I was recommend browkillerbri by my friend who went to bri for eyebrow microblading and had a great experience. my brows were a struggle for soooo long and I have really done a number on them over the years. after finally growing out my brows for a long long time, I finally decided to try someone new. bri did and does not disappoint!!!! friendly, efficient, and welcoming. when getting my brows waxed, she helped me map out what I wanted and then asked me clarifying questions along the way, which is not something I have had luck with in the past. I have now gone to bri 3 times. twice for brows and once for a leg wax. I cannot speak to any other service but that may change :) !!

Mist Salon has a wonderful group of professionals to choose from. Esthetician ELISE is a fantastic Lash Extension Specialist and always provides top tier service. My lashes always look and feel amazing! She is also a Certified Spray Tan Artist. Message @stein.esthetics for fabulous lashes or spray tan.

Had a TERRIBLE experience. This was my first time going into this salon and i had Jenna as my hair stylist. Before we texted about what I wanted done with my hair. I wanted to go more bright and blonde for the summer time. She ended up FRYING my hair off and then tells me she needs to cut about 2 inches of my hair. My question was why didn’t she do a test strain on my hair before if she knew i had a dark hair color previously. She then proceeded to tone and root smudge my hair and it then comes out turning dark brown. I wasted about 5 hours in this salon and when I got home cried for about 2 hours telling myself how ugly i looked. I called the next day about asking for a refund and then lady on the phone told me it was unlikely to get a full refund on this and only get half my money back without the tip. I told the manager about my experience and the only thing she told me i could do was go back and get it fixed but i then told her i did not feel comfortable going into the salon again and told me if i get it fixed by a different person i would not get my refund at all. I think the people there are nice but i don’t think this hair stylist should be working at all.

Dissapointing. I had supported and followed Jenna to a few salons she worked at. The last time I was there my hair was hacked and the color she spent hours on was then cut out. Not sure what was going on but her lack of professionalism in handling the situation was a slap in the face. I am still growing my hair out from the incident and it will probably be about a year or more until it’s filled in.

I have been a loyal customer of Misty for 7 years. I’ve followed her from Salon to salon! This is by far the best space and environment I’ve seen in West Michigan so far! The stylist are fabulous, supportive and so fun! The quality of Misty’s work is a step above the rest! And the new location is not only so bright and airy, but perfect for a full on girls date with drinks and dinner just next door!

Misty has done my hair color/cut and also my extensions. It’s hard to find a stylist that can do all of the above with such expertise. I could. It be happier to have found her. Stunning salon! The owner, Misty, is very friendly and helpful with choosing the right product for your hair type. I’ve seen such a difference in my hair since switching products. She is extremely knowledgeable on extensions and color corrections. It took me a long time to find a good extension expert and if I were to ever move I’m confident I’d travel to have Misty do my hair, because she’s that good. I’ve also had my brows and lashes done by Bri and I’m addicted!!! So happy I found a place where I can get lashes, brows and hair. It’s so hard to find that in one place.

What an phenomenal atmosphere at Mist Salon! Is is extremely spacious and very well decorated. I go to Misty for my extensions and for occasional blowouts and styles. She always is very professional and pays attention to every little detail. You leave with the exact style you describe to her! Misty also only carries top of the line hair products and color lines. K18 products are like nothing else I’ve ever tried and are a total game changer if you want smooth virgin like hair. They have a shampoo, conditioner, and a leave in conditioner or oil if you prefer that will make your hair feel like you’ve never blow dried it or had highlights done. I also love the evening appointments that Misty has. How often can you book an 8:00 pm blow out on a Monday? You can with Misty. She is so friendly and happy to explain what all the new products do and what is best for my hair. I love that parking is easy and always plenty of spots to park at the time I go. They offer many other services at Mist Salon that I haven’t tried yet but no doubt will be just as impressed as I am with everything else at Mist Salon! Misty is the ultimate professional. I’m also AMAZED she has 40,000 followers on Instagram!! She is doing everything right!! A dedicated woman entrepreneur!
