Member!

this was my first time at the Mesa Grand location. I was very impressed. The facility was immaculate and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend that you give this place a try!!!

I had a great experience and I am very pleased. I have known the owners of My salon for many years and they are very professional and kind people that take great pride in their business. There are a lot of salons and tenants that all seem very talented. The building is very clean with lots of easy parking ! Great location ! LOVE it ! Many other businesses near by , so I can go to lunch or shop after my hair cut :)

I have a suite at our Chandler location and recently stopped into Mesa to see how it looks. What a great space! They have the same flow, aesthetic and security as ours but have made it completely their own! I spoke with one of the tenants and she loves it there! Which totally makes sense with Mike and Jennifer to work with! They are the best owners and always there when you need something. I'm so glad they have added Mesa to our group!

I have been apart of the My Salon Suite community for approximately 3 years. The consistent service and support has been a great asset. I recently visited this new location and I see that the style, quality of furnishings and decor are very nice. The Suite Owners that I met were friendly. And the new owners are fantastic. Definitely give them a visit since they’re under new ownership.

I’m a stylist over at my salon suite. This is my first time branching off on my own and opening up my own suite and Jennifer and Mike have made the switch soo easy!! They provide a business check list to make sure you have everything you need to start out! They also provide extra resources to help independent beauty professionals to be successful. Going out on your own can be soo stressful but they have helped so much at making this move stress free in whatever way they can! I’m soo glad I decided to take the leap to join my salon suites!

This MySalon Suite is under new Management! It’s also freshly renovated with nice updates to the property and suites. The new owners, Jennifer and Mike are amazing. I have a suite at one of their other properties and they are awesome to work with! If there’s ever any issues, they’re always on top of everything! I absolutely LOVE this place. The owners, Jennifer and Mike really go over and beyond to get you everything you need to be up and running as soon as possible. They provide you with a business owner checklist with provided links for licensing, Google, Instagram pages. Discounts on square fees, classes in person or on zoom. If this is your first experience with suite rental or a seasoned stylist thats looking for a "refresh", Like me, you won't be disappointed.

Just walked around this building while waiting for my wife to have her hair done. Excellent facility with numerous services offered all by individual businesses owners. I sat in a nice seating area and the guest WiFi was fast!

Lovely salon suite! I’ve been to several salon suites in Arizona and this was by far the nicest! Good selection of services all offered by independent businesses owners. The facility was clean and nicely appointed.

Do not book with Nea of hairitage beauty. She is very unprofessional & not skilled enough for the prices she charges. I took my niece to get medium box braids on May 29th 2022 & after 3 days the braids were already falling out. She contacted her to fix them & the same day the braids she fixed slipped out as well. Nea tried to blame it on her having short hair but as a professional stylist you shouldn’t style hair if you feel it’s too short… It’s several stylist that use the crochet method on shorter hair or other techniques. The braiding hair was also frizzy. She text & said it wasn’t her concern any longer which is very condescending & inconsiderate.

I recently had a hair appointment with a hair stylist that goes by “Nea”for medium box braids . I booked with her through StyleSeat. After just three days my hair started coming out of the box braids. My hair is about 4 inches when I blow dry it . Nea choose to work with my short hair. Eventually a braid came out after 5 days of just getting it done. I reached out to her it took me a couple of text messages to get ahold of her . She said she would redo the braids that were messed up and she also said she would cash app me for being an unsatisfied customer and being understanding and nice about things . Just one day after she fixed the braids they started coming out again. A total of 5 braids had come out by this point. I text her and let her know but she didn’t respond until I asked if she would give me a refund. She said it wasn’t her concern . And I also couldn’t leave a review in StyleSeat.

***Stylist/Business at this location: Lynnea Jones aka "Nea" at Hairitage Beauty Bar *DO NOT PATRON* Given the fact that you deleted my appointment as soon as it ended (StyleSeat verified that she did this) so I would not be able to leave a review on your booking page (which I think she does often when she does horrible service) I will leave a detailed review here. I have been a StyleSeat client for years and have never had a terrible experience with any stylist until booking with her. I booked a last-minute appointment with her because my normal stylist had Covid symptoms. I had booked spring twist with her once (July 2020) and never returned because she did not twist them correctly, caked on the gel, and my hair ended up looking nothing like spring twist. But, I didn’t complain and just let her do her thing because I needed my hair done and because she was “friendly” during this interaction. I decided to book her again out of desperation, and she was the only person available…. I now see why (nobody wants to book with her). My appointment was 4p on 1/5/2022, after briefly catching up with her I kindly started the service by explaining the style I wanted, passion braids. I've had this style done by different stylists with no issues (because they know how to do hair). I asked her if I could show her a picture of how I wanted it to look, after viewing it she didn't seem interested and tried convincing me to do a different style (passion twists) but said if that’s what I wanted that she can do it. Because of her reluctance, I asked if I could show her an example via video of how it will look. She took offense to this and said she's doesn't need to see the video because she's a “licensed cosmologist” and “can do hair”. She started slamming the stuff she was getting ready to use on my hair around and aggressively parts my hair and starts putting rubber bands in. Some stylists will braid or twist hair with rubber bands it's called the "rubberband method". We never discussed this being a part of the service so I asked her if she will be using rubber bands for the braids. She said “yes, so the braids won't slip”, I kindly ask if she can do it without rubber bands. She then slams her comb down and said, “I am telling her what to do” and that she will not do my hair. She continues to yell at me and brings up how I was trying to show her a video of how I wanted my hair and how I won't let her use the rubber bands. I let her finish yelling then explained I was just trying to give her a better understanding of how I wanted my hair and was not trying to offend her. I ask her if she would like to proceed with the service, she agrees. Though she was not doing my hair correctly, I did not say anything because I did not want her to start arguing with me again. I needed my hair to be done, so I just let her do what she wanted for to duration of the service. Throughout the service, she was rushing and unnecessarily rough with my hair, a 4-hour appointment turned in 3 because of how sloppy of a job she did. While I was checking out, she proceeds to tell me she does not charge through StyleSeat and only uses Zelle or Venmo. She also tells me she will be charging me extra for the size that I requested, this is stated nowhere on her StyleSeat page. I did not say anything and just complied because I again, did not want her to start yelling again. I was never demanding or rude when explaining my desired style btw, I paid her the $210 and left. So basically, if you book with her, she expects you to just sit and the chair and let her do what SHE wants to do to your hair. She is led by her ego and is arrogant for no reason because she is not even remotely good at her job. Your "Cosmetology License" has given her a false since of skill. So yes Lynnea, given the results of my hair you should STRONGLY consider looking up braid and twist tutorials because you don’t do them well at all. Wishing you the worst.
