I received great service today at My Nail Spa. Everyone was very nice and patient to make sure I was completely happy with my visit. I love my nails and my pedicure was very relaxing .. I will revisit again definitely!!!

Super clean! Amazing salon with endless color options! I went with classic French gel pedi and My did my eyebrows and they are perfect, as always. I have been going to My for 10+ years. She is the absolute best! Great shop, customer service, quality, and cleanliness! Thank you My and Jackie!!!

This is the best nail salon I have been to. I came in as a walk-in and the people there were very accommodating. Some of the workers even helped my elderly mom move around and held the door open for her. We got pedicures and I also got a manicure, and both services were great. I highly recommend coming here!

Men’s pedicures are $50. No one tells you this until you check out, even though I was shown a menu and asked what type of pedicure I want. I chose the regular/basic, which was $35. I got a great pedicure from Thomas, who was honestly super nice and did a great job. Sadly, when I went to pay, I was told the total was $50, and received no explanation as to why from the manager. When I inquired, she dismissed me saying ‘men’s pedicures are $50’ and when I asked why that wasn’t in the menu, she said ‘yeah it’s not in the menu, but that’s the price.’ I have no issue paying the $50, but this be disclosed when you select what price/option you want. It also could’ve addressed when I was asked what type of pedicure I wanted. But instead they waited until after the services were performed to then upcharge, which is just shady. It’s too bad, I really liked the pedicure I got.

I received a 20% off birthday gift and Brian performed my deluxe pedicure! He was so amazing, he accommodated me and made me feel so comfortable. He was so sweet and talked to me the whole time and we made great conversations. I will be booking my mani and pedis with him from now on! Thank you!

My nail tech is awesome! She's professional and takes the time to even help me pick colors since I do have one color done. Yes her name is My. Plus I've never had to wait. Thank you My for the lotion and bottle water you always have for me after you do such a great with my 💅🏾.

i’ve been here maybe 3 times. the first time was horrible and i decided maybe i should see the owner herself and maybe id like the outcome. each time i’ve had to go home and file them myself to make them “acceptable” but this timmeeeeee really set the icing on the cake. i asked for a VERY simple color and shape. (extra square) and this is what i got. the last picture was after i left and fixed them myself.. disappointing to say the least especially since this was a $70 set. i asked her why they looked curve bc i didn’t ask for curved nails and her response was “the longer you want more curve you’re gonna have” i’ve been getting my nails done for years and that’s A FIRST. then i asked more then ONCE to please even out the edges and make them less bumpy. needless to say, i will NEVER be going back…

Update 4/6/24: Came in for date night with my husband and we both got pedicures. We were welcomed with an adult beverage and had the best pedicures we’ve ever had!! Thomas and Kaitlyn were amazing ! We will be coming back. Nicole was wonderful ! I got my eyebrow and lip waxed and she took her time and was very detailed.

I’ve been to this place a couple times before and had an ok experience. The third time I went I asked to have hombre nails done using powder. The nail tech did the powder part and asked if I liked it. I told her that I do not because it was not blended well like an hombre should be as there was a large amount of white and barely any pink plus they were horribly blended. I even showed a picture of what I would like and she said the picture used gel. I asked if she could use gel and she said she doesn’t know how to do it, that nobody else in the salon knows how to do it and didn’t want to waste more time. I tried to reason but she insisted I try another style so I left. I have never been to a nail salon that didn’t know how to do hombre nails nor have I ever had to leave a salon without getting adequate service and I’ve been going for decades. I ended up going to Only Nails down the street and they did a fabulous job!

Absolutely fabulous place!! Very clean , bright, well decorated!Was greeted with a smile . Got the deluxe pedicure, Katelynn was great very personable, did an absolutely great job on my feet , she took her time and made sure they were perfect!I will definitely be going back regularly and will be exploring more of their services like waxing etc. The entire staff was great and very friendly and professional, I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful place that everyone has recommended to me in our community! They price gouge once you’ve already started getting your nails done, they tell you the price has gone up after the service is almost done. (Even when you don’t get anything extra and have already told them exactly what you want and shown the pictures). They don’t have prices visible to customers so they can do this. No sign or menu listed anywhere. I have also had an experience where I was going to just get a soak off of my old acrylic and they had me wait 45 minutes and I understand first come first serve but where I am only getting them soaked off they could’ve started the process between taking new customers for full sets and finished the process after the customers before me were finished. (A soak off is lengthy process where you wait for 20+ minutes with your nails wrapped to remove any acrylic) As someone who has gotten their nails done for years, I know the process well and any other salon would do this method because it’s efficient. I believe they are rude to me because I have called them on their price gouging before (they took the price down because they realized I was paying attention to the first amount they told me and wasn’t letting them trick me into paying for services I didn’t get or ask for) and they remember me, it just sucks because this is the closest nail salon to my home which is why I come back. I hate to say, after today I will not be returning for any future needs even as simple as getting a soak off!!!
