i’ve been getting my nails done here for the past 8ish months and every time they EAT DOWNNNN. This most recent time was today and i got Jenny…omg she’s so good at what she does!!! Everyone here is so kind unlike many places ive been to. AND i got my brows done and they look GOOD. yall need to come here and get all your services:) Just not Jenny tho she’s mine now🫶😅

Very rude and terrible customer service skills. Asked for square toe nails cut my toe nails crooked! One day they are nice then the next day they are very rude. One day they do natural nails next day they don’t. The one lady here has a nasty attitude. I’ve never seen such a bad attitude as hers in any business. Smh Would rather spend my money somewhere else then here. I’m sure they will say they didn’t do my nails or I wasn’t a customer. Wouldn’t recommend.

I absolutely had the best experience here at Milani Nail Bar. The atmosphere was really clean and everyone was fairly nice. Kelvin did and exceptional job on my nails! He was very sweet and paid attention to detail when it came to the shape of my nails and he achieved exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend Kelvin!

I’ve been going to Milanie Nail Bar for approximately 2 years. Hannah has always done my nails. Shes one of the best nail techs I’ve ever came across. I went during Labor Day weekend and it was closed for renovations and the OWNER (Jenny) told me to go to the other location and ask for a guy named Kenny. The first thing Kenny told me when I sat down was that I’ve never gotten my cuticles cut. So he cut my cuticles very deep and made me scream and bleed. 4 days later, the cuticles started to swell up. I then had an infection on my pinky and then my middle finger. I decided to go to the nail salon and tell them what happened with my 2 nails. I talked to Jenny and she didn’t even apologize. She said she didn’t know why it happened and that it could be an allergic reaction. Mind you I’ve been getting my nails done for 20+ years and this has never happened to me. Jenny proceeded to say that the technician, Kenny did nothing wrong after I even showed her my nails. I left and came back a week later because 3 of my nails fell off and I’m in so much pain. I’ve had to go to urgent care for antibiotics. The owner told me the same thing and that they couldn’t do anything about it. 3 weeks later, my husband went to the salon to see if they would take any responsibility. They did not, just excuses. In the state of Louisiana you have to be licensed to do this type of work. So please make sure you always check. Please share! Hands down one of the best nail bars i have ever been to. The atmosphere was amazing! Everything was very clean and kept up with. My nail tech Tammy was very genuine and sweet. She definitely made me feel welcomed and my nails have never looked this amazing! She exceded all expectations I had and I will be going back for future services.

I had went to milanie’s nail bar last saturday for a pedicure the first i had ever gotten and when asking friends where to go they recommended to come here and i was not disappointed by my experience from the moment i entered to the moment i left i was give such amazing customer service and the wait time was short maybe 5-10 minutes counting me checking in with the receptionist and when i was seating in one of the massage chair the tech was on me instantly and the pedicure felt amazing and the whole time they were checking on to make sure everything was to my liking. this was my first and definitly wont be my last time getting a pedicure. Like my friends i would 100% recommend people to come here if they want any service done!!!

I've been a firm client for the past 5yrs! Highly recommend this nail bar for vacation nails, regular schedule nail appointments, kids nails, nail date with ya man, fresh eyebrow wax....whatever you need come see them they gonna get you right everytime.

This place was very clean and the employees were very nice however I do have a few little picks.....first the lady who was doing my nails seemed to be in a hurry and nicked my cuticles twice. I just felt like she was rushing and was trying to get me out of the chair. Second thing is the colors and acrylic powders. I asked for black and orange for Halloween and yes I did get it but the orange dyed my skin around the nail. I didn't think I was gonna get colored powder, like I was expecting clear powder and then color on top. Not sure what that was about but oh well. The orange around my skin does bug me but again oh well. And the last thing was the nail tech didn't tell me to wash my hands to get all the dust off before top coat so now there is dust underneath the top coat and I'm not a fan. I'm not from this area but I probably won't go back there.
