I called twice to schedule an appointment. I never got one. The lady who answered kept saying that they'll call back and they never did. I've been waiting 4 days. Needles to say, I'll be going to another salon.

Modern Images is a great place for getting your haircut, upgrading your style. Everyone there is very professional and courteous. I have never had a bad experience. The prices are reasonable depending on what you might want done. It has a very clean environment and comfortable.

My daughter had highlights and a hair cut done here about 2 weeks ago. The haircut portion was not even and needed to be cleaned up. Needless to say, we had to wait almost 2 weeks to have her scheduled in to have it fixed. We show up today for our 4:30pm appointment only to be told we have to wait an additional 15 mins because our stylist is behind schedule. Turns out, stylist finishes one customer and moves onto to her next customer without taking my daughter in for her 4:30pm appointment. Stylist asks us to come in later that evening to wait till she is done with customer with highlights or come in next day at 5:30pm. Talk about unequal treatment as a current customer. Very obvious since she was not making any money off of my daughter, we had to wait for stylist to finish her revenue generating customers. Talk about unprofessional and feeling very degraded as a customer. Will never go back again. Money is first priority and customer value is last. Appointments are just for show. I would think twice before booking at this place.
