As a long-time pageant girl, and a client of Madison’s since 2017, I knew there was no one I would trust more than her to get me ready on my wedding day! She is professional to a T, fun, and the ultimate hype woman!! She captures your vision down to the smallest detail and leaves no strand of hair or eyelash untouched! My mom, who is disabled in a motorized wheelchair, hadn’t had professional hair and makeup done since HER wedding day, and Madison not only made her physically comfortable where she was at, but look and feel incredibly beautiful. The biggest testimony to her work is how my husband (who has seen me in full pageant glam many times in my life LOL) reacted to seeing me - saying that I looked like a bride, not just like a queen. It may seem like a silly distinction to some, but meant the world to hear it, and I couldn’t agree more! I would highly recommend! Canaan did my hair and makeup for my wedding. She did a flawless job on my makeup. She listened to exactly what I wanted for my hair and we worked together to tweak what I wanted at the trial for the day of! She is a miracle worker! My hair which never curls and is flat was so full of volume and the curls held throughout the night! I couldn’t be happier! She is amazing!

Sonya is an outstanding makeup artist who recently came to our house in Nashville for my mom’s birthday. Working with the Nashville Wedding Stylist division of MHD beauty was the highlight of my wedding. From start to finish their team was organized, professional and thoughtful. They made me and all of my bridal party look our absolute best. NWS went out of their way to proactively book my trial and secure my wedding day HMU artist for my rehearsal dinner glam as well. My lead artist Katie was truly the best part of my wedding day. She asked really thoughtful questions in every glam process (trial, rehearsal dinner, wedding day) and really worked to understand my vision and to make me comfortable. Moreover, Katie was in tune with me the whole day. My nerves suddenly spun up in the middle of my hair and makeup on wedding day, and Katie immediately recognized that I needed a quick moment to collect myself. She offered to grab me champagne and was a source of reassurance, support and positivity throughout the whole day. Katie stood with me holding my veil and train just before walking down the aisle while encouraging me to take deep breaths and be fully present. She went above and beyond in every moment of the day to make sure that both me and my bridesmaids felt like our best selves. I cannot recommend this team and specifically Katie enough.

I have a love\hate relationship with my dry frizzy hair and just lived with it. My daughter convinced me I needed to spend more on my hair and maybe I wouldn't hate it. I started with hair products made for my hair type and finally decided to invest in a good haircut. After going to MHD Beauty Parlor and having my hair cut by Jordan I've dropped the hate from my hair relationship. Jordan listened to what wanted and gave me the best cut that I can remember ever having. Plus I can almost reproduce the styling that she did and makes me so happy. Thank you Jordan, I have found my Middle Tennessee hair salon. And thank you Madison for having a salon that even a 72 year old feels welcomed in.

Canaan and the MHD team were wonderful to work with! The team was very responsive and organized from the start, making it easy to schedule trials and get ready for my wedding. Canaan was so calm and sweet to work with, which put me at ease the day of my wedding. I ended up making changes to both my hair and makeup the morning of my wedding and she was so patient and accommodating. Canaan did an amazing job and made me feel so beautiful. My bridesmaids and I had so much fun getting ready with the team and we all loved our hair and makeup.

Faith at MHD was amazing! Such a good energy about her, and of course she nailed my hair and makeup. I really didn't know what I wanted except for it to be up because of the bows on my dress. I asked her just to do what fit to my face shape and It came out so wonderfully! It was a hot day on our wedding day, and the hair style wore so well through the first look, ceremony, and reception. I even slept in it and it was still together! I had no idea who to use for hair and makeup, but I am so glad I chose Faith. I would do it 100 times over again!

I contacted many, many HMU teams. And MHD Beauty / Nashville Wedding Stylist was the most organized, kind, patient, and thorough. I felt like all the boxes were checked and nothing was missing. They made the stressful times and planning so much smoother. I was on a budget and didn’t want to have a trial, and Faith did an amazing job on our big day with listening to what I wanted (a very simple, natural makeup look and low updo), and making sure it was perfect. She even checked how my makeup looked in different lightings, and sent me into my day with a sample baggie for touch ups… She thought of it all, and left no detail out. I couldn’t recommend this team and Faith more.

I used NWS for my wedding in October 2023 and absolutely loved my stylist, Canaan, and the stylists that assisted her. My girls looked absolutely stunning! We had 9 girls/mothers getting hair and makeup done and all the stylists made sure their loved their looks. Canaan was wonderful in working with the wind that so graciously attended our wedding and went through all of our bride+groom portraits doing touchups in between shots! We were all very comfortable with the stylists and they made getting ready so fun! I will say, the admin side of things caused unnecessary stress month of with the lack of communication and not delivering my hair + makeup timeline until a week before our wedding. I didn’t like that I had to reach out to request this and adding services also seemed to be made more complicated than they should have been. There were also invoicing mistakes (miscalculating stylists mileage) made after our invoice was paid in full which was slightly frustrating. Besides the admin hiccups, everything else was an absolute breeze! Overall, I would absolutely book with NWS again, when it came to the wedding day itself, they delivered everything I imagined and more!

It was amazing having such expert hair stylists for my bridal party!! Everyone loved their hair and our stylists created beautiful dos that kept everyone cool for a hot July wedding. Madison and her team were amazing. All of my bridesmaids and myself loved the entire team. Madison stayed with me through pictures and to change my hair before the reception. She absolutely was the greatest person to not only make sure I look my best but great company! She made the day so seamless and perfect. I am so grateful for her and cannot imagine the day without her. I would recommend the entire team for your wedding, but I cannot sing enough praises about Madison and the bridal package I got with her. I would do my wedding again just to work with her again!

THE BEST! Canaan was my lead stylist for my wedding on 11/11/23 and she was INCREDIBLE all day long. From the moment her and the team of stylists arrived at the venue and were met with a very rude venue owner, and until they wrapped up the H&MU process, they were nothing but professional and so much fun to be around! All of their personalities fit right in with my bridal party and I truly enjoyed them all being a part of my day! The laughs in the bridal suite definitely took the edge off and made me feel so much more relaxed! I also purchased one of the bridal packages that included a stylist staying onsite for a few hours following completion of the bridal party being ready, and I felt like I had my own personal glam squad following me around while we were doing pictures! She was incredible to work with and always had me looking my best, but also went ABOVE AND BEYOND her duties as the stylist and was constantly making sure I was taken care of. She also did my Mom's hair and makeup and my Mom talked all day long about how beautiful she felt, and Canaan continued to make sure her H&MU were perfect while she was still onsite during pictures as well! The entire team that was a part of the day was incredible and got me, my 12 bridesmaids and my Mom ready with no issues in the allotted timeframe and everyone looked AMAZING! Would recommend Canaan and MHD Beauty to anyone looking for glam services in the Nashville area and can't thank them enough for their time and services!

The MHD team was fantastic! Both Faith & Maddie arrived ready to hit the ground running, and were even ahead of the pre-determined schedule. Having the trial prior definitely let me sit on what things I did and did not like leading up to my wedding day. Faith was extremely receptive to any of my critiques, and executed my dream look perfectly. My hair & makeup lasted all day long (even through the Nashville summer heat)! I couldn't have asked for a better start to my wedding day.

The Nashville Wedding Stylist team and Madison were absolutely amazing from initial booking to the wedding day. I had lots of questions and additions to my contract before the wedding and the team was super responsive and patient each time I had a question or change. Madison was the lead stylist on my wedding day and I truly couldn’t have had the dream wedding day I had without Madison. She executed my exact vision for being a glam bride and was a calming presence all day long. She stayed for all our hours worth of photos and touched up my hair and makeup each step of the way. She also stood right beside me and made sure everything was perfect before walking down the aisle and was there after the ceremony as well for touch ups. Madison is an amazing person and I got to know her this past year as she did my hair and makeup for all my bridal events throughout the year as well. The Nashville Wedding Stylist team did a fantastic job on the hair and makeup for the bridal party and our family members. I could hear Nichole in the background hyping everyone up as she did their hair and makeup. Our hair and makeup didn’t move all day or all night long. It still looked just as fresh at 10pm as it did at 10am. This dream team was my favorite vendor I booked for the entire wedding and I truly felt like they were family to me by the end of the wedding experience.

The red carpet experience is truly what I experienced when I picked Faith and MHD Beauty for my wedding.  Faith is a great listener with a wonderful personality, which is just a bonus to her mad skills in hair and makeup. I was grateful for her experience and expertise to lead me through her world. Faith did my engagement photos, which turned out amazing. From then on, I trusted her 1000%. The hair and makeup trial prior to the wedding went smoothly and we were able to try out airbrush makeup, which was a great choice for me. Faith also prepared my face with facials and a lash lift and tent to work up towards the big day. The morning of the wedding we received our services at MHD since we could not get into the venue till noon. It worked out perfectly as the bridesmaids and I were able to eat, drink and relax together while each girl had their hair and makeup completed. We finished before our scheduled time and each girl looked fabulous. Faith worked her magic and I felt beautiful the day of my wedding. She was my shadow for the day. Thank you so much Faith for carrying my dress, fixing my hair and makeup, providing me water and sharing support and laughter. Thank you for your wonderful skill and being the amazing person you are! This is the first review I am writing after my wedding, and its for good reason. If I had the opportunity to go back and choose my hair and makeup artist 100 times over, 100/100 I would choose Delany and her team! Who isn't nervous about how their wedding hair and make up will turn out? I was. But Delaney absolutely EXCEEDED my expectations and did such a flawless job. I still can't believe how perfect her work was! In fact, I've never been apart of a wedding party where there wasn't at least 1 person unhappy with their hair or make-up, but every single one of my bridesmaids was so excited about how they looked, so a huge thank you to Courtney R, Sonya, and Kaylin as well! I want every bride to be to know about how great and vital MHD was on my wedding day!

I'm a wedding planner in the Nashville area and I've worked with many artist in town—Madison is hands down my favorite. I've worked with Madison on multiple occasions for various personal events! So booking her for my wedding was a no brainer! As soon as we set a date, I reached out to Madison for her availability. Madison made me look and feel like a million bucks. My makeup looked just as good at midnight as it looked when she first applied it—even through me crying a million tears! She is prompt, thorough and so good at her job. Not only is she great at her job, but she's also funny and kind! Staying on scheduled is critical for weddings days and she not only had us done on time, but a little early!
