Maria was very pretentious and that is an understatement! If you are mixed don't GO!!! I asked for my daughter's hair to be evened out and I was not worried about length because it was going to put extensions in for a while. The bottom layer of my daughter's hair is about 3 inches shorter than the next layer… In the front of her hair, It's about 6 inches shorter than in the back. Towards the end of the haircut, her client came in. She started to rush through the rest of the haircut. She did not section out the hair, causing a huge tangled mess after the wash. Then Offered a bunch of services like thinning, and relaxing. After I told her why those did not work she still proceeded to try to get us to buy the products that she had used on my daughter that was not working. She used almost a whole bottle and wanted me to buy one to take home and tried to recommend other products , which she had already proven to me that she did not understand my daughter's hair. I feel she was trying, but she should not have acted like she knew what she was doing. She said she would do research and wanted us to Schedule another appointment. I know it's hard to cut. I think my daughter might have 4C hair But what she did to my daughter's hair was insane even in any places, not even close I will never go there again! Not even to have them fix the mistake.

Probably the worst haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had. I let it all grow out to give them something to work with. “I’ve got a plan.” He said. Oops. “I misjudged where your upper lip was.” No kidding. Sides were uneven and too short and didn’t blend into the beard. My family laughed at me when I got home.

Adam did an amazing job rescuing my hair from what was essentially a Dumb and Dumber bowl cut home hack job. He was very funny, kind, and informative when it came to what would be the best look for myself with what he was working with. I felt extremely comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be going back and reccomending him to people I know.

Disappointed, can’t give a hair review experience since the stylist who I scheduled my 10:00 am never bothered to show up on time, I waited 20 minutes then left. Other stylists there were very kind.

Great place. Hairdresser are knowledgeable and courteous. I have been to Sam many times. I recently started with her again. And yes I love my new hair style. Get yourself an appointment.

Had the worst cut of my life at Walmart. The cut was nothing close to what the picture I showed them. I got a Amish man's bowl cut. I came into Mirage directly after and Maria fixed it! It's not the original cut I was looking for but she did an amazing job working with what I came in with. My daughter who hates when my hair is short said she actually loved it and it looked sophisticated. I will keep coming back for sure

I definitely suggest going to Adam. He has done my hair a couple times and always goes above and beyond. He does such an amazing job, and is so kind. I’ve never been disappointed.

I’m dealing with a ton of postpartum hair regrowth and have tried several stylists to help figure out what to do. Sam has been so knowledgeable and is honest about what she thinks will work for your hair type. She also does so well with my 6, 4, and 2 year old - never overwhelmed by any of their fidgets and high energy.

Stylist was friendly and the wash was great. I went in for a simple cut. I'm 5'3" hair down to my waist wanted about 6-8in off, was told when cut was made it would be a little below bra line and ended up with shoulder length cut. I was very upset with the length cut off. I absolutely loved my hair before i cut it and I am very skeptical when it comes to cutting my hair. I'm regretting just going as a walk in the last hour before they closed! Overall gave a 3 star because the place was clean and the wash and Stylist was friendly but really didn't meet the style I was looking for!

This is a lovely salon and everytime I've gone here I've had a great experience. I've only ever had my hair washed and cut, so I don't know the pricing for other services, but the wash and cut is more than fairly priced. I've had Adam cut my hair each time and each time I've left looking and feeling better than when I've gone in.

Really hate getting my hair cut but my stylist at mirage made it fairly painless. Like that they take walk ins. Will likely go back when I'm way overdue for a cut again.

I got lucky and walked in and was able to get in right away. My hair looks much better and is softer to the touch. My styles was polite but I wish she would have talked with me more.

I went in to get hair coloring done and all they did was highlight so I called the next day and they said come in and we will fix it so the day of my appointment I went back and was being talked rudely about the whole time I was there kept getting glared at and treated poorly I just wanted my hair done the right way I wanted since I payed for it to be done that way would not recommend

Samantha styled my hair for my nephews wedding and this was the smartest decision I made. My hair looked very nice for the event and I, remarkably, even photographed well. The salon is immaculate and ther is plenty of parking becuase it is in a mall.

Formerly Regis this new salon, Mirage, is under new management with a whole new vibe AND experienced, amazing stylists. Extremely professional, clean, uncluttered and welcoming, my hair was transformed by Sam, the hair magician. My advice is to book an appointment now and establish yourself as a regular customer, because these services are at a high demand. You will not be sorry you did :)
