I am EXTREMELY pleased with my hair and my experience. I highly highly highly recommend this salon. They will work with your beauty budget and make sure that you are happy with your hair. They were able to get me in very quickly after my consultation appointment. If you’re new to the area or have been here a long time, consider trying Mozzie Fox. I recently moved to AZ and my hair has been so hard to manage in this dry climate. Laurie helped me figure out what would work better for my curls with the lack of humidity! She also did a treatment on my hair at the bowl that made it feel better than ever. Thank you Laurie and everyone at Mozzie Fox!

Kayla is the absolute best! She has continued to keep my hair so beautiful with my indecisive color changes and bringing her creativity in. First time in my life I have kept a good routine on color touch ups because we always add something to make it fun even though it is dark. She is so great with colors!

I love Mozzie Fox! I've always been very nervous about getting my hair cut, but Cassie makes me feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable on how to cut curly hair in a flattering way. Her sister Jamie colors my hair and always does an amazing job. Everyone is always very friendly, the studio is very clean and inviting, and the pricing is great for the service you are receiving.

5 stars to Cassie!! She thoughtfully listened to me, gave me suggestions, and executed exactly what I wanted! I have only had my hair professionally cut 2 times in my 23 years of life, so you could say I have trust issues- but I sure trust Cassie! As someone with a complicated curl pattern, I will recommend others with similar curls to trust Cassie and this salon. Also shoutout to her assistant. She was fantastic as well!!

After losing my hair stylists a little over 10 years ago, it’s been a while since I found an actual someone that knows how to do my hair. Jaime is a level two and has great experience and knowledge with textured hair. This will be my salon from now on as long as they will have me back.

All my curly hair family!!!! Run don’t walk…this is the place to get your hair done…even the blowouts last for days..Cassie and Isabel are AMAZING!!! Everyone is so nice and SKILLED!!! Even my eyebrow wax was on point! The salon is super chic…you are not forced to buy products…but I have because they are the best products hands down!!! Love my locks!!! Thank you for making me feel loved!!! My hair has been saved!!! I can see why this salon is rated the BEST IN THE VALLEY!!!

I don't do reviews often. However, I used to. That's just to let you know it takes A BIG DEAL for me to come out of retirement to do this. And MOZZIE FOX SALON IS that BIG DEAL ... far and away ! (They haven't been "BEST IN THE VALLEY " for nothin'!) My story: After "wandering in the desert" for 1-2yrs looking for a salon, I'd about given up. I was simply looking for a stylist / salon who knew their stuff but didn't ask me to pay for their overdone, overpriced venues in tony zip codes. But after spending hundreds of dollars and hours in frustration, I finally resigned myself to my box of "Lady Clarol" like back in the day. Then, in a quite serendipitous situation - the purchase of our first home in AZ - put us within walking distance of this DIAMOND IN THE DESERT. I have lived everywhere, and because of my profession, I've had my hair done by some of the top people in the industry from all-over. And in my (humble) frame of reference, LAURIE (& her hand selected & trained staff) has impressed me FROM THE START. She is not only THE BEST STYLIST and SALON DIRECTOR but TREMENDOUS HUMAN BEING with more HUMILITY, BRILLIANCE, and TENDERNESS of both HEART & SPIRIT that I have encountered in almost ANY business field ~ FEMALE OWNED, SMALL BUSINESS or otherwise. I won't go into her behind-the-scenes heart-of-gold work she does in secret upon hearing a need, but it's a hallmark of not only a business but a life well lived. She and her team display a wealth of knowledge that extends far beyond their years; that rare combination of chemist, artist, tough love (as to what REALLY IS NEEDED/RIGHT for a client regardless of what they might think they want and will say so) and best girlfriend at the ready with tea, hand massage and tissues. Their pricing is on the lower end of competitive for the services rendered, and I think far less than what they are worth. The gifts of knowledge, skill and TOUCH ( simply in having your hair washed) are priceless but well below what I feel they could & should be charging. But Laurie is a savvy business owner who invests wisely in her client's comfort while offering the EXCELLENT product lines used in your services at terrific rates and never ever pushing any outside product for her own gain. It's a rarity - at least in my experience during my time in AZ - which requires a pre-consultantation before anything is done, so there are no surprises in price or service. PLUS a "WE'LL GET THIS RIGHT" MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, so no more crying after the beauty parlor! (You know what I mean ... ) I can attest to the validity of this promise when a color choice I made reminded my husband of my mother's photo. I was on the phone in moments of arriving home. Laurie didn't even flinch, and within 24 hrs, I was in a color I never knew imaginable, and my husband was off-the-hook-delighted. I could go on and on about this REMARKABLE JEWEL, but it is best experienced on one's own. So ... STOP LOOKING ANY FUTHER AND GO CALL MOZZIE FOX !!! Make an appointment! NOW ! I have naturally curly hair and have never been able to find a stylist that can cut my hair….until I found Cassie! She’s a pro and is very fairly priced! She’s not only good at what she does, but she’s a total sweetheart too. All the stylists here are always super friendly!

I made an appointment to get a consultation for hair color/trim. They seemed knowledgeable and professional and I was super excited that I may have found my new hair salon since my "go to" moved. They took a sample of my hair to test to see how long of a process it would take and was told they would call me back and I NEVER heard back from them. So disappointing.

I visited here for the 1st time and so pleased with my results. Everyone there is very friendly and take great care of you from the moment you walk in the door. I love that the have you come in for a consultation before scheduling an appt. It's a great way to spend time beforehand and for your stylist to get to know you and help you decide what you want and what will work best for you. Jamie was my stylist and she really nailed it with my hair. I rarely walk out of the salon completely happy with my hair. I was extremely happy! As I watched other stylist do hair...I was also impressed. These gals really know what they are doing. I can't say enough good things about this salon. You won't be disappointed.

Love this salon! The vibe is so warm and welcoming, and the snacks and drinks offered when you walk in really elevate the experience. I have been getting my haircut by Isabel (love you girl!) for over a year and she does a fantastic job on my naturally lifeless fine, flat hair. She is personable and professional and always gives me exactly what I ask for...which seems to change every appointment lol. I'm grateful to have found this salon!

Love, love, LOVE Cassie at Mozzie Fox!! My hair used to be straight, but I lost a lot of it when I had Covid, for 6 months my hair was shedding! When it started to grow back, it grew in wavy/curly. I didn't know how to work with wavy hair! So my very first visit with Cassie, she was so sweet and patient and took her time to explain how to style my now wavy hair. She made me feel so comfortable! I also love the massage treatment you get while shampooing my hair. Cassie is AMAZING!!!

Today, Mack cut my hair and did an excellent job. She talked with me to ensure she understood the kind of haircut I wanted, how much hair I wanted taken off, and other questions that I did not think of. I was treated so well and Lori came by to see how things were going!. It is the haircut I've tried to get for a while. Mack is a great listener and very conscientious. It is also a huge plus when they wash your hair and massage the scalp as part of their routine. It was amazing as I was having sinus issues and it loosened the sinuses up and I could breathe better. Thank you again Mack!!

Wow!! What a gem I have found in this adorable salon!! I have been looking for a specialized stylist for curly/wavy hair who can actually cut my hair wet/dry because of the waviness of my hair but also be able to texture cut because I have a ton of hair... AND I FOUND HER!! Her name is Mac and she is AMAZING. She took her time and really did such a great cut! I'm thrilled. So many layers and I also booked a color appointment with her because I'm not going anywhere else!!! Also her fellow stylists are just as amazing!!. All the clients there were so happy with their looks. Thank you MAC and looking forward to my November color!!

I went from hir to below my shoulders to a pixie. I'm so excited and LOVE it!!! Cassie took over 3 hours to get it perfect and damn did she ever! Laurie even joined in to help a little. I felt very special. But then again I feel that way every time I go there! As women we always go home and critique our haircut, cry, or cut some more. I went home and screamed in GLEE!😊😊😊😁❤️
