I used to like coming here but I’ll be taking my service elsewhere. My eyebrows don’t even look like they were shaped let alone touched. I’ll be finding somewhere else to go

A few people ahead of me, but they got me in fast! Waited about 5 minutes. The lady who did my threading did a really good job and gave my eyebrows a good shape. I recommend!

DO NOT COME HERE. If you want a good shop to go to get your eyebrows and lashes done, go to LAXMI THREADING AND SPA!!! ITS ON THE SAME STREET JUST FURTHER DOWN!! The staff is at this location RUDE! Do not recommend coming especially if you’re coming for lashes. Rusha (if that is her name because she didn’t want to tell me when I asked) did my lashes and i did not like them. Once I told her I didn’t like them and wanted them redone, she tried to go back and forth with me about it and said if I didn’t like it a 2nd time, I would have to just deal with it. On top of that she wanted me to pay double the price because I didn’t like them and also pay for her to take the lashes off. She was not patient with me and it seemed as if she did not want to do her job. I used to come here often but they raised their prices for cheaper quality. They don’t wash their hands AND they are VERY rude. DO NOT COME HERE. If you want a good shop to go to get your eyebrows and lashes done, go to LAXMI THREADING AND SPA!!! ITS ON THE SAME STREET JUST FURTHER DOWN!!

Do not go here. I showed the lady a picture of what I wantedy eyebrows to look at. It was a picture on their wall. She said yes and now my eyebrows are just a straight line across my forehead. She doesn't know what she is doing. Afterwards I told her that this is just a straight line. She said it's your skin. Then pushed up the skin on my forehead.

I came in for lashes. 1 they looked like store bought individuals. 2 they have no eye protectors. They do the service with your eyes open! They are thick with glue, crunchy and crusty feeling. Day 2 they were poking me in the eye lid. Now my eyelids are scratched up and irritated. I will be going somewhere else for a removal!

I had to take my wife to the emergency room because the glue they used was so poor quality and cheap it dried her eyes out. She now has to take prescribed eye drops daily. When I went back to get a refund because of my wife’s condition, they yelled and told me to never come back while throwing a shoe at me on the way out!!

I've been coming here for almost two years now to get my eyebrows threaded and the ladies do a great job. Especially, Rupa she is really good. I don't have to say much to her when I do my brows she knows exactly how to shape them according to my face shape and to my liking. She's very sweet as well. I never have to wait to long when I come here. The service is nice and fast.

Impeccable work! I had a full facial threading. She was very thorough, performed quickly & my skin feels silky smooth! The best part? Less than $30! Update years later: Can be hit or miss nowadays on the threading just because I've felt rushed through by some or that my requests are not always honored 100%.

Tamils does my eyelashes and eyebrows. She is excellent and shape in eyebrows and put your eyelashes on flawless. I always receive a lot of compliments about my eyelashes and eyebrows. She is always so polite and is very experience. I give modern beauty a five star review.

Do not go here! I asked her to shape my eyebrows like a picture on their wall that was labeled #2. She said yes. When she was done it looks like a very thin straight line. I am going to have to grow my eyebrows out again. It almost looks like I have no eyebrows. I am so embarrassed of how I look now.

I have gone to this establishment on quite a few occasions. Each time I go, I am greeted and we'll taken care. I plan to continue to go for many years to come. The staff is friendly and they always aim to please.

I went and got my eyelashes done and within one day they were hanging off! I went back the next day and they made me pay AGAIN to fix their mistake!!! Very rude and not clean! Not once did I see one of them wash their hands and not to mention my mom has a HUGE stye from her lashes and wouldn’t even return her money or ANYTHING after being miserable for two weeks!

Nice vibe. Laid back with pleasant conversations. Amazing prices but one worker really needs to get her skill up. She took care of me on my last visit because the pregnant one wasn't there. NEVER again! Some lashes came off the very next day! That's NEVER happened with the other lady. They also weren't even with fullness even though she tried to correct that when I pointed it out. I understand she may need more practice but if I have to be someone's practice dummy then I shouldn't be charged regular price.

Update your pricing, the picture with the pricing shown is inaccurate. Waxing full face is not included with neck area, it's an additional $10 charge, making it a total of $45, that is if it's hasn't changed from a year go(Aug '21). Customers need to know that. This is an edited review, I went here religiously every 10-14 days, as I have a medical condition that makes me grow facial hair rapidly, couldn't afford the extra $10 increase consistently which is why i stopped going. Other than that, it was the most affordable at the time and the ladies were nice and patient.

Went to get my eyelashes done and they fell off the within a couple days, being that this is the second time this has happened, I’ve informed the employees about them falling off the first time and went and got them re-done, paying full price, and they told me that if it happened again they would take care of it. But they did not keep their word! The customer service was terrible and my situation was not being handled properly! Not once did they say sorry for the inconvenience! I’ve told them that I have done nothing wrong that would make ALL OF MY INDIVIDUALY GLUED ON LASHES fall off. They made it seem like it was my fault that this happened a SECOND time and expected me to pay full price again when I was previously told that if this happened again it would be taken care of. Not only were they gerry rude! One of the employees laughed in my face and said “it looks like you got punched in the face” because I only had one set of eyelashes on one eye and the other was not done since they had fallen off. I am very disappointed since I normally go to this establishment to get my eyebrows done and leave satisfied. And I will not be returning again. Therefore I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
