Ok ? This bothered me. I guess I just had a bad experience. I decided to stop in to just use the sauna and relax for the afternoon and knowing I was going to pay to use the facility I did not expect to be charged $75 for an experience that wasn't so pleasant first off taking a sauna most people drink in my case up to a gallon a day just for a 1-hour sauna there was no water available to me and it was very disappointing that I didn't have fresh water to drink howeverI did get water from the sink and shower 🙃 on another note the showers only had cold water it did not heat up to even a warm temperature that was also very disappointing cold showers can be good but not so pleasant when you want to worm up before a sauna. Also, the staff probably didn't recognize that there was construction going on? on the floor above the spa because sitting in the sauna, I heard nothing but hammering and banging and construction that left me with an unrelaxing experience. Upon leaving the spa, I waited at the front desk for 9 minutes before I finally just left. Nobody had come up or responded to me being there at the front desk.🤷‍♂️

Services were amazing, but I want to take a minute to thank the front desk woman with the brown bob. This woman went above and beyond for me. So grateful.

I completed a gel manicure today. I knew going in that booking at a hotel spa was going to be expensive. Their pricing chart is online and is transparent. The customer service is excellent. I was led to a locker room to change into a robe a slippers. I waited in the relaxation lounge for 20 min prior to my appointment and was given a glass of champagne. All of that was very nice. The nail tech was very friendly and conversational. However, the manicure was no more involved than a basic gel manicure than I'd get at a nail salon found in any strip mall nail salon. With a 20% service charge and tip, I was out the door for $124.00. The experience was nice-ish but the experience and manicure were not worth 124 dollars. I'm here for a conference and was trying to fit in a little me time to decompress. I would have been better off just taking a ride share car to a nail salon in the city.

The only reason i am giving it two stars is my amazing massage therapists. THIS PLACE IS WAY OVERPRICED!!!!!!!! $250 for 50 minutes. Usually this costs about $75. Their “spa,” is pathetic with a steam room, a bathroom and shower and a “relaxation room,” consistijg of a few couches and some water. Spare yourself from wasting a ton of money. The front desk staff incessantly talks to esch other about nonsense while ignoring you, the toilet bathtoom smelled like fecal matter and the urinal!!!! The urinal was plugged up and overflowed. This place is maximum price for minimum quality. Terrible. 😣

Great spa experience!! I got to spend the afternoon visiting the spa. Roya did my nails. She was so friendly and made sure I was relaxed. She did a fantastic job on my pedicure and manicure. She went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Lauren did my massage and it was one of the best I've ever had. The staff are very friendly and the quiet room is a calm, relaxing retreat. Excellent service!!!

I live in Nashville and this is my favorite Nashville spa. My husband and I recently visited the spa and had an 80 minute couples massage. They were both excellent. We stayed for several hours after and enjoyed the facilities. Make sure you check out all the amenities they offer: pool, hot tub, sauna, workout facilities, gorgeous changing area and an absolutely lovey relaxation room. This place is pricey but well worth it when you factor in the quality of massage and all the amenities.

I stayed at the hotel for a conference. When I first arrived, I went straight to the spa to check it out. I do love a spa service! I booked two services - a signature facial (they were able to get me in the same day) and then a massage for another day. Both services were great. The spa is very elegant & classy. Truly a treat. Everyone was nice, from the front desk to the people in the back. Highly recommend.

Hands down my favorite spa in town. I've been going here for about 5 years and almost always regret trying another spa. The Relaxation Room is what sets it apart as far as the spa itself goes - chaise lounge chairs with cozy blankets can't be beat. You're also able to use the hotel workout facility, and I believe, the pool on certain days of the week/times of year. In the past, I have picked up a small to-go snack (eg. yogurt parfait) from Kitchen Notes and enjoyed it in the Relaxation Room. The facility is beautiful and clean, and the staff have always been friendly. I've had regular, hot stone, and prenatal massages, as well as the standard facial and hydrafacial. Typically, I go alone but have been with groups, and the lounge area is conducive to relaxing and enjoying conversation (and every group I've seen has been considerate of others who are strictly relaxing). Also, there is a locals discount!

The change room was gorgeous and there's a sauna you can take prior and after your treatment. That's the only reason there's two stars on this review. When asked what concerns I had, i told the guy I did lots of shoeless sports so my feet could use a good scrub. The instructions I received from the masseur was unclear and he was very rough on my feet. His techniques were sloppy and rushed. He seemed in a hurry, rushing around the room to get scrub bottles or towels. At one point I had to tell him to not forget my heels, because we were almost done the session and he'd barely touched them. He did a bit after that for the remaining time. He honeslty felt like an amateur. When I left there was no one at the front desk to ask how my experience was. They were all talking in the back. So I didn't wait and I left. This was a 25 minute session for like 85$, + 20% forced tip. Save your time and go any where else.

This spa was very clean! I loved the amenities and staff. The 80 min Deep Tissue massage was one of the best I have had. My therapist Yolanda was wonderful. I will be definitely be planning a trip back.

Sounds like most of the issues folks have had with the spa don't exist anymore, at least when I went. Front desk was helpful and attentive. Therapists were wonderful. Everything was clean, orderly, and well decorated. Also, for the complaints about schedule appointments? Simple better life planning and learning to schedule appointments will go a long way.

The spa (which is inside on the 4th floor of the hotel) is very nice! I only came in for a pedicure but the woman was very pleasant and asked if I wanted to wait in the relaxation lounge. Which I did! I'd go again if given the chance.

Be wary of this SPA. They have no mercy for emergencies causing you to cancel. We were just charged 1/2 price ($170.00) when we had to cancel due to hot water heater bursting and flooding our basement. We called as soon as we knew, but no empathy from this place. Really????

Says walk ins welcome on site. Definitely not. You need an appointment. Must not have a lot of nail techs. Went in on Monday and first available nail service was Wednesday. When told this, it was followed by the condescending sorry. Came off as pretentious.

The front desk staff was horrific, didn't even look up from the phone when I walked in and then insulted me and didn't apologize. I would never, ever step foot in this place and don't recommend anyone does either. A truly horrific experience.
