I’ve been coming here for a long time now and my most 2 recent visits haven’t been the best not sure if they under new management but service and quality are not the same i asked for almost nails they look more oval and my daughters gel manicure chipped same day. Won’t be coming back anymore.

1st time there.. I will never go back!!! Worst customer service, my tech was very rude after I told her how I wanted my nails. She kept complaining to her co-workers. She left so much acrylic underneath my nails… again when I told her about it she got super upset. I was baffled to see this tech be so rude.

BEST NAIL SALON IN THE I.E. This is my go-to nail place. I have been coming here for about 6 years and they are THE BEST. Whether it’s a mani-pedi or a full set, they are always on point. Michelle is my nail lady and I love her so much. I can say all of the ladies here are really good so I would definitely recommend. It’s super clean and just an overall relaxing experience. I live near Menifee and I drive to Riverside just to get my nails done here. Always worth the drive 🩵

Clean shop! Everyone was hard at work FOCUSED. I got a special pedicure and it was amazing! My toes also came out great the man that did them really took his time on achieving what was requested (i have tiny toenails)

Please don't come here i got a gel manicure & a pedicure please save your money, its too pricey and she did a horrible job on the manicure it was extremely unprofessional on painting my nails, she really needs to learn how to paint nails, its been only 4 days and the gel its already coming off, & my nails are super thick & ugly. Im very disappointed i should of read the reviews & gone somewhere else. Pedicure was okay.

The service was very fast and everyone was very nice. My nails turned out beautifully and my feet that needed some work came out baby soft. I would highly recommend this nail salon as the prices are not to high and the service is great. I do recommend making an appointment online as they do get a lot of customers.

omg first time going here!!! She took me in with no appointment. I only had to wait for 5 mins and took me and my bf right in. my bf got a classic regular pedicure. I had gotten french tips with a 3d flower on the big toe. It came out so gorgeous. exactly what I wanted! very inexpensive. I will put my reference down on what I wanted and what she did. thanks to michelle doing an amazing job on my toes and it was also her first time doing 3d nail flowers. I am really glad that she tried her best. Also thank tiffany for doing my bfs toes too. service was great! I recommend coming here again :))

Extremely RUDE specifically speaking of the lady that sits right by the door!!! MOVE HER SHE SHOULD NOT BE THE ONE GRESTING OR NOT GREETING ANYONE!!!! We were not greeted kindly at all just yelled at with an attitude like we We imposing! Mind you I called spoke with a very nice guy and asked if they did kids nail ( just polish) I was told yes and no appointment needed as they would be fast. When we arrived I let them know I was there to have my girls nails painted (as it was one of their birthdays) the guy spoke up and said yes, we will take care of you just have a seat. We waited about 10 minutes b4 someone came out and the lady that came out was very nice spoke with my girls however the experice was taking away be they just came to the chairs were we were sitting ( right by the entrance ) and their nails. I really wish they would have been seated at a table like any other paying client. WE WILL NOT BE BACK AND IF YOU WANT TO SPOIL YOUR GIRLS BY HAVING THEIR NAILS DONE DO NOT COME HERE. I'm sure you will be treated better somewhere else! Their nails looked cute tho!

Extremely unprofessional salon. I have been going there for over a year and doing my nails, and I even brought friends with me, and now they are refusing my service because they are claiming that I demand more than they could offer. Extremely disappointing, they just want customers who take whatever they are given without voicing their opinions. They have no loyalty to their customers, and they only care about overcharging, taking into consideration that I always tipped generously and I never demanded anything. I just get colors without any designs. Overall, I highly recommend not going there because they will not be treated right.

We made an appointment the night before for 4 and they took us all right away. They were so nice and professional. The salon was clean and well maintained. Will definitely come again and recommend.

**UPDATE 10/30/23** I’m updating this review in reply to the comment from the Nail Spa about the dates not matching up. I realized that I didn’t want this picture of my foot out there for everyone to see for free 😆 so I tried to delete my photo. It didn’t delete for some reason, but I guess it updated the date. Sorry you’re confused but the day I went there was absolutely no air or filters running! I got a gift card for this place. When I walked in I almost left but I didn’t want the gift card to go to waste. Well I should have left! It smelled SOOO strong & was warm & stuffy. No ventilation or air flow, it was bad! The waiting chairs were dirty, the floor was dirty. No music or tv on, just silence. Thankfully I had my AirPods. The nail tech made my mani & pedi look really good…BUT… She didn’t nip me but when she was doing my pedi she was really digging in on the edge of my big toenail and it hurt. I didn’t think much of it but woke up the next day with it red, swollen & throbbing. 😖 I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I like the way they do my pedicures. But there prices are kind of high. They charge you fees for cleaning the spa chair you sit on. They should be cleaning because that’s what there supposed to do. There’s additional fees.😖

Kid service was advertised in the website, upon making an appointment. Very disappointment how my 3 year old experienced her first nail salon. Will not recommend for any kid service.

Loved this place it was my first time there and Emily did an amazing job my appointment was at 2:30 for a full set and pedicure and she was so nice and sweet she took her time. I am definitely going back

My daughter and I went to have our nails and toes done today (9/16/2023). It looked like a nice place. The lady I had at first totally messed my nails up. To thick, lop sided, uneven. It was a train wreck. I kept trying to tell her but she was on the phone and ignored every word. By the time I was done with this horrible job my daughter had already gotten her nails and feet done. I was upset. The 2nd lady did her best to try to fix the mess but it was already so bad. They are super thick. Still very lopsided and I was just so frustrated I was done being there. I will have to fly home and get them completely removed. 80$ they charged me for this. I highly do not recommend this place.

Not always the friendliest of staff and prices seem to increase every few visits and I maintain a regular 3 week schedule. I go because it’s local but I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff are very talented. The owner is flexible and helpful, and they are reasonably priced. My daughter and I love Millennium!
