The place was clean but that was the only pro. The massages were subpar. The place advertises 1/2 massage for 30 dollars on a massive sign outside the business, but you walk in and they say it’s 40. We gave them a 10 dollar tip for 2 forty dollar massages and they were trying to force us to tip 10 more. We declined since this is posted nowhere and the tip we gave was what we deemed fair for the service. Avoid this place at all costs. They lure you in under false prices! We even called to verify pricing and they lied to us on the phone and then tried to get extra tips! No thank you. I’ve had way better massages. We exited the establishment today at 7pm the ladies there were a lady on a red shirt and a younger looking woman on a blue shirt and black leggings. They also started speaking Chinese when we refused to tip. If you want to talk poorly of us, at least tell us in a language we understand.

The place is clean and friendly. The massages aren't bad per se at all but hit or miss depending on the therapist you get. They do make it mandatory to tip $10. They don't tell you that up front. I went to leave an $8 tip and the lady told me it was mandatory to tip $10 or more but did not tell me that prior to my service. Nor was it posted anywhere, so beware this is their policy. So even if you get a not so great massage therapist that day you are obligated to tip them $10. They don't tell you that until after so if you didn't enjoy the massage or got a therapist who wasn't that great they MAKE you pay $10 regardless of if you were satisfied or not. Probably won't return here due to that but otherwise ok depending on which massage therapist you get.

Worst foot massage ever. Lady kept hitting my feet with her fist as if that was suppose to be hard pressure. I had to actually get up and leave during the foot massage because it was that bad.

Worst experience I ever had! Today I had a massage and upon arrival, the first red flag was the lady saying "pay $50 now, massage after" then I laid down and waited over 10 minutes for them to come in. When she arrived I said deep tissue and she proceeded to stick her elbows straight into my spine. I told her several times that it was extremely painful and stop putting her elbow directly in my spine. She did it again and I jolted up in pain and then I asked "can I just have a regular massage? No elbows just the regular hands with the oil?!" She then proceeded to tell me I have to pay an extra $10 for Chinese oil. I said no and then she returned to put her elbows back into me until she huffed and got some oil. She stopped at 40 minutes and within those 40 minutes, she disappeared a few times so the massage was actually only 35 minutes or less. When I said I'm not tipping because it was a 40 min massage when I paid an hour and very painful and not professional she demanded I tipped her! I said no, and started walking to my car. She FOLLOWED me shouting at me all the way to my car to tip her and when I opened my car door, she put her hand on it as if to stop me and shut it. I have never experienced anything like this! She continued to shout at me until I pulled away. She knew I paid her for an hour because she was the one that said money first. I would never recommend this place! Worst service ever!

Horrible place to get a massage. I went to get a 30 min. Massage for $29 like it says on the window. They ended up saying my total was $40. It definitely wasn’t worth the $40 because it was painful and I didn’t enjoy it. AT THE END SHE KEPT ASKING FOR A TIP.

I have been here many times (every 2 weeks for months) and have always left feeling good. Today was my first time back in a few months.. paid $62 for an hour full body.. started at 430 ended at 520... And with all the I'm and out and talking I maybe got a 35 min massage. I am very frustrated the massage was also horrible she didn't know what she was doing left feeling worse and more sore. All massage techs have different ways however all do the same things and release pressure and stress... Not today worse massage and I really needed to relax today. So upset $62 for a 35 min massage that only made my pain and stress worse was not at all okay. I wouldn't have tipped but you have to tip ahead. I almost just stopped it but i was hoping it got better, and the for it to end early is just not okay. Not sure I will be back

I received a gift card for Christmas from a friend for an hour full body massage. I came here today to try out the services of a masseuse. She was very professional. She first asked me what strength I needed, and then used hot oil and hot stones on me, from head to toe. After I finished it, I felt very relaxed. I gave my massage lady 20 tip, I thought she deserved it, I loved her massage. I will make an appointment with her next time.

Howdy my folks in Riverside! Come give 'My Happy Feet' a try, their place is always clean and has lovely music to aid your relaxation. I've been getting my massages from Eva and she gives exceptional massages. She has the experience to know what areas of your body needs work. I'll give you an example; I usually have a lot of tension in my lower back shoulders and calves... I didn't even have to tell her, when she reached those areas, immediately started adjusting the pressure and actively asking if it's good enough or not. I always feel better when I leave this place and I've noticed a better flush of toxins in my body. Also pricing is wonderful 👍

I have never had a more disturbing massage in my life. The man who did my intake also did my massage. (Not normal, he was in plain clothes) . I do not believe he is licensed and he touched me in areas that were not appropriate. The whole thing made me sick to my stomach. I looked them up with the state board and they are not showing licensed. I filed complaints with the city and the state board. I thought by reading the reviews and seeing it was clean when I entered was enough....boy was I wrong!! 3.2.23- notice management did not respond to this review!! hmmmm?

I highly recommend "My Happy Feet" for your next massage or if you haven't tried them in awhile please give them another chance because so worth it!! Different massages at reasonable prices and I've tried 3 different licensed masseuse here and all have been wonderful. You get an entire hour of care and they are so well trained. I prefer the private rooms because the massage table is heated and my back and neck can be worked on really well. If you have the time to get the 90 minute you'll be so happy you did!! So clean and comfortable!!

I used to go here for foot massage, but today is not really a good one, the lady asked me to pay upfront $40 for foot massage that finished under an hour, she did a lousy massage, seems like she only applying lotion on my skin and not massaging, no pressure whatsoever, After she's done I handed a $5 tip cause I was not satisfied, but her and the other at the counter brought out a paper indicating I have to tip $10 or more, whatta..did not we tip for the service that they gave,? I have to tip even for a lousy massage? I think I wasted my total $50 today! Never go again..

I went to this place a few months ago and it was ok. I went last week and it was a very bad experience. The two ladies who gave me and my wife a massage had no experience and technique and hand no strength to handle a massage . They were playing like 10 year olds and talking to each other .We kept asking them to be harder and we were serious but they never were able to . I decided not to tip them when walking out ,and I did not want to ask for refund either. One of them followed us to the door and had the courage to ask for a tip .I went to back to the guy behind the desk and I told him about what happened.He never apologized or gave an explanation . He kept translating to them what I say . I threw an extra $20 on them because she looked so desperate for that tip. Never never again

I’ve been going to this place for a long time. Today it was a new lady at the front desk asked me to pay. I paid and she said I should pay over 10 dollars as tip.i paid 15 but she demanded more than that. So I got my money back and left. I do tip 20 dollars if I really like the massage. How can you expect me to pay a tip even before I got the service.

My son and I went in because we saw an Internet special that was $40 for an hour of massage. He enjoyed his massage. Both ladies were talking and it was hard for me to relax. My lady was a bit too rough and I tried to explain it to her but she didn’t speak English. At one point she put the towel on my eyes and walked away for a good 10 minutes. She was too rough in my lower back area and I tried to tell her I had back surgery. At the end my lady demanded I tip for $10 which is 25% of $40. I got the impression that they were not certified as stated. The lady who gave my son the massage also demand $10. They made me feel uncomfortable and I don’t think I’ll return.

NOT COMING BACK! I have been here multiple times and enjoyed my services, however my last visit was not pleasant at all. First when I paid for my massage the woman asked immediately about a tip. I told her I have cash. After my services were done(I got a 90 min massage), I asked this same woman if she could break a $20 for me. She then asked “how much” I said $10. She then said “You give more because you got 90mins. $10 is good for hour only”. And instead of giving me 2 ten dollar bills she gave me one ten and 2 five dollar bills. I gave the woman that gave me my massage $10 and was proceeding to leave. Both women said “No, it should be $15”. I explained to them both that I didn’t HAVE to give anything. Both women kept saying I need to give more. I at that point, turned around and walked out. Demanding a tip is not a great way to do business. This company has definitely lost a customer!

Please read the reviews before going honestly this experience has been one of the worst experiences I have ever been me and my partner have went to happy feet for are first time every thing was going great the lady was being pushy about the price getting longer massages until we had walked in and got are massage the lady was been very aggressive with my back massage so far my partner they ended up burning the back with the hot stones they didn’t ask if the temperature was okay . elbow way she was doing with was extremely very aggressive and wasn’t very helpful that she had just put oil on my back had done nothing after she was done she had thrown the towel on my face and said go sleep which once we had done all that we were leaving and we had tried give tip and the lady wasn’t so happy because the other lady wanted more tips she had forced us to give her more and she had locked us inside was poor service

They DEMAND $10 tip and don’t let you leave unless you give them the money , they even have a sign hidden that they pull out if you don’t give them what they want , horrible experience, massage was ok , nothing outstanding

You have to pay upfront. Should have been a red flag! And a sign that states they are certified massage therapist. I paid for a 90 minute massage that ended 10 minutes early with the quality was equivalent to what my 6 year old would do! When I requested assistance no one was available. Keep your money and save your time!

Been here many times, the massage was good, lisa and Jessica gave us a full body massage, they worked really hard and I still got the massage I wanted. I've been to other places to do it, but this is my favorite. Our whole family loves to come here too.
