The guy cut my daughter’s finger. Instead of apologizing he told her that she wouldn’t get cut if she didn’t move so much. RUDE! Than another man that worked there looked at her and said “how are you doing beautiful! Mind you my daughter is 15 years old!! They then charged her for a full set instead of refill price along with an extra $7! I was not in the shop with her or this would not have happened!! We will NEVER go there again!!

Absolutely wonderful staff. They were so nice! I was the a-whole that showed up an hour before closing asking for 2 pedicures and a fill in. I’m not literally an a-whole, I just don’t think it’s nice when people do that. Anyways, they said they could do the pedicures then I could come back tomorrow for my fill in. That worked for me so that’s what we did. I didn’t get her name but a sweet lady decided to stay late and do my nails after all. I told her she didn’t have to do that. They did a great job and I’m very appreciative that she was nice enough to stay for me. Thanks guys!!

I am in love with my nails. I JUST got them done and I have to recommend them. Don’t normally leave reviews but the man who did my nails was efficient and precise with his work. I forgot to ask his name for rescheduling but he killed it. I will say if the scent of nail polish gives you headaches it is very strong… as would be expected for a nail salon. Either way it is well worth the price! I mean only $63 for these?! Stunning!

I called to make an appointment before going and when i got there to ask a question they said i didn’t have an appointment and they wouldn’t have time today or tomorrow in a very rude way. if there was no appointments available why tell me i can come won’t be going back

I got a pedicure and I think the guy was trying to break a record because he was done in less than 30 minutes. The massage was so quick I couldn't even remember if he did it. The polish got messed up at the end and I was just ready to go. I'm not going back there.

My daughter and I visited MIa nail spa once again and we had a blast. So much laughter and received wonderful courteous service. We had pedicures and two of the technicians which are male are the ones that provided excellent service. I'm looking forward to more spa days with my daughters and my friends at Mia Nail Spa!!!

My wife is a regular patron of this nail salon and spa, and she convinced me to accompany her this time for a pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure had a deft, sure, and gentle touch when it came to getting my toe nails into shape. When she was working on my calves and feet, her touch was just as sure and deft, but here, she seemed to know just how strong her touch needed to be to massage my calves and feet. The staff encourages a light and fun atmosphere and ALWAYS gives my wife the highest level of customer service, and my experience was no different. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to get a manicure or pedicure. Top notch service at a fair price. Still an amazing nail salon with top notch service!! 5 stars still!!

You set up an appointment and then when you get there you can wait 45 minutes or more! Absolutely disrespectful when it comes to people's time. Heaven help you if you schedule a Saturday or Sunday.

Incredible experience all around. Amazingly friendly staff. Amazing prices. Clean environment. Super positive atmosphere! My daughter brought in a photo of nails she wanted and they are spot on!!! We are new to town but this is our nail place from now on!! Thank you everyone!

Mediocre work with very inconsistent pricing. I have asked for very basic designs when I go in and they are incompetent with anything more than a solid color.

Mia nails was wonderful! My friend and I went for the first time here and had a wonderful experience! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We are definitely going back again.

They do a good job however 17.00 extra for gel pedicure is kind of ridiculous. Plus we were not offered the different packages like they used to do. They didn't even give us the card to look at for the extra services. If you don't ask how much extra something is...they definitely won't won't tell you which is dishonest imo.

I had gel nail polish application and had chipping on 2 nails about 5 days later. Went back and they redid the 2 nails free of charge. No hassle and very kind about it. Good customer service. I'll go back again.
