It was absolutely amazing! I feel so much lighter and de-puffed. This marks my fifth consecutive month, and I genuinely believe it’s been a game-changer for my weight loss journey and overall health. This time, I added a sauna session before my lymphatic massage, and it made such a difference—I drained more this month than ever before! I’m incredibly grateful to live so close to this place. My inflammation is at an all-time low, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I cannot say enough great things about Alexandra.. Along with her apparent natural ability and passion to heal she has also mastered this unparalleled MACSL technique that can only be described as magical and transformative. I have been very fortunate to have had a few treatments with different therapists at the Brentwood location and all have been nothing less than phenomenal but I will say that there is something special about Alexandra and her extra care in not only addressing my personal concerns, but also having a special sense of knowing what I needed and how to heal my entire body.. and it’s also amazing how I have continued to improve and feel better over the last several days following my treatment. Best massage I have ever had. I didn't know what to expect but I was blown away and already booked another appointment. Seida explained the process before starting and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. I feel refreshed and more relaxed. I also feel a little less puffy and the toxins my body released was surprising! Would highly recommend, and can't wait to go back.

The last few times I've been Ive seen Alex who is amazing and gives the most relaxing lymph massages ever, she is so thoughtful and intentional about her work, it brings a lot of healing to me on so many levels. This last time she was unavailable so Deidre was my therapist. The massage I got from Deidre was wildly effective! She was able to see and show me crystals that came out of my skin, educated me on bacteria in the body and how the body handles with getting excess bacteria out and she showed me how some of the crystals had black spots meaning bacteria! She even pulled out a black small strand of bacteria that came from my lymph. Deidre has a science background and was a wealth of information that I found fascinating and helpful on my healing journey. The drainage that I got from that massage was the most thus far, super cool to see! This was the second massage in a row (one each week) so I'm excited to see how my body drains the next week too!

This was a surprise, this isn't your normal massage … ITS BETTER !!! Mine was pre op. and was perfect my husband’s was for swelling. I haven't seen his legs look so good in months!! Great place highly recommended

The best massage i have had, Seida was able to help with neck and sholder pain from an old injury. She had excellent knowledge of anatomy and applied the right amount of pressure. She has an amzaing energy i was able to completely relax and heal.

Paul was amazing. I was having bad sciatica pain going down my leg to my foot and Paul was able to give me some relief from my pain. I definitely will be back.
