Chad is an absolute legend when it comes to hair. He has colored my daughters hair giving her dimension, and beauty to her color. He has always been spot on with the desired hair color and cut. We love Chad and the Michael Flores Salon.

I was squeezed into Ruby’s schedule last minute and man am I glad I was! She was incredible. Professional and considerate, she took her time and certainly made me feel right at home! My wife and I live downtown so supporting our neighborhood is incredibly important to us — we have found our home in the Michael Flores Salon.

Angelica Laudiero is 5 stars , Stylist from New York , she reduced and did wonders on my hair after a horrible mishap in color , she has revived and brought back my natural red shade , she is warm , professional , caring and her experience and knowledge shines through my hair ( literally ) - everyone is lovely and helpful at the salon. Ive seen other Hairdresser's there do amazing cuts and colors ( Chad I've seen his work- it's Stellar )

I always have an amazing experience at Michael Flores Salon.The staff are always incredibly friendly and professional. Ruby takes the time to listen to what I want and delivers exactly that. Ruby is very skilled and attentive, making sure I am comfortable throughout the process. The salon itself is clean and stylish, creating a relaxing atmosphere. So very grateful to have found Chad at MF Salon in Dallas. I moved from California and had to leave behind my amazing colorist. Enter Dallas and Chad....AMAZING. I am particular and critical and Chad is my personal magician. He listens and delivers. From the first time to over a year later he never misses the mark. Look no further. Chad is your guy. He also happens to be a super cool human. P.S. the salon has Nespresso which is an added bonus.

Chad is amazing, and it’s clear he is so passionate about what he does. I have naturally blonde hair that’s a bit darker on top, and my wedding is coming up. I rarely get it colored, and I didn’t want anything drastic or streaky highlights. I wanted a natural-looking brightening of the top for the wedding, with the goal being just a subtle sun-kissed look around my face. He knew exactly what to do and absolutely nailed it! I’m obsessed with the look and might have to start doing this regularly!

Chad is world-class. He goes above and beyond, and has been the only stylist so far who understood the shape of my head and how to cut for it. A true artist. I get compliments after every single visit without fail and won't go anywhere else for a cut. All the staff at this salon have been kind and professional over the years. And located in the classy downtown Neiman Marcus building. It's always a top-tier experience. Check them out with confidence 👍

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. I was in town on business and hadn't had my hair cut in a while and I was in desperate need of a trim. One of Ruby's regular clients had to cancel, so I was able to get in and I am so happy that I did! My haircut with Ruby is one of the best haircuts I have ever received, and now I am wondering if I need to fly to Dallas every time to see Ruby! I let her know I had to be done by a certain time and she made sure to stick to my schedule. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with Ruby, I highly recommend her!

I have known Michael Flores for more than 20 years. Without a doubt, he is the best colorist in all of DFW. Any stylist working in his salon is going to be the best you can find, as well. If you are looking for an average haircut at a discount price, this is not the salon for you. But if you are looking for the best your money can buy, you’ve found it. Michael has an incomparable eye for color and detail and he’s trained his staff in his art. A cut and color at his salon is a transformative experience. In fact, he is so skilled, for several years, I drove all the way from Beaumont, Texas to Dallas once a month, just to get my hair done by him. He is worth it!

I've been going to the Michael Flores Salon for close to two years & Ruby has my hair healthier than it's ever been. I had it dyed black for decades and it desperately needed help. It has been a process to lift the black but Ruby has done an amazing job at keeping my hair looking great throughout the transition. I highly recommend Ruby, she's the best!
