I wish I could give the Technician & Management two different scores. I have been a very loyal customer for over 15 months. I had Abby do a fresh new set as my regular Technician Michelle was out. With the upcoming Valentine's Day I did ask for a design but prefaced I want the design not the length. I repeated myself several times (check surveillance)"i want this design not the length". (I repeated myself because there is a language barrier) The owner quoted me $20. Which I was totally okay with. Once I was done, I went to the counter, and i was now being Charged $10 due to length of nails. I get the typical length because my job involves a lot of typing. I did talk with the owner and he seemed angry and said I was being charged $10 more because of length. I told him numerous times before I sat down with Abby what i wanted. It should be illegal to add more fees without the person's consent. I would have never gotten $30 design as I'm a single Momma. My one thing I do for myself and I feel like i.was taken advantage of. Despite me being a loyal customer. Abby.did a WONDERFUL job! My bf said that these were his favorite set I've ever gotten. Kudos to Abby!

Received a shellac manicure and seven days later, several nails are chipping and cracked. Lacking in quality and in professionalism from the young lady at the front desk.

The customer service was great and the facility itself is clean and inviting. I wish I could say the same thing about the quality of their Dip manicure. My manicure began cracking within 3 days and chipped after 9 days. I’d like to say this was my 1st experience with them, but it’s not. I gave them a 2nd chance and it happened again. I’d return for other services, but not a manicure.

Abby was my nail technician and did and always does a fantastic job with my nails. However every time I come the manager is passive aggressive and has attitude. However the staff are very friendly otherwise , I would just prefer to communicate with anyone else other than him.

I've been coming to this salon to see Aris for over three years. I have never left with a bad set and genuinely love the service she provides. She is the reason to go! Her nail art is unmatched and she is so talented and knowledgeable. I trust her 100 percent. Break up with your current nail tech and go see Aris. I promise you wont regret it.

I think the rating says it all. Never going back. How can anyone mess up a simple manicure!! She did not remove nail polish with nail polish remover , but used a buffer instead. Cuticles look the same as before I went in. And Not a drop of cream or oil after she completed the service.. I paid and tipped although my services were of a new inexperienced tech. Do better MUSA. Hard earned money is being paid out for sloppy and terrible service. My pedicure was as if I never got one at all; very disappointing.

This salon is lovely! It's roomy, has separate areas for pedicures and manicures and tons of colors to choose from. They were playing soft music overhead and a TV with close captions on. Best yet, they are affordable!! The nail techs are quick but still pay great attention to detail. This salon is my new place for mani/pedis!

When I got here I showed the receptionist what I wanted and she told me it would be $50. When I paid, it came out to $70, ($77 with the credit card usage fee). She told me it was $20 more because I got my full set with color. However, I HAD showed her what I wanted before and did not mention about the price difference because of “color”. Chris was great and my nails look good but I am not happy with the lack of transparency or knowledge from this receptionist. Teach them better.

I received a gel x service from the tech Aris for a Halloween type set and I was blow away by the results !! The photo speaks for itself the work was super clean, precise, and it came out really cute ! She went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and welcomed! The gel x was for sure worth the price based on not only the work itself but the customer service!!

I've been going to Aris for years and she is an Amazing artist! Aris did these set of nails for my birthday and I'm absolutely IN LOVE! If you have a picture or an idea she always nails it, never disappoints!

The salon is fine, but Abby did an absolutely horrific job. Every technician that I’ve ever seen has asked me if the length and the shape of my nails are OK before proceeding with powder. She did not ask me, so I assumed she was going to file them evenly at the end. We get to the end of the process and she’s putting on the activator. All of my nails are still rough and uneven. Some of my nails were cut down to the quick, while others were left longer. I asked her to correct them, and I’m sure she did her best, but they are still very uneven. I chose to file them at home rather than losing my entire natural nail. I only added two fingers in the pics, so you can see the drastic length difference and how uneven they are. Also, she does not file nails side to side, she files them forward and back so it feels like your entire nail is going to rip off. The last pic shows the nails have blemishes on them. I walked out looking worse than I did when I came in. Waste of $50 😒

I liked the name and it was close. Amy was my gal and she made me first ever pedicure a safe, delight. She was very doting and worked my left leg with extra special care, because she felt the fibrosis there. She helped move my chi around. What a dear Goddess. It was a little ticklish, but I am so glad I took the time to give my feet some TLC. Much love, Amy. Yes, I am a man, and to all you ladies who looked at me funny, I just might do it again.

I think my nail tech Chris is GREAT, however I’m just confused with the pricing here. I came in for a fill on the shortest set of nails I’ve ever done. I asked for a ombré refill which was 50$, which was fine, and then I got a chrome on top of the ombré which was 15$. They then proceeded to charge me an extra 5$ for length, which I don’t understand because my nails are short and it’s not like he was building a new nail. It’s the same nail as before, just filled in. And then charged me an extra 10$ for the shape. Which again he just shaved some off the nail I already had. I paid almost as much for a fill as I did a brand new set of French acrylics. I’m just baffled. And disappointed that I can’t return to my favorite nail tech because an upcharge. This fill should’ve been no more than 65$
