Dana is amazing ❤ she did an amazing job with my blonde highlights. I tried highlighting my hair at home, and it didn't turn out great; she brought it back to beautiful. She is as sweet soul a well. I look forward to seeing again, thank you Dana! UPDATE 5/18/2022 - Google wouldn't let me leave a new review so I'll just update. Next month will be my 3rd visit with Dana and I look forward to it. She is very professional with her work, scheduling, attitude, and the atmosphere she provides. She makes you feel welcome when you walk in and beautiful when you walk out. I'm so glad I found your chair Dana!

I love Dana... she has been amazing the last year and half she changes it up for me based on my hair condition but anyways makes me feel better since the last year has been stressful. She did amazing work and is able to not charge me like other salons .. fully recommended from me

Jessica is the best nail tech I've seen since moving from my hometown. She's very good with freehand drawing on nails. She drew a smurf on my nails, I also had others as well but I really liked the smurfs.😁

Dana has been my stylist for five years, and it never ceases to amaze me how often people compliment my hair! Not only is her expertise with color and cuts impeccable, but her consistence and flexibility with scheduling appointments is excellent as well. I love the convenience and atmosphere of the new location too! Please ignore the negative reviews above. Trust me when I say, Mood Swings is a fabulous place.

I completely disagree with these negative reviews, that I feel are not at all 100% truthful. I enjoy the owner and her work, has been in Cleveland TN for over ten years with nothing but kind things to be said. Check it out for yourself😎

I received a massage here. I had been a client at their old location and used to highly recommend their massages. Upon arriving I had to listen to, whom I assume was, the owner discussing personal and finical problems in great detail. The new massage therapist was late, not dressed professionally, and the over all quality had gone down greatly. The room they have now is the size of a closet (the therapist couldn't even walk all the way around the bed), there was no place to set my clothes and I was told to lay them on the floor. I could hear loud music, phone calls, and conversations going on in the rest of the salon during my massage. I was honestly so glad when it was over. Really disappointed.

I will never go back here. They messed up my credit card, blamed it on the employee that did it saying, "I don't have any idea what she was doing." The entire visit was really very awkward because I had specifically asked for the massage therapist by name when making an appointment and wasn't told she was no longer working there, so I show up to get a massage with someone totally different from who I was expecting and we were the only people in the building. The therapist was nice enough, but the former therapist was always very professional and this girl was wearing a racer back workout tank top and running pants. I mentioned it to the owner when I called that I wasn't told that the person I asked for was no longer there and they made the appointment anyway and she BLAMED IT ON ME saying that she tells everyone if they mention the former therapist by name. I 100% did, and no, she did not tell me. Due to the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the owner, I will never go back here.

I've been getting my hair done at Moodswings for 9 years. Ive tried other salons - and Dana has the experience and expertise for color and cuts. Creative cuts & coloring I love. I've referred many people based on compliments on my own hair. Moodswings has moved to a smaller salon - although I'll take small & experience/expertise over a large salon any day! Love Moodswings.
